I stop here to grab a coffee and muffinwhile driving through Algonquin this morning. As I began to eat the muffin I realized the muffin was uncooked in the center. I have had no luck getting someone to answer the phone at the store or at corporate. Total failure of quality control at all levels with this.

I ordered coffee with almond milk and no whipped cream. I repeated the order to confirm almond milk no whipped cream. The order came with whipped cream. I said no I can’t have whipped cream and they scooped it off. No I cannot have whipped cream. Then, I finally got a new order I think. They went out of sight. All that hassle and the coffee was terrible. They do not listen to the customer.

We went here Saturday night at 645pm. The young man who was working was sitting on a chair, with his girlfriends head on his lap. He pointed for us, through the window, to not come in and gave me a thumbs up for backing out of my parking spot. They were not closed just avoiding work. I have tried to call multiple times to complain to a manager, as I am sure they are losing a lot of business because of the help they have hired. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau since no one there can take the time to answer the phone or hire people who will actually do their job. I am sure corporate would love to hear they are losing money and paying workers who are turning away customers, which after reading reviews seems to happen a lot at this location. Dunkin is a great company and the franchise owner of this location should be ashamed.

i used to come here all the time but this past year my order is ALWAYS made wrong. i try to order the most simple drinks possible. so disappointed as i love dunkin frozen coffees. not wasting another penny here.

This location isn't the best, but its not the worst either. The staff is usually pretty good but every few times I go there's an attitude problem there. I ordered hashbrowns with my food and got down the road to see there were none. I was in a hurry so I called to let them know and they said I could get some next time. Well next time I was told it wasn't happening. That being said most of the time they get the order right but they have messed up my coffee before too.

Were ordering through the drive thru and thee lady wouldnt let us finish our order, she was very rude. Then one of the things we ordered was an sausage egg wrap and my grandma bit into it and it was ICE COLD! AND THEN she found a black BUG crawling around her tortilla! You guys need make sure your food is actually warm and it would be nice if we could eat with out having to worry about finding BUGs in our food!

Drive thru here is ridiculously SLOW. Was about 4 -5 cars in line and took 20+ minutes to get through. Then the mobile order I had placed 30 minutes prior was wrong. Don’t waste your time going here. The extra 5-10 minute drive to another nearby dunkin will save you time and the hassle.

Clean but austere. Ordered a large coffee, but nothing fancy. For the price, will choose Starbucks in the future!

Got a cold brew here and sucked it down before my trip to Michigan. Nice and smooth, and it wasn't burned (unlike another really large coffee chain). Line was long, but I got through fast.

A Hispanic lady that typically works mornings at this Dunkin location is very unprofessional and rude. Terrible customer service, full of attitude. Should be fired, especially because she’s “management”? Other than her I’ve never had a bad experience with Dunkin.

The person who worker the drive through window August 21st at 1pm needs to be fired. I waited on her for 12 minutes to count the register and text on her phone. I kept asking for someone else to ring me up, she kept telling me one more minute. Which she kept saying the whole 12 minutes. Finally she take my money and looks at me confused. I took my money back and left wasting a total of 15 minutes.

I go to this Dunkin every other night and I love how fast and accurate the guy makes my French vanilla ice coffee, like literally other Dunkins put to much sugar , cream, or even the flavor and it taste bad but he does a good job and he’s kind of cute :)

If you want to get COVID this is the place to go! With all the information around and this people don’t understand that we have to use face mask!!!

Nastiest snarky manager there rude service

Staff has never been particularly friendly, but I won't be returning after today. Not only was the staff rude, but our order was wrong, and my husband was burned because there wasn't a stopper in the hot chocolate.

Recommend not going in the morning. Went with my siblings today. Cashier was impatient and kept asking if we were done with our order after I told her, "no" several times. When they handed our food and drinks, they did not say that was everything. I had to check in the bag and make sure I gotten everything before leaving the drive-thru.

