will
NEVER
go
to
another
Subway
if
this
is
how
they
allow
their
customers
to
be
treated.
My
daughter
ordered
and
paid
for
2
foot
long
spicy
Italian
sandwiches
from
the
subway
located
at
249
Detective
Mike
Doty
Memorial
Hwy,
Fort
Mill,
SC
.
When
I
went
to
pick
them
up
I
was
told
their
system
was
down,
order
didn't
come
through
and
that
money
was
returned
to
our
card.
Uh
no,
upon
speaking
with
my
daughter
she
informed
me
that
funds
were
taken
from
her
account
as
she
paid
through
PayPal.
She
then
sent
me
the
Subway
receipt
which
indicated
that
our
order
was
ready
for
pick
up.
Upon
returning
to
store
to
show
employees
the
receipt
they
still
insisted
that
they
had
"declined"
the
order
and
therefore
I
would
have
to
take
it
up
with
PayPal.
The
older
lady
was
very
apologetic
and
was
going
to
make
subs.
The
younger
girl
was
nothing
but
an
attitudie
Judy
who
got
on
phone
with
manager
who
said
the
same
thing.
I
would
have
to
take
it
up
with
PayPal.
What
I
don't
understand
is
if
system
was
down
how
did
they
know
there
was
an
online
order
(which
they
said
they
declined),??
All
I
know
is
the
money
was
taken
and
I
have
no
dinner.
I
would
appreciate
if
someone
could
contact
me
to
discuss
issue
further.
