I had sinus surgery on 12.2.22 but wanted to wait until I was fully healed and could tell if the outcome was positive. It was above and beyond. From front desk staff Magda, Claudia and others to Uri to Dr Swerdlin, Mario, Kasia, Drew and Angie— it seemed all were fully invested in my issues, surgery and recovery. They all listen. Really listen. Responses were well thought out not just pat answers. Information I received prior to surgery was more detailed than any I’ve received prior to other surgeries at major medical facilities in the Chicago area. SO much information. Post surgical directions given PRIOR to surgery with clear directions and information that “if this happens do this”. Getting the detailed post surgical directions prior to surgery is essential. I was able to see what kind of help I needed. Able to form a very specific question list for Mario to answer prior to surgery day. Going into surgery I didn’t have any questions left. I’ve never felt so confident in a team of medical professionals prior to a surgery. Prior and POST surgery there is a portal where I could ask questions and receive prompt and complete answers. No need for follow up questions about that particular topic. Post surgical patients can sometimes get ignored or passed off to other staff for information. That didn’t happen at Sinus and Snoring MD. One day I had a question regarding anesthesia and one or two other questions. I used the portal. SAME DAY I received THREE phone calls with the answers. One from Dr. Swerdlin One from Mario One from Uri It was amazing. Now that I am fully recovered I can breathe all the way up thru my nose. I don’t get completely sidelined if I get a cold. Allergy issues are almost gone. My ears no longer have a “clicking” noise that I’ve had my entire life (and that other ENTs dismissed). Keep in mind, tho, that (as they did all tell me) sinus surgery doesn’t “cure” snoring. However, having sinus surgery allowed me to look into other causes of snoring and now Im working on other avenues for relief. I’ve recommended Sinus and Snoring MD-ENT Family Clinic in Mt Prospect, IL to others and will continue to do so. You don’t need to go to one of the large medical facilities like Rush to find excellent care. It’s right here in Mt. Prospect!

This was an all around excellent experience. All of the team members at the Mount Prospect location are down to earth and very easy to talk to. From the wonderful and friendly front desk clerks to the well trained nursing staff, every visit I was made to feel comfortable and safe. Mario is an exceptional human being and has the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a medical professional. The process was simple and the results are amazing, way above my expectations. Dr. Plein is a surgical genius and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!

It has been one full month since my Septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery and it has been life changing! I can actually breath through my nose completely and I’m not snoring! All of the doctors and staff here have been absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful that I made the decision to come here.

Was experiencing more sinus pain and pressure than I have ever had in my life. Was able to get it next day and see Kasia Iwanicki and she was amazing. She was clear, concise, and had excellent bedside manner. Explaining things to me in detail and involving me in my care, you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I would recommend her over and over again. Very kind front desk staff as well!

I came for a second opinion and could tell immediately this practice is thorough and they know what they're doing. I went through the diagnostic process and eventually had surgery to repair a deviated septum as well as chronic sinus inflammation and oversized turbinates. Surgery was quick and easy, within a few days I was incredibly glad I had it done. Recovery hasn't been bad at all, I have no pain, and I haven't breathed or slept this well literally in decades. I cannot recommend a visit enough if you're having difficulty breathing through your nose. I wish I had come years earlier.

I had an amazing experience! I was suffering from TMJ pain for almost an entire year. Dr. Plein explained why my body was stressed and why I was clenching my teeth at night. I had surgery to correct deviated septum and fix turbinates. My TMJ pain is 99% gone and I'm sleeping better at night. This was life changing and I would highly recommend Dr. Plein and her staff (Mario and Kasia) to everyone!

Dr. Swerdlin and Dr. Plein are both extremely knowledgeable and phenomenal ENT surgeons! The PAs and nurses are also stellar! Definitely recommend this ENT clinic!!!
