Pontarelli did an amazing job getting us and our family to and from ceremony and reception locations for our wedding in downtown Chicago. Ricky, our driver, swiftly got us to and from each location. The 38 person bus was comfortable. Highly recommend Pontarelli for any group transportation services!

We began searching in February 2022 for transportation services in Chicago for our daughter's wedding weekend in May. We made several inquiries and the first company responding was Pontarelli Transportation. I worked with Michael Hani there and found him to be pleasant and well-informed, answering my many questions via telephone calls and e-mails. We contracted for Pontarelli to provide transportation services to get our daughter's large wedding party and photographers from their hotel to various locations within the city for photo stops, before transporting them to their wedding venue. The process was seamless and their website had lots of good information for us. Michael assured us they would take good care of us and they did. There were a few hiccups the week before the wedding but those issues were quickly resolved and our driver, David Locklear, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. They were able to get photos and to the venue at the time that was requested. The 38-40 passenger vehicle was clean and quite roomy making for a comfortable ride. We wouldn't hesitate to use Pontarelli in the future if we have transportation needs in or around Chicago.

I have had the pleasure of working with Pontarelli while organizing events for UChicago and for my wedding's shuttle service from downtown to Logan Square. Every time I have worked with them they have been professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. Everything always runs smooth, and that's really the #1 quality of a good transportation company. Their buses are always high quality, clean, and comfortable. Pauline has been my point of contact and she has been wonderful! She walks you through all of the details and types of vehicles they offer to help you decide on what would be best for your needs. This transportation company was a DREAM!! They were very organized and on time for every pick up and drop off for our wedding. At the end of the night, we still had many people who did not get on the last shuttle back to the hotel. The company was so understanding and made an extra pick up and drop off to accommodate for everyone. They went above and beyond for us and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I booked their limo bus and luxury car service for my sister's wedding party. As the maid of honor to my sister, I gifted her all the service for her big day. All I can say is, everyone in the wedding party, the new married couple, and guest were so impressed. The bus and car looked so glamorous. The drivers were on time and droved safely. I would definitely recommend their services. Also, the sales representative, Cindy was so helpful and nice. She threw in some unexpected extras. We're using Pontarelli for the day of our wedding transportation and to use as transport for taking photos. So far the experience has been great. Pauline is extremely responsive and willing to help. I'm hoping that this great service will continue through our wedding day! Pauline worked extremely hard to find the best vehicles for our party size and pricing! I'd recommend reviewing your contract very closely, we had a few items that we had them update for but overall has been a fantastic experience! We're looking forward to using them in the future.
