Both of my daughters attend British Swim School in Paramus. They really enjoy the lessons and the teachers are great, both my daughters have June as an instructor and she is great. Dena is very responsive and always provides help when I need it. The only negative feedback I have is there have been at least one instance where I was already at the pool and the instructor did not show up. I also think it would be great to get official monthly written updates from the school on your child’s progress. Especially since it’s not a typical swim class where you are in a class for six weeks and then you get a pass or fail. Without constant updates it’s hard to know your child’s progress, especially in my case when one of my daughters progressed slower than the other. Otherwise, I really like this school and recommend folks check it out!

My son had a great experience at British Swim School in Paramus. He started lessons at 4 months old. We loved our instructor named June. She, as well as the other instructors that would assist and or sub for her, were very knowledgeable and helpful. My son absolutely loves swimming and has improved during his 5 months of swimming lessons. I appreciate that we were able to use a different Paramus location when the LA Fitness pool was receiving maintenance. Thanks for a great experience British Swim School!

My 2 year old daughter loves the classes. She was fearful of water and now can’t wait to go to swim lessons. June and Eric are amazing and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you British Swim School for helping Abby love the water and learn how to be safe in the water.

My 6 yr old son is doing so well with British Swim School. Eric works so well with him and the program is very well structured, its been six months and he has graduated a few levels. The coordinator is so friendly and works with my hectic work schedule. We drive from Rockland County cause we heard such good things about this swim school and I am excited about the fact that they are offering lessons closer to me. I highly recommend.

The British Swim School has it been a great experience for both my son and my family. My son came to the school only being able to jump in a pool. Now he can swim better than I can. This has been such a positive experience for us as well as my son. I would recommend having anyone come to the school and take swimming lessons

My kids love their swimming sessions at Paramus location, British swim school. The instructors are so much fun and that makes them feel so welcomed and looking forward to the session on Sundays. It took us some time to find the time that works and somewhat slow (busy classes used to get overwhelming for kids and instructor i felt) but Dina was super helpful in accommodating my requests for time ch, seeges. I highly recommend Paramus location for British swim school.

Have been bringing my daughter for over a year now. Her swim skills have grown immensely and she absolutely loves this school. Dena, the manager is also great with the kids and super accommodating!

Great instructors!! Both my kids love to go swimming! The office staff is really nice and helpful when we have to miss a class and help with scheduling makeups.

My son has been coming here for 5months now (after being in a different swim school for a couples months) and I've seen him improve significantly. I can see his confidence grow and enjoy being in the water now. The instructors are patient with my 6yr old son who sometimew struggles to follow directions and pushes to install water safety.

Our daughter did British swimming before the pandemic when she was about two years old. She progressed quickly, going on her back and underwater without any problem. Then the pandemic started, and we had to move to another area where there wasn’t British Swim. The instructor in that area traumatized my daughter to the point that she wouldn’t get near the water. Then, the pandemic calmed down, and we returned to British Swim School, where she was assigned an excellent trainer named Crystal in LA Fitness Paramus. Crystal is an outstanding trainer who continues to help our daughter overcome her fears with her persistence and dedication. Thank you, Crystal and the British Swim School team!!

Amazing swim school for adults. Just my 2nd class & I already feel so confident with back floating ( I moved from another swim school in Paramus as I was not happy with the progress) . Alex the swim instructor is so patient & provides great feedback to improve your skills. Dina is so accommodating & works with you. Overall I 100% recommend British school for your swimming needs

Crystal is patient and kind. She is an excellent swimming instructor who exudes confidence and happiness. She has been devoted to helping our special needs adult son learn to swim.

My kids learned swimming here, the instructors are phenomenal, patient and knowledgeable. My kids loved this place even it was half an hour drive for me, they insisted to be here and learned swimming really well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone thanks 😊
