The personalities of the sales clerks at Champaign Jewelers sparkle just as much as their jewelry does! I have never had a bad experience there. Jamie worked with my husband to design my engagement ring, and with me to design a matching wedding band. Jess almost always sees me the second I enter the store and is quick to come help, and everyone who works there work together as a team to make sure you are taken care of. Their jewelry is stunning, and they have an online wishlist where you can keep track of your favorite listed pieces. I cannot recommend the quality of those pieces enough, either! Truly a top-notch service provided by top-notch sales ladies!

The jewelry is beautiful, and the customer service impeccable. I had a precious (to me) pair of sapphire earrings, and lost one. CJ made the other into a ring that far exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Champaign Jewelers. I had been given an engagement ring that I couldn't wear as it stuck up off my finger more than 1/2 inch. I took it in to them they gave me quote right then and there and then re-did the same ring to look so much more amazing in a very timely fashion. I had a wonderful experience with Champaign Jewelers. Initially, my fiance and I went in to get measured so we could buy custom wedding rings online. After spending some time with Jamie at Champaign Jewelers, we completely changed our minds about looking online. She spend time with us to learn what we liked. She nerded out with us about gemstones, cuts, etc. She even showed us the diamond I was interested under the microscope so we could see the facets. She really went above and beyond to make the whole experience amazing. I always felt welcome every time I walked into the store, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. We took our time and came back to look at several custom designs before we found the perfect rings. Now, I have a beautiful custom ring that makes me smile whenever I look at it. I am super happy we stopped in. I highly recommend.
