Out of all the local jewelers in the area I truly believe Bill and his team at impress strive to make you feel valued. When I write a good review I always make sure it’s 100 percent genuine. With all honesty I would recommend this place whether it’s a custom ring or just treating yourself you can’t go wrong working with this business. A lovely store with talented staff and quality jewelry. When it was time to pick out an engagement ring, I stopped by and spent the afternoon hunting for the perfect ring. Both Kelley and Dan were very helpful in that process, answering questions and teaching me about the various terms and qualities to know when looking for a nice gemstone and band. The staff was so flexible with my budget, style, and schedule. And they also let me bring my dog in with me! 🐶 We are so happy with the results. Exceptional service with professional people!! We went there with a set of wedding rings that needed work and they were so pleasant to work with. They did an exceptional job with my wife's rings!! This place is ran by a group of extremely amazing people and the quality of the jewelry is nothing but top of the line. My now wife and I bought both her engagement ring there as well as both of our wedding bands and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. In fact the owner helped me pull off a surprise proposal to my now Wife to make it even more extra special so she would not know she was getting proposed to that night. I am so overwhelmingly pleased with the jewelry that was designed and made for me at Impress Jewelry. From Kelley who greated me at my initial consult, to Kat who listened and designed my pieces so beautifully and Joe who brought them to life. After the death of my husband, I took his wedding ring, my engagement ring and other special pieces and they designed the most beautiful ring and necklace. I cannot say "Thank You" enough for creating these pieces and how it makes me feel to wear them.

We took my daughters necklace in to see if it could be fixed, due to the age of the chain and locket I wasn’t sure it could be fixed. Joe was amazing and was able to fix it. The staff are so personable!! Our first time here was for permanent jewelry with 3 generations and will be back for another bracelet.

My request of Impress Jewelry Creations was simple and humble -- to replace a well-worn leather ladies watch band. Kelley got right on it offering a number of possible bands. She had to special order the very narrow replacement which came in the next day. It was put on the watch in good shape. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent in a very pleasant atmosphere.
