Before Kit and I start the day of errands, we stopped by a local place we've been to in the past. I ordered the "Heart Attack" once again. Kit ordered a Egg Bagel with Egg, Pork Roll and Hash Brown sandwich. The person who took the order came out to our table and asked if I wanted to upgrade to the "Stroke"? Looking a little confused, glazed stare by me. She said, would I like a hash brown on my sandwich. The answer was, sure, why not. As the sandwiches were made, my inner voice justified the change up from my previous mornings regular breakfast sandwich of egg and jalapenos with the occasional pork added. Only do this once in a couple of months and it was a way to celebrate another day of inside dining!!!

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for years for breakfast and they have never disappointed, my boyfriend absolutely adores them for tasting so freshly baked every time. Under good management with well organized staff that is always welcoming, helpful, friendly, super quick with the orders and the store is always clean. I would recommend this bagel store to anyone in the Ocean County area. #yum

The food is good but the kids who work there are horrible. Always goofing off, never answer the phone, will stand there talking amongst each other and not address customers. I'm surprised the owner hasn't intervened. I've been there about 10 times and have never had a good experience with the people who work there. I stopped going and found another bagel store where the service is much better.

Placed an order that my girlfriend picked up. Part of the order was wrong. It should have been bacon, and egg on a bagel, and home fries. Instead, there were 2 bagels with cream cheese. She called, and was told the person who’s order it was, was still there, and to just stop back and exchange it with him, because he didn’t open it. I’m only posting this because they should have at least given everyone a new order. People opening, touching, and doing who knows what to someone’s food, seems a little unsanitary. After all, I received a large order from Mcdonalds that happened to be wrong, and the minute I brought it back, they threw it away in front of me, and gave me a new order. THAT seems like the clean, safe thing to do.

The food is amazing honestly, unfortunately the owners need to be made aware of how rude one of their employees is. I thought after just moving here I finally found my fav bagel place, plus its close to day care, yay! I've brought my kids and they love it more than JTs! I have ordered the same thing probably 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks now $12 for a blt bagel...ok its worth it...pls everything is seriously delicious. Literally with one request of a soft plain bagel lol... Simple enough right? I placed the order over the phone I give them 10 minutes before I pick it up....no hello no welcome when u walk in, ok im nothere for friends just food and whos not cranky at 730 lol. Then I hear the much older woman with glasses behind the counter complain how annoying the blt girl is because I requested a soft bagel, what lol?? When the next girl got to the counter she asked to help me I said yes I'm the annoying BLT girl lol...she looked down bc she heard her co worker and clearly i did too as well as the room full of customers..No problem I will take my money and business somewhere who is happy to have customers enjoy their food and not talk about me in a room full of customers. Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing.

The prices are insane. 3 bagels 1 with cream cheese 1 with eggs and cheese and 1 plain nothing on it 18 bucks and to top it off bagels a were burnt.

Staff were friendly and prices seem fair but I ordered 3 bagels (2 with cream cheese and 1 without anything) I got home to realize only 2/3 were in the bag. I figured with the 8 employees they had working an order of 3 bagels would be correct. The bagels were slightly smaller than expected coming from the name. They got me for 2 bucks not even gonna bother calling and it’s not worth my time driving back for it.

This place has the worst customer service. I have called several times to place an order only to be put on hold. While I’m on hold I get to listen to the girl help several other customers and they never pick up the phone. I call back and it goes to a voicemail. Ridiculous!!!!

I started coming here after moving to the area and at first it was good but on the weekends that’s a different story. I have now switched and drive the extra distance to silverton bagels because the staff is very rude on the weekends. Something all owners should think about, how you treat your customers makes a difference in when someone will remain a customer or not.

Starting with (3) stars because I have been trying to call the establishment but get an answering machine with a full mailbox. Wanted to know if the egg sandwiches were made with (1) or (2) eggs. I just left the deli and when I opened my sandwich at home, there was only (1) egg and I specifically asked for (2), which doesn’t make much of a sandwich. Would have preferred (2)

Broadway Giant Bagels is the BEST place to eat. The bagels are phenomenal and chewy. Like literally the best bagels I've ever eaten. They're so good you can eat them without butter or cream cheese or anything. They also make superb lunch sandwiches which are served on either a bagel, wrap, or bread. Everything is made to order and super fresh.

