Was standing in line about 11 of us waiting and only 1 teller. The manager just stands there asking if we are doing a credit card payment with cash but yet she wont hop on one of the tellers to service us so too long of a wait not enough staff, manager just doesnt care. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Horrible customer service! I had a complaint. The manager was supposed to call me back. She did at 4:59pm from a private number so i didn't answer. When i got her message and tried to return her call it was already after 5pm and the phones were turned off. Very slick on her part. I spent the entire next day trying to call back with no answer.

Closed Drive Through. Cut hours. These guys don’t want more business!

These hours of operation are trash. 10am-4pm, seriously?! If you work normal hours chances are you'll never get there while they're working. Oh it gets better they're closed Saturdays too! 👎🏼👎🏼 Obviously not about customer service with those hours.

I had an excellent experience today at the Hickory Hills branch. Patricia Bolivar / Financial Center Manager greeted me promptly upon arrival and handled all my concerns and transactions in a highly professional manner. I cannot thank enough for her excellent customer service - and for going above and beyond! She deserves 10 stars!

This is just plain ridiculous. This location changes their hours and days they operate however they feel suitable for them. Drive through atm doesn’t work half the time. Every day the Bank of America succeeds at doing something to make me switch to Chase.

Very rude customer service. Teller shorted me $400.! When I asked to see the camera..one of the managers very rude BTW. Said we don’t have cameras on our tellers! Wow really so they can pocket your money and get away with it! This is the worse bank I’ve ever dealt with!

In this location, no one answering the phone. For over a year I have a bank account, and there never was able to get phone assistance. Why do they not have a phone customer service? A visit to the Bank of America branch in Palos Hills is always a waste of two hours of time. The expedition to the location of the bank is too high costs of my time, the loss of 2-3 hours of time, most of cases can be solved over the phone in a few minutes. May they should do paid phone customer service, I will be happy to pay for it, it's better than a two-hour visit to the Bank of America. I have already had enough of this bank.

La worse branch of Bank of America. Employees they're the worst the worst. They don't know where they stand. Me re without surgery y they left me waiting for more than 3 hours to tell me no i can be treated

This bank is of no service to me or really anyone . They close the drive through teller in the height of covid . The hours are 10am to 4 pm Monday through Friday !! No Saturday??? So a working person would come there when ??

The worst bank in the USA ever, They close my bank account and never got my money back, ever time I call them asking about my money they tell me I have to wait until Everthing is clear, clear what I don't know, and the reason for closing my account is the system is assuming there is a fraud transaction , weird shxx .

I am sooo upset!!! I just went to this location to grab $30 worth of quarters. Upon opening the quarters after I can home they had some nickels inside of it. About 12 nickels were inside of it. I am beyond upset. They don’t even answer their phones either
