I would just like to say that if you want something really nice and at great prices then this is the place to go . They are very honest and great people to work with !!! 5+ STARS! Awesome service!! I had a special watch that had the back glued on so I could not remove the battery. I took it down to J&G & the watch expert took his time & his knowledge to figure out how to get the back off. He drilled a small hole, removed the back, replaced the battery & then buffed it out so you could not see the hole or get scratched by it. He could of told me NO but instead made it his mission to figure it out. The watch was a XMAS gift also, so I am very grateful. THANK YOU!!

I had to have a necklace repaired where the chain detached from the pendant. The gentleman at the work counter looked it over and within 15 minutes I was exiting the shop with my repaired necklace! Awesome customer service! And less than a week before Christmas! Thank you!!

What a great experience selling gold at J&G. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There is a lot of interesting things to browse through and ya never know, you might find something you didn't even know you needed. Tell em Buss sent ya. I needed money fast. I took some of my gold to get pawn and the owner was really friendly and treated my items like if they were his own. He also gave me more than anyone in Rockford would’ve gave me with a great interest rate. Highly recommended.
