To
start,
they
took
down
my
initial
1-star
post
that
had
pictures
attached
showing
the
condition
of
the
property.
I
recently
moved
out,
but
prior
to
moving
out
I
lived
at
Beyond
for
2
years.
The
first
6
months
were
good,
but
there
was
a
sharp
decline
after
ownership
changed.
1)
the
entryway
doors
rarely
close
properly,
therefore
allowing
any
resident
and
non-resident
to
enter
freely.
This
is
an
obvious
security
issue.
2)
the
garage
doors
often
have
issues
with
opening
and
closing.
Iāve
noted
that
the
lower
level
garage
in
the
East
building
has
many
maintenance
issues
with
regard
to
closing.
I
believe
the
West
building
also
encountered
a
similar
issue
several
times
over
the
last
year
at
least.
Again,
an
obvious
security
issue
to
not
only
the
residents
but
also
to
their
personal
vehicles.
3)
packages.
Before
moving
out,
they
took
out
the
Amazon
Hub
in
the
East
building
and
replaced
it
with
a
nice
center
island.
I
thought
this
was
a
nice
upgrade,
but
donāt
know
how
beneficial
its
utility
is.
As
for
the
Luxor
system,
good
luck
receiving
a
code
to
even
get
your
package.
Management
is
more
than
happy
to
help
open
the
package
closet
for
you,
but
I
often
would
get
home
outside
of
office
hours.
4)
Dog
poop.
People
donāt
pick
up
after
themselves.
Whatās
the
point
of
having
the
dogs
do
the
cheek
swabs
if
youāre
not
going
to
reprimand
residents
for
not
picking
up
after
their
dogs?
On
top
of
it
being
quite
gross,
itās
a
health
risk
to
other
dogs
via
transmission
of
worms,
illness,
etc.
5)
Parking.
The
outdoor
parking
lot
is
a
nightmare
at
night.
People
are
parking
in
places
that
make
it
impossible
for
any
emergency
vehicles
to
either
get
through
or
properly
reach
the
building.
Itās
honestly
terrifying!
I
understand
that
residents
may
not
wish
to
pay
the
extra
X
amount
it
is
to
park
inside;
however,
management
needs
to
better
advocate
for
the
safety
of
the
building
as
a
whole
and
start
enforcing
towing.
This
should
be
a
non-negotiable.
I
also
understand
resident
frustration
ā
there
should
be
enough
outdoor
parking
for
the
amount
of
residents
if
indoor
parking
is
not
already
included
in
the
monthly
base
rent.
I
could
go
on
about
the
other
several
grievances
I
had
while
living
there,
but
those
are
more
superficial
than
security-based.
I
do
not
want
this
to
sound
like
a
pile-on
for
management,
although
these
are
issues
often
addressed
by
management.
I
think
this
is
truly
part
of
the
ownership
issues
in
general
with
Greystar.
My
experiences
with
management
have
been
generally
positive.
Also,
whatās
with
all
the
Walmart
shopping
carts?
