Like always they have great customer service skills. You feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. Their food is so good!! Their prices are even better!!! I really appreciate their skills for making such great food!!

Small Pho restaurant but the food is amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly and the food was perfect! Try the Brown Sugar Milk Tea!

This was my first time experiencing this style of restaurant, and though the quality of the food was good, the bill seemed high for 3 people. The cashier double checked and the bill went from $77 to $54. Thankfully he double checked. Again, food was good, I’m not a fan of mint in my meals…and apparently this style cuisine uses mint in a variety of dishes. I would return to try something without mint.

I'm a chunky monkey but the regular sized bowl is still enough for two people. I'm not sure about the quality of their ingredients but the quantity is pretty satisfying. So much meat in one bowl. Make sure to ask for chili oil! We ordered the p7, p8, and p10 which is just all pho bowls with all meats. As an appetizer, we had fried wonton (there was about 8-10 pieces), which was a lot and very shareable.

This time we ordered the Grilled Pork sandwich and it was so good. The bun was crispy and soft inside w/ a lil' chewiness. Perfect. The meat was the most tender we've ever had in a banh mi sam. Same with the pho. So easy to bite into and the meat would fall apart. The bowlful had all the ingredients to make a great tasty meal. The fish sauce was so flavorful. I only wish we had asked for extra. It was the best. There was so much soup, it was too much for the bowl. The spring rolls didn't seem to be as good as the first time. But, ok. Would still order it again. The dipping sauce wasn't forgotten this time, but it wasn't anything special. What I keep thinking about days later, is that grilled pork sandwich. Looking forward to the next one! Oh and they were pretty fast for ordering and delivery with Door Dash.

way over-priced, horrible/non-existent service, communication break down, had to continually ask for stuff, didn't get what we ordered (ordered shrimp dish, received pork instead) found a brown worm in salad! when brought to attention of worker, they acted like it was no big deal. had to keep asking for bill, so we could pay & leave! almost just left w/ out paying. will never go there again! & definitely do not recommend.

Ordered for take out and I was definitely impressed with the portions! I've been at this bowl for a while now. I just keep adding more of the broth that was packaged separately and it keeps filling my plate up. The taste is definitely authentic. My new favorite place.

Fast service very friendly. Great food I have eaten 4 different dishes there and the food was delicious.

I’m always having to drive to El Cajon blvd for good pho but living in east county drive can be a pain , this place is closest thing to it, clean quality pho and a good price , recommend if you live in east county , very good

Went here with my wife. Ordered a sandwich to go. Took 15 minutes to make a 6 inch sub. Place was not properly air conditioned. When we got the sandwich which was advertised on the menu at $6.75 we ended up being charged $10.60. When we enquired about why we were charged that much, they said $1 extra for an order under $10, $1 extra because the real price was $7.75, tax and tip. We did not get a choice whether to tip or not since the machine “overheated” during our transaction. We only saw the amount because my wife checked her bank account on her phone. The cashier asked us if we wanted to pay via Zelle which businesses should not do as this means they would avoid paying tax on that particular income. It was at this point my wife looked at her phone and saw the amount. People will say it’s rude not to tip but it’s also rude to spend other people’s money without asking permission. Terrible experience and will never go in here ever again.

Great service and great food. I cam to Cali From Rhode Island on vacation and couldn’t find good Asian food out here but this place was excellent. Would definitely come every time and refer friends.

Good Pho to go. I ordered well done flank, veg & tofu, and meatball Pho. All delicious. Watch out for the fresh peppers given to you on the side when you order Pho. They are HOTTT!!!! don't eat them, just flavor your broth. 😂. Staff was friendly. They offered me tea as I waited for my food. Fast service. I could even finish my tea before it was ready. No complaints here.

Recently we went to Pho Tam. Usually it's good. We usually get Pho soup with rare meat and egg rolls on the side. But we were served cold egg rolls that you could tell that had been sitting for awhile not even warm disappointed in those. Soup for the day was just OK. For now we will be skipping this place for a while. People who work there are always friendly.

The staff here is so nice, every time we arrive they greet us with a smile! Their food is so good! My favorite dish is the Seafood Pho noodle soup! But what I like the most are the prices! I really recommend this business! Thank you for having such a nice restaurant to go out and eat with family and friends!

No frills. Fanatics food! Steven, the owner is super friendly and on top of things. Super FAST service, hot and delicious dishes at very reasonable prices. Great food, nicely priced and super friendly staff. Even though they were busy we were seated fast, served fast and fed like royalty! Big portions, these guys don't want anyone going home still hungry. I WILL be back next time I'm in El Cajon!

Very friendly service, good food, and fair prices. The family that owns/operates this shop are extremely friendly and eager to please. The pho broth is amazing, not over-salted and has the best flavor...I didn't add any condiments like I normally do. Prices are $10-13 for a large portion. The building is clean, but not updated or chic.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine. We went there and ordered take-out. While we waited we spoke to the owners, who were super nice and said if we didn't like the food to go back and they would give us a full refund! While we waited for the food we also got to see the live entertainment! They have an aquarium with fish! They were super cute. Once home we unpacked and ate every bit of the pho! The broth was delicious! We decided to go with beef pho and some spring rolls. Both were amazing and didn't last more than 20 min in our presence 😄. We will definitely be going back to try the rest for the food! Also, excuse my dirty table. We spilled some broth while unpacking.

Food is great, service sucks. I ordered delivery and was sent less than 1/2 of my order. I called the restaurant and they were unapologetic and pushed it onto the driver, did not offer a solution. I then place another order to replace missing food, and they cancelled the order completely the second time. So very disappointing

Excellent pho broth. I ordered pho bowl with only beef broth and vegetables. The staff was so nice about it. We had chicken fried rice where my husband devoured. The spring roll was excellent. One of the best pho place we’ve been. Super nice staff. We will definitely come back to this place!

Had Pho Tai to go. It was very good; the meat was sliced thin and tasty. Everything was packaged nicely so i could mix together when I got it back to work. Would definitely go there again.

Pho broth is not bad. Doesn't make up for the awful brisket they use which is 99% fat that does not break down as you chew! Lazy worker doesn't get off his chair to even take your order and never checks on you. Definitely do not recommend this place