Great value friendly people

Best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. Bacon egg and cheese is superb. Jalapeño bagel is great too! Sometimes it can seem like the ratio of meat and egg are a little light compared to the bagel because they are giant bagels, but the quality is there. Staff is friendly too!

They make a great breakfast bagel sandwich. I did take out. The wait time for my order was quick. They have an amazing and interesting variety of bagel sandwiches. They even has a cheesesteak sandwich on a bagel. Prices are good and the staff is efficient.

Broadway giant bagel is the perfect bagel shop to me, hands down. Everything I have had there so far as been excellent and the staff is wonderful too, don't overlook this place or you'll be missing out big time!

Have to edit my great bagels post. They were great and now it was explained to me that the reason that they are now less than half the size is that they were hand rolling them because their machine was broken and now they finally got the part. So sad they were close and had great bagels before. I guess it's back to Barron's.

The bagels taste good but the variety is lacking. Went at 10:30 am on a Sunday and they were out of everything except plain already.

The bagels And spreads Are awesome. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is you can't get anyone on the phone and we witnessed the staff Hanging up on the phone calls

Been coming here since they open bagels are going downhill got a bagel today it looked like a mini bagel and prices are way up 3.25 for a bagel with butter. I don't mind paying high price for a good product but when I had to throw half of it away it was hard as a rock and it's 9:00 in the morning

First time visitor & the staff was amazingly helpful in explaining the menu to me. I got a ham, egg & cheese which was absolutely delicious- though a little expensive at $6.50.

Great local bagel spot! First time trying it recently, got a dozen bagels & some breakfast sandwiches. Sandwiches were piled with meat and the bagels were fresh. Will be back in the future for sure.

These are NOT Bagels. Just moved here to the bagel capital of the world and I got MUCH better bagels in FLORIDA. who’ d a thunk it?? They tasted just like regular bread. And definitely not worth the prices. Maybe the worst bagel we have ever had. Time to start exploring other Bagel shops for sure. If these are the “best bagels in Ocean county” I’m driving to Monmouth from now on.

OK what really made me go to this bagel store is that they advertise it as giant bagels so I had to check it out not only were they not giant they were even smaller than your average size bagel The place looks very filthy. Hazelnut coffee wasn’t even lukewarm. I will never ever go back here again !!!!!

Last time coming here. They ALWAYS make my egg runny... waste of money... please cook the egg all the way through unless someone asks for a runny egg. I was not able to come back as i had to be somewhere. I'm a diabetic also so now i need to go waste more money elsewhere because i get very sick as a diabetic of i do not eat

Been coming here for years.. I always get my usual everything with scallion cream cheese and tomato last Few times it tasted like lox. I guess the lazy kids they have working don’t clean the surfaces and change their gloves.. very gross.

Easily some of the best bagels in Jersey. The staff is personable and friendly, and there's just an overall wonderful atmosphere. Good vibes all around, 10/10.

bagels are normal sized and the breakfast sandwich had 1 egg and was eh. it was alright. they also had 4 people standing inside waiting for food while two people were eating inside the store which was kind of a red flag for me considering corona virus is a thing.and the store is small.... call ahead if youre at higher risk for covid unless you wanna stand inside while people without masks eat about 3 feet away from you

Usually the bagels are warm and soft, However the bagels are not the same I ordered the dozen they were hard and no one ate them which I thought was strange Broadway had the best bagels in the the Northside of Toms River also the French that bagels are totally different from what was offered before. I just hope covid is the reason for the slack because we like this place

Seriously GIANT bagels. Did you ever get bagels that have so little topping on them you can barely tell one from another? Not here. Whether your favorite is sesame, poppy, onion, garlic, or any other you will be satisfied. Don't even get me started on the Heat Attack. Enough food for 2, but what fun is sharing?!

I couldn't even post a photo because I devoured it that quickly! They are not kidding when they say Giant Bagels! Order catering! Great prices and clients will be so impressed!

Love this place! Everything is so good and everyone who runs the place is super friendly all the time! We've tried another bagel place nearby and Broadway blows them away. Definitely recommend!!

This place has so much potential. The bagels are always good. But they are always running out of bagels and even home fries! No matter what day of the week you go or what time of the day. The staff is always rushing you and your order and they are very disorganized.
