Went there for a Tatuaje event had a great time and was blown away by the size of the lounge. Great selection in the humidor. A little far from me but I will be heading back soon.

Love this cigar shop. I live nowhere near this cigar shop, however, I take the trip time and time again because of the atmosphere, friendly staff and the knowledge they have on cigars. 😤💨💨💨

I frequent cigar lounges all over the country and you do not beat the service here. Great selection, extremely fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable dance very friendly.

Careful , several cigars are badly stored, very old and dry not suitable to smoke. Very unfriendly reception and services. Overpriced cigars. The lounge is not good.

Welcoming spot with a great selection of cigars at very reasonable prices. They also have a special H Vault that shouldn't be missed where you can find some very special, aged selections. Plenty of televisions and comfortable seating. Pay a walk-in charge to BYOB and food, or become a member if you're a local.

Great place to go with friends and also make new ones. Huge selection with super friendly and knowledgeable staff to help. I look forward to my next visit.

I've driven by this place too many times to count. I finally made it in with a friend and WOW were we disappointed! Public lounge is smaller than you would think however that's not why I'm giving this place 1 star. For starters, the ventilation is terrible, the smoke just lingers. You would have thought there were 100 guys smoking in there but there were only 4 of us in the W side sitting area. In addition, there's no lighters out or cutters and when I asked for matches the guy behind the counter made me think I was asking for his wife's phone #. I don't like the location in Westmont, I didn't like the one they had in Downers that closed and I surely don't like this one! This was a one and done stop that's for sure!

I enjoy this cigar lounge. I came because I knew they had Caldwell's new cigar "Long Live the Queen". They helped me find it and I also tried the "Bling Man's Bluff" cigar. This is also by Caldwell. If I were being critical I would say they could do better with air ventilation/circulation...it can get quite a bit smokey in there! But overall I give two thumbs up 👍🏾

They are doing done remolding do be prepared to see plastic & tape. Great selection of cigars. The guy there was very helpful and courteous.

Great low-key atmosphere. The humidor is absolutely enormous. It's like my kitchen & living room put together. They didn't have Gurkhas (my favorite) but I bet they would put a box in order if I asked. The selection was otherwise amazing, and they had a ton of in-house rolls that were great smokes.

A place where I feel at home. Friendly people, great atmosphere, and a BEAUTIFUL humidor! I can get lost for minutes just walking up and down the isles looking at the boxes and boxes of fine cigars. Like pieces of art. Knowledgeable staff ready to educate and suggest the right cigar for you. Check out the club membership.

I can only comment as a non cigar smoker. Went with my brother and while he couldn’t remember a particular brand of cigar he wanted to try the gentleman there was informative and patient in assisting him pick out some items from their seemingly extensive selection.

Great new spot! Sam always takes care of me when I stop by with some of the Arborists from Green Extraction Technologies,LLC. I love bringing clients here when discussing ways to preserve their trees and advise them on how to have the trees in their piece of the Urban Forest thrive! Enough about me let's talk about the Humidor. Extremely spacious, clean, attentive staff. One of the largest well stocked Humidors around. I am excited for Sam and his plans for expanding the space and bringing his vision to life!! I plan on supporting his efforts with loyal patronage!!

This is a great spot to do masterminding in. They have a great room in the back that fits 20-30 people and their cigar options are extensive and of good quality

Nice place..no television in guest lounge, which is in fact, small... good humidor. I reviewed the correct location. The other humidor is much more receptive, has excellent hosts, and is all around more conducive to a good time.
