Nice location with plenty of parking.  The restaurant is clean & very inviting.  We had a large party of 6 people which means we were quite demanding. Tania, our waitress, was exceptionally attentive, gracious, knowledgeable & courteous.  The food was excellent as expected.  I enjoyed their Alfredo pasta topped with a nice medium well done steak along with their famous bread rolls & all you can eat house salad.

Food was good. The waiter was amazing. I hit my macros for the day! However. Why was there a little fruit fly on my food?… maybe for the extra protein. It also happened on my first date too :,(

Good food an service safety measures are taken at door mask temp check sanitizer plastic shields dividing booths with that being said covid 19 unfortunately is a pandemic and if you chose to go out and eat you know what you are getting yourself into so if your unhappy with these measures maybe you should consider staying at home its like being presented with 2 glasses of water one with ice one with ice an lemon, but the lemon water has the flu in it an you know this but you chose that lemon water with the flu in it because you want that lemon then you have the audacity to get mad n complain you got the flu and were sick n out of work cor 2 weeks. REALLY GUYS lol you know what your getting yourself into if you chose to go in public. AND FYI the steak n fettuccine alfredo was amazing bone appetit.😉

Arrived with my wife and kids at 3pm. Not a packed restaurant and considering the time, it was expected. Our server finally made it to our table @320... our drink didn't make to our table until @3:28.. I spoke to the manager who apologized for the delay...but it only got worse. We received the bread and salad at 3:35 with no plates and my salmon finally arrived with what looked like bacon on it.. when I inquired, the manager said it was chicken and it appears to have mistakenly got on the plate in the kitchen... how does that make any sense??? I ordered salmon - why would small pieces of chicken be on my plate??? Talked to the manager again who said she will not charge me for the salmon meal... What a disappointment and a ruined meal with the family...unacceptable service and food quality considering I do have food allergies and this could have been a serious situation had I not asked.

What an amazing experience we had at this West Dundee location. We missed going to Olive Garden in year 2020 due to Corona pandemic. Finally We decided to visit this place and we were blown away by some really hard to find customer service from our server Bianca. She was exceptional and very welcoming. The food was awesome and Bianca took care our order very well and she brought a smile on our daughter's face by making her Birthday very special. Looking forward to many more Dinners at Olive Garden.

Got there about 11:30for an early lunch. Service was great, refilling my soup before our entrees came . I had the shrimp scampi lunch portion and my wife got the chicken scampi only available in dinner portion(she took 1/2 of it home and we each added the fettuccine alfredo for 6.99 to take home. Great lunch for 2 days.

Visited with friends and family, had to wait for 15-20 minutes to be seated. They have quick service, the server was attentive and friendly. Optimum quantity for the price, food was good. We tried their eggplant parmigiana, spinach and artichoke dip, spaghetti with marinara sauce. Loved their spaghetti with cream of cheese and mushrooms. Overall great Italian restaurant experience.

My family went on Saturday at 6 for dinner, didn’t have a wait and service was prompt and efficient. Our meal was hot and delicious, plenty of breadsticks and salad as well. We will be back

Service was really poor all the way around the last couple time we went here. They got orders wrong and lacked common sense. Example dropping off dipping sauce when breadsticks weren’t ready, then only getting breadsticks seconds before the meal. Mixing up meal sides and when my eggplant came out it looked like a TV dinner. We were really disappointed, we liked it for years prior but it has fallen off lately.

Who doesn’t love never ending breadstick, soup, and salad. With all the choices of pasta, it’s hard to choose. Also, it’s nice getting a variety of good portions of soup. My favorite though, The Fettuccine Alfredo. And if you thought that’s where it ends, it gets topped off with AMAZINGLY delicious Andes Candy at the end.

If I could give 0 starts I would the restaurant was dirty that stuff that was on the seats got on to our clothes, smelled funky, waitress was always in hurry. Food was not cooked, when it was mentioned the waitress “told” a manager but I never spoke to one. Not enough Alfredo on the pasta. Had to ask for refreshment mints after meal.

My wife and I showed up during a busy hour, and they told us we would have to wait 35 minutes. We thought oh that wouldn’t be so bad, but as we were standing, waiting in line, we kept seeing groups show up without reservation and they would be going in before us. There were probably 5 or 6 groups of 4 people or more. Not to mention about 7 or 8 groups of 2 just waiting outside of the restaurant. After our 35 minutes was up we were already frustrated with what we saw my wife asked the lady at the front how much longer it would be. Her response was 20 minutes, and they weren’t even going to tell us that, but instead make us wait even longer. Terrible experience and didn’t even go in because it took too long for some subpar food.

Very good food. Nice, attentive waitress, especially with someone in our party's food allergies. A bit slow with the drinks but that was not her fault as the bar was busy. We had a great time. An easy recommendation.

We went there for dinner on Friday night and at about 5 PM the restaurant was starting to get busy. We were seated promptly but a waiting list had begun by the time we finished eating. The salad for me and soup for my wife were excellent and both were replenished before we were served dinner, we were not rushed and were allowed to enjoy the full meal with no pressure. My Lasagna was excellent- flavorful, served with a meat sauce and perfectly made with creamy cheese and well cooked pasta. The 9 ounce cabernet was enough to share! Our server, Abby, was relatively new to the Olive Garden staff and, although we've always had good servers there, she set a new standard of excellence. Friendly, attentive and helpful without hovering or rushing. She is another reason we will be going back to the OG! I couldn't give 5 stars for the atmosphere because about halfway through dinner a party with a young child was seated not far away. The child screamed and made a mess of the wall and floor at their table so for a while it was hard to talk, the adults at the table seemed oblivious- this was obviously not the fault of the restaurant, and kids will be kids, but it had an impact.

