I walked in and was greeted by the manager. I told him I want to do one single session low pressure. He tried to sell me on a $80 a month package. I told him no, I can't afford that. He then tried to sell me on a $50 a month session. I told him no I'll just do the low pressure. I said honestly I just had a baby and I want to just do something for myself and I don't even have any business being here and paying for this in the first place. He said ok, well I would suggest the cacoon then. It's 20 minutes and it'll make you feel great. It is a little bit more expensive at $30. I said no I want the $15 tan. He then finally rang me up for my tan. I paid $17. And then he said do you have eye ware? I said yes and he said okay just let me take a peak at that. I said okay I don't. He said okay well that is required so we'll just get you taken care of and then he says go ahead and insert your card. It was another $7. I told him to just cancel everything and I'll go somewhere else. I've been in sales for 10 years and this was the most inconsiderate experience I have ever encountered. Even after saying I'm feeling down and don't have extra money in the first place he STILL tried to up sell me. Also the 3 people checked in while this was going on and after I asked for a refund.. were not asked to "take a peak at their eye ware" Stay away from here unless you feel like spending 15 minutes trying to be sold on something you didn't ask for. I'll stick to Oak Tan.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do Not Sign Up Here!!!! I would much rather pay $20 more for a membership elsewhere that values your time and respects you!!! THE STAFF IS LAZY. There is always a wait time, not because it’s high volume, because the front desk like to chat rather than do their job efficiently! The turnover at this salon is actually comical. I’ve contacted management and they are absolutely no help. I would never hire a manager that are so careless like the ones they have. Consider doing better for the clients that PAY to receive these services!!! Very unprofessional!!! have. Once again no accommodation to a problem that’s extremely frequent.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I have been a member for over 5 years, just for tanning. Spent THOUSANDS here and when I voiced concerns & issues I have experienced they did nothing to fix it or try to keep me as a customer. The place is DIRTY (dust & possibly mold as well all over- look at the ceiling vents), employee turnover is crazy, and the spray tan booths are constantly broken, they run out of hair nets so you have to tie a towel to your hair. Because customer service literally didn't care about my concerns at all, and said "drive to a new location if the spray tan machine is down" - when it was my third time in the past month experiencing this, I will be canceling my membership, and telling EVERYONE I know how bad it is. Disgusted that I spent $65 a month for over 5 years to a company that only sees it's customers as dollar signs.. Can't wait to put my money elsewhere honestly.. Another thing to note- they don't allow refunds. Bad spray tan (which has happened to me once in a while)- too bad! You still have to spend a lot of money on it. Update: @ the owner's response: I already reached out to customer support, and clearly stated that it was extremely unhelpful. She did not care that I am canceling my membership after years of being a member. You can reach out to me if you have a solution. I called yesterday July 6th around 5:30 PM if you want to review the call.

My favorite salon, excellent service, solar beds at the highest level, girls, do not spare money on the most expensive solarium because it does not harm your health, unlike cheap solar beds! I really love the workers at this salon! 🩷🩷🩷

I have been a member now for a little over 2 years and love the services they offer. The staff is very friendly and are knowledgeable in the services they provide and the products they sell. I'm sad to see some of my favorite staff members are no longer working there, but I still am very happy. Excited for the new spray tan booths to be installed! This is my plug for Woodbury to get them ASAP! :)

I have been a Totally Tan member since late 2020 and this location is my go to spot, the rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, ESPECIALLY Lexi, Kayla, Stephanie & Miranda. I love how they know me and what services I use (right down to knowing the rooms I prefer!) you ladies rock and are the highlight of my day! I so look forward to not only the awesome red light & tanning services, but the fun and genuine banter we share when I’m in! Keep up the amazing job!!

I've had a membership for quite some time now, I absolutely love all the services but what I didn't like was how understaffed they always were so I was always waiting at the front dk to be helped with know one around. The female manager at the time wasn't too friendly either So I took a 2 year break I just started up again and other then being waay too expensive I enjoy going again and absolutely adore the new manager, it's always clean, rarely have to wait, definitely would recommend
