This Zales Outlet is the absolute worse Zales outlet I have ever visited. The Manager is very rude and behave as if she has been scorned by a lover or going through Menopause. Do not do business with this place. My husband and I will have to wait 3 weeks for part of our refund to come through mail in a company check all because the manager was having a temper tantrum because we decided to cancel our layaway at her store and purchase our ring elsewhere.. The manager is a flat out Liar. She told several lies to corporate and will lie directly to your face. My husband ended up purchasing me a beautiful Ring from the Zales outlet in Arlington,Tx on cooper St.,the sales rep Jim is the best ever!!!! Do not shop at the Chaplin Hills Location unless you want trashy service and deal with a menopause tempered manager who can’t tell the truth if it slapped her in the face.

Our experience finding a ring was pleasant with Pam but since buying it 2 months ago we have yet to receive our certificate for the diamond which was supposed to have been sent a while back now. We keep trying to can but as usual they do NOT answer their phone. We spent at least an hour today trying to call and 30 minutes yesterday and they answered yesterday and couldn’t help and had us call back today and Once again no answer 1 hour later. That is something that will completely offset the customer service, not answering the phone, assisting customers over the phone to resolve a problem, and not being understanding when we live an hour away from any sales so we can’t just drive to the store and deal with them face to face

I had been to two regular Zales stores & told completely opposite stories & they wouldn't touch my ring without paperwork. We have moved a lot & lost inspection paperwork for my set. We came to the Zales Outlet & were taken care of. They were able to get me new inspection paperwork (original from out of state) replace the missing diamond (reason for visit) inspect my set & clean it. They are amazing!

Good luck with this joke of a place. My purchase for my wedding has now resulted in me calling the cops to get a refund. For a ring I never took possession of. Skyler is an absolute waste of time and resources. Don’t go here unless having an aneurysm is on your list of chores.

Huge thank you to this location especially Amanda. She helped my fiancé pick out wedding bands and she couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Amanda was knowledgeable, patient, and gave great advice. Apparently we will be going back every Christmas. I am typing this against my will. Help.

Go see Shannon at this location she is amazing!!!!!! Skip the Hulen Mall Location. I will start with saying we have purchased several items from this location. I purchased a mothers ring online since they do not offer any display in store. I called the online store on a Thursday when I received it because it wasn’t what we expected. They told me no problem I could return it to any of my local locations or I cold ship it back to them. But when I went into this location the manger “Julia” informed me that they couldn’t exchange or refund any custom orders. It was store policy but I took it to the Zales outlet location on Chapel Hill and Shannon had it swapped out and had it refund into my account before I left the store. Skip the Hulen location go see Shannon at Chapel Hill location!!!!

We had gone here to get the diamonds from my grandmas ring removed and set in a new band. Shannon advised we come back when the designer is on site. We did just that and Sergio did such a wonderful job. He showed me all of my options and I am so glad I trusted him with my vision. He crafted it the same day and it turned out better than I could have imagined!! Shannon was fabulous to work with as well. Great customer service! We would certainly shop here again.

Horrible customer service. Ladies who work there are rude and disrespectful, no regard to human emotion. Will be going to a different Zales from here on out.

Natalie was superb friendly she greeted me at the door and asked what I was looking for, then she directed me to Lexi who was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted she gave very precise information on delivery I asked to be called if anything happened when a week later I got a phone call from Melissa telling me one of my orders have arrived and called me again to tell me my last order has arrived I felt so informed and cared for by these three wonderful ladies and would recommend to anyone!! 😊

I bought my wife a set of diamond studs at this location. It is NOT the same outlet store that was on the hill. Staff was friendly and not pushy about what I wanted. Would definitely recommend. I was helped by Josh and he was pretty knowledgeable and made it fun. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

We brought my wife’s ring in to get repaired. Shannon went above and beyond with the customer services she provided. We have had the ring so long it couldn’t be found in their systems. She even continued to research after we had left the store and due to her not wanting to give up she was able to find it. Thank you for the absolute awesome job. We will never forget this and how happy we are. The next time I buy jewelry for my wife, I’m going to Shannon!

Went in hoping to be helped through the process of finding a wedding set. I was shown one set and after that it was up to me to find something I liked. When I went into specifics on what I was looking for I got a blank stare. Definitely not what I was expecting going into a jewelry store. I'd rather pay twice as much and get help finding exactly what I like.

I have bought a few pieces of jewelry here and the prices are always great as well as the staff. The protection plan offered here is great- covers diamonds and all for the life of the jewelry. They have everything from some pre owned jewelry to engagement sets, as well as gemstones and watches.

Great experience. First time buying diamond earrings and Hannah made my experience wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured as a first timer to spend more than I originally told her I wanted to spend.

I went to this store a year ago the lady who helped me was Shannon. I had some repair done to a bracelet and I purchased some ear rings. We went there a couple of days ago and Shannon remembered me!! Shannon was very helpful the first time and this time I came in to get a battery for a watch she couldn’t open the watch but I was telling her about the ear rings I had purchased one of them had broke she didn’t hesitate and looked up my purchase and said let me see if we have another pair and we will give you a new pair OMG really what great service, she didn’t have them but ordered them from another store and had given me a call to tell me that she should have them by Thursday and I can get them then. That’s what I call great customer service THANK YOU ZALES AND THANK YOU SHANNON.