What!!!!!! seated immediately, drinks within 5 minutes,,, knowledgeable server,,,,, even though our waitress was slammed, she made us feel like we were the only table in the house.., salad with super fresh,,, and delivery of our entree couldn't have been timed better.... More importantly,,,,, they didn't make us feel like they were trying to push us out the door after dinner... Excellent experience..,...

Used the Olive Garden app to order a head of time and pick up curbside. The Olive Garden app was not very user friendly and kept freezing up, making me exit out and go back in multiple times. I was able to successfully place my order to my specifications. I pulled up into a curbside parking spot, texted the telephone number my parking spot number and within 10 minutes, was being handed my food and on my way.

We love Olive Garden, but the Dundee location needs staff help asap. We were not willing to wait 2 hours to eat. The restaurant was not full...they were just very short staffed. Hoping they can find help and recover quickly.

Came in for lunch and took almost 20 minutes for us to be greeted by a server. Once the server came, people seated after us were greeted before us. Moved to the bar area hoping to get quicker service, since we already knew what we wanted to order. 3 people working in the bar area/to go area.. Still ignored. Gave up and went to Red Lobster next door.

Loved the food as always! And our server was great! We had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks and it just took quite a while to bring our dishes out each time we needed a refill.

We ordered a large meal for 12 people. Everything was on point! The food was good, everything was cooked properly, and nothing was missing. They even supplied plastic utensils, paper plates, and bowls. They had soup containers as well. We arrived at the pick up parking spot, and they were out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend for catering a large group.

I highly recommend not ordering wine from here. I just watched a girl, Catherine J (according to the bill) combine multiple open bottles into one bottle and when she noticed me she sent somebody over to take all the open bottles out of plain sight, drink with caution. Wish I had grabbed my phone, but I was in total disbelief this was happening let alone in front of customers.

We came to Olive Garden because I had gotten a gift card for my birthday and also had the free dessert birthday coupon. Our server Sarah was PHENOMENAL! Extremely kind, personable, and attentive. We never had to wonder where she was or wait long periods of time for a drink refill or anything else we might need. She checked in on us just the right amount without interrupting our meal. Food was fine, nothing amazing. But the fantastic service is what will always stick out in my mind for this location. Working in food service is not easy but I give serious props to Sarah! I wish every restaurant had a server like her!

Absolutely incredible dinner service we just had. Our server was Bianca and she was amazing. We (my girlfriend and I) haven't seen service like her in a long time! She was absolutely attentive, checked in the perfect amount of times, yes ma'am and sir'd us even though we were probably similar ages, friendly, smooth, ..etc. Food was amazing, from the salad to the desert it was perfect. I highly recommend Olive Garden as a great date night/ celebration dinner / anything.

It was 10 pm, the restaurant closes at 11 pm, I was treating my actriz daughter. Perhaps people are tired cleaning and ready to go home. We waited and have to find people to get a table assigned. No hostess and we where a bit nervous that the place was almost closing. Finally the server took our order. Food still has great taste. But it leaves you with a feeling that may be they did not want your business. The waiter did a good job, after first contact everything ran smoothly. I will review and edit my survey, next time I visit. Manager PLEASE take notes.

Stopped for a late supper during the week before Christmas. Very busy, but we still had seating immediately. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and Eggplant Parmesan with salad. Salad had real lettuce! Entrees were piping hot when served. Even with every table filled, we still had fantastic service from Viana.

We stopped for lunch on our way home from the airport, it was good. Kids got big plates of spaghetti for the kids meals and we did the lunch menu, which was good. I had a strawberry lemonade that was lacking the strawberry flavoring a little, but other than that the food and service was really good. It was quiet and calm inside. We took home plenty of food too!

Amazing restaurant highly recommend I will definitely make this my new spot for my weekly meal I love here staff are friendly and for just moving out here this olive garden is a lot better than the one by my house thank for awesome service!

I was looking forward to getting my stuffed chicken marsala they don't make that dish anymore 😔 so I got the chicken Marsala with fettuccine alfredo. It was really good! The waitress was excellent.

We have been pleasantly surprised with the service in our last two visits. Small details like having the waitress great us with breadsticks on our last visit and attention to detail made our dinner very enjoyable. Our chicken parmesan was a little overcooked but our soups were very hearty and refills were on spot.

The service was great. Our server was so sweet and helpful. Except for the General Manager, he went to a few tables but not everyone. The whole time I was there, he never came to my table he just passed my table and didn't smile. That was not nice. He needs more training. Our server was great, really nice, sweet girl. The remodel looks nice and modern, but the food taste changed as well. The calamari was astoundingly salty. They use a different type of seasoning now. The grilled chicken texture was hard to describe. It was as if it was frozen, then heated up right away. The temperature was right, but the texture suffered. Drinks variety was good. Dessert was good. Service and wait times improved. Needless to say, I'll spend my money elsewhere next time. I don't mind spending money on good food, but the increase in price was not worth the quality.

Masks are required. You may leave your name with hostess stand and wait in the lobby area or give your name and phone # to go wait in your car if preferred. Tables are sanitized prior to seating the next party. Menu has been slimmed down. Food is still good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Used to love the minestrone soup. Now it should just be called pasta soup. Not much else to it bit a small amount of broth and very little else. A good minestrone should have plenty of broth and veggies and a SMALL amount of pasta.. Guess they are trying to be cheap.

Ate here February 21' and had amazing service and food. They do a pretty good job separating people. I notice good table cleaning practices too.

I wasn't expecting the steak in the steak and fettuccine (ordered rare) to be so well cooked and seasoned! Okay, Olive Garden! Also, their to-go system is very well organized and straightforward! I highly recommend the ziti bites appetizer as well as the steak dish I had :)
