Upon entering the waiting room, you will be treated with kindness and respect. Dr Hallett was very professional and was able to help calm my nervousness as she treated me. She answered all my questions and I never felt I was being rushed! I would highly recommend Specialty Care Institute.

First off, the office is beautiful. It feels like I was walking into a med spa rather than a Drs office. All the staff were nice. The wait to be taken back to the room and waiting for the doctor was not very long. Dr Goyal was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions. Overall, great experience.

I had a pleasant experience going to specialty care institute. The audiologist who attended to me first was very professional & knowledgeable. She did a good job doing my hearing test & explained well how I should proceed. My EnT doctor, Dr. Dina H. was of course very likeable & a very good specialist in dealing with my issue. She explained the next method to identify what’s the main problem that’s causing my vertigo. After the maneuver to manage my issue, I feel ok & no vertigo felt after that. I know this is just a temporary treatment that I’m hoping that after the next test that she ordered would resolve my issue well. All in all, I’m satisfied with how I was managed that day. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a well capable ENT doctor.

This is one of the most pleasant experiences I've had working with a doctor. I've been seeing Dr. Goyal and his assistant Jamila for all my ENT related needs, and even got surgery for my septoplasty/rhinoplasty and other things to correct some issues I've been dealing with - I can't say enough good things about the whole process and working with them throughout it. Post op I developed an infection and was able to get ahold of doctor through his medical assistant, Jamila, who was able to help me obtain medication as needed, especially for emergency cases. I've been so grateful to them two for making everything such a breeze for me as I had some concerns and and wasn't sure of the surgery procedure but they've been there every step of the way and have provided me with the utmost of care. I can breathe better than ever before and feel better than I have for the last four years, constantly dealing with sinus issues. I can't recommend them enough, if you have any ENT concerns, please go see them! Thank you Dr. Goyal and Jamila! I appreciate you guys!