I'm not sure if new management took over or what but the sevice here declined SEVERELY ever since the nice Indian man left...the lines are ridiculously long and it took 25 minutes to get through the line, absolutely absurd for a coffee place. Once I finally got up to the window I was met with attitude especially when asking for a straw that they forgot to include with an iced coffee....I live across the street and will drive to a different dunkin for here on out

The guy there who I’m assuming is the owner of this location is extremely rude. He’s literally yelling and rushing everyone at the drive through. He’s even made racist remarks at my sister before while ordering. Seems like they don’t have enough employees either since they’re always taking way too long to give orders out. Won’t be returning.

Vegetarian menu items are a big plus for me. The app started working for me again, another plus. However occasionally an item will be a bit off and I wish there was a way to let the store know instead of sitting there in mild disappointment with something you didn't order.

The store just opened and the drive through screen is already broken and blinks on and off so you can’t even see what’s on the menu. Ordered 2 hot coffees and they gave me iced. Rude staff. Decided to give this place a try over Starbucks. Never going back again

I frequent this Dunkin During happy hour. After going several times the staff started to recognize me, and they are Very friendly. There are new staff members though almost every other month which is sad to see that there seems to be a lot of turnover. I think I've seen the manager there like once every 2 or 3 months, so they must work in the mornings or later at night since I rarely see them.

They messed up my donut orders two days in a row. I wouldn’t have written a bad review about it but the Latina lady’s bad attitude about the situation is enough to want to make me write one. Indian guy is very polite though.

I placed an order for a dozen donuts.The cashier was super nice,and had a laugh together.I am still laughing,cause it was funny!I picked up my donuts the next day,and the manager was very nice, professional,and service was excellent! I will definitely be back!

Even at the start of shutdown, they only wear masks maybe half the time and seem to not care about their customers. My drink tastes different every time and the employees are almost always rude, no matter what time of day it is. It’s cheap coffee, I guess the service is what you pay for too.

I wish I could give a better rating, but I ordered a large decaf coffee to go & they sold me the dregs of the pot. If you don't know what the dregs are, they are what is left in an old pot of coffee and are very bitter. If you don't have fresh coffee, then make some more, DON'T SELL WHAT IS LEFT & HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A LONG TIME.

Kinda grossed out today waiting in the ever so slow drive through. Guy taking money had no gloves on (probably don't matter right) . He interacts with probably 30 cars (60 human hands) an hour. Thinking about the massive amount of koodies being transferred through him made it hard to eat my toasted (burnt) bagel :(.

I am a regular customer at this dunkin and I get very good service every time in early morning, but when he is not their all the girls never close my coffee lids and specially the evening employee are the worst. The manager should do something about it.

I go here before,during, and after work at the Jewel Osco across the parking lot. Everyone I have ordered from is nice and every time except once has my order been correct. When I go during my breaks they are quick to get everything out and on time before I run out of time on my break. I have been going since August and I enjoy going there.

Just picked up my iced coffee and it tasted like windex or some sort of cleaner. Smells like cleaner too. That’s a good way to get someone seriously sick.

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on new machine and it gave me maple sugar bacon sandwich instead so please be careful using it

This location is NOT open inside even for carry out even though Google says it is. Everything inside is prepped for people to enter they are still not allowing it. I went to the drive through last week and when my daughter asked what kind of donuts they have the response was given with a little attitude. Well if you're not gonna let us in so we can SEE what you have then you're gonna have to tell us. I will be going to a location further from where I live since it is open.

Bacon Egg croissant wasn't warm, cheese wasn't even melted. Doesn't seem too hard to heat up a sandwich. 😥

Went here because its within a mile of my house. the frozen drinks machine was being “cleaned” asked how long it would be she said “ well, hes washing dishes right now, so i dont know” as if the dishes were more important. asked for powered cream doughnuts, she said “okay” when i got to the window they didnt have them. Pretty bummed to say the least.
