I
visited
3
times,
each
time
convinced
that
I
simply
got
a
bad
practitioner.
The
first
time,
I
got
a
Brazilian
wax.
The
tech
looked
super
professional.
Halfway
through
the
session,
she
let
it
slip
that
she
had
done
less
than
10
Brazilian
waxes
before.
Great.
My
outer
labia
ended
up
having
the
skin
pulled
off
on
both
sides,
in
circular
patches.
I
didn't
say
anything,
because
I
didn't
want
to
get
this
new
tech
in
trouble.
I
came
back
6
months
later,
for
a
massage.
It
was
immensely
lackluster.
I
remember
thinking
that
it
must
have
been
a
new
tech,
again,
since
the
reviews
for
this
place
are
so
great.
The
third
visit,
I
came
in
with
my
mom.
We
each
had
an
hour-long
massage,
with
upgrades
(a
special
biomat
table
and
cupping).
My
tech
was
a
women
who
was
immensely
out
of
shape,
breathing
heavily
the
entire
time,
and
lightly
grazing
my
skin.
She
fumbled
for
a
full
5
minutes
with
the
cups,
could
not
get
them
to
suction
properly,
and
then
spent
20
minutes
of
what
was
meant
to
be
a
deep-tissue
massage
talking
about
scar
treatment
and
how
she
can
eradicate
the
scar
on
my
back
with
her
tool.
That's
all
great.
But
it
wasn't
what
I
came
here
for.
I
came
for
a
deep-tissue
massage,
not
light
grazing
and
cup
fumbling
and
lightly
massaging
a
20-year-old
scar
with
a
tool.
It
has
been
a
disappointing
experience
every
single
time.
But
the
last
straw
was
when
I
finally
wrote
them
a
personal
email,
following
their
request
for
feedback,
and
did
not
hear
back.
I
would
highly
recommend
skipping
this
spa.
It
looks
VERY
nice,
but
the
techs
are
not
up
to
par.
I
am
now
trained
as
a
massage
therapist
myself,
having
undergone
a
course
last
year,
and
I
recognize
I
should
have
gone
after
an
insurance
claims
regarding
the
burns
on
my
labia.
For
anyone
who
has
suffered
like
this
-
do
not
hesitant
making
a
claim
with
their
insurance.
That's
what
it
is
there
for.
