The best Subway expense I've ever had!!!! Very smart, very quick, very perceptive. Clean and fast

I have recently started going to this Subway on my way to work. They are not as easy to find anymore, but this one is a Gem. The owner is always so delightful, and has great customer service. The young man that works there also is a true "Sandwich Artist" and makes sure not 1 piece of lettuce is out of place! Even though it is in a Circle K Gas station, this establishment is always clean! I have had several great experiences there, and the sandwiches are very good!

Food was fresh and prepared to order. Tables at the eat-in area needed wiping off but the poor gal working was the ONLY worker in the place. She can't be expected to do it all. They need more than one worker during lunch time.

I just bought 5 subs and the lady fixing my sub did an amazing job, bread was fresh, better than in Charlotte lately thanks again 😊

Best Subway around the area. Subs are loaded with toppings. Bread and toppings are very fresh. Fast and friendly service. From what I was told, only 2 employees are currently working here, the manager and 1 night shift. We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub! Thank you for making our dinner so wonderful and delicious and always being friendly and service with a smile!

I will NEVER go to another Subway if this is how they allow their customers to be treated. My daughter ordered and paid for 2 foot long spicy Italian sandwiches from the subway located at 249 Detective Mike Doty Memorial Hwy, Fort Mill, SC . When I went to pick them up I was told their system was down, order didn't come through and that money was returned to our card. Uh no, upon speaking with my daughter she informed me that funds were taken from her account as she paid through PayPal. She then sent me the Subway receipt which indicated that our order was ready for pick up. Upon returning to store to show employees the receipt they still insisted that they had "declined" the order and therefore I would have to take it up with PayPal. The older lady was very apologetic and was going to make subs. The younger girl was nothing but an attitudie Judy who got on phone with manager who said the same thing. I would have to take it up with PayPal. What I don't understand is if system was down how did they know there was an online order (which they said they declined),?? All I know is the money was taken and I have no dinner. I would appreciate if someone could contact me to discuss issue further.

Always pleasant service and fast

The order was missing items, and sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the driver, and all she could say was that she forgot the rest of the order.

Staff decided to close 2 hours early tonight because “they didn’t want to work, so I need to get over it.” Rude staff, was just sitting in the back watching her phone. Sadly it’s a corporate location that’s mismanaged. I suggest going to new Jimmy Johns across the street. Food and service has been fantastic!
