Place needs a little cleaning. We wanted to sit in and sip our coffee but the tables were so dirty, the floors were filth and garbage piled to brim of the disposal area. Now I’m all about having fun at work but… had to remind my server what a venti look like. Otherwise the coffee taste good and the servers were pleasant.

Very friendly service, spend two hours on February 26th, 2023. Right after the Art House Tattoo visit. The same Barista behind the counter by those high chairs helped us ( me and my Love 💓 🖤💓).

Honestly, the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and sadly it’s the closest location to me. I usually never write reviews but hoping that they improve their service. Their orders are always inconsistent and their online orders are always super late. The lady at the register on may 3rd at 6pm clearly has no skill of customer service. Please learn to treat everyone equally and speak respectfully.

Visited this location due to their current promotion of holding flavors and was looking forward to enjoy some morning joe. The lines were decent and the barista service was excellent. We ended up getting pumpkin spice latte and caramel brûlée latte. We were in and out of the location in less than 10 minutes. Only thing I would recommend increasing the social distance.

To all Veterans, don’t go to Bellerose, NY! No free cup of coffee as advertised for Veterans Day. Not only am I a combat veteran, but I frequent the location buying bags of coffee beans, food, and coffee and they could not afford to give a veteran a small coffee. They have lost my business - permanently!!!!!

Hit or miss on service - haven't been back since waiting over 20 min for a mobile order and the manager being somewhat rude about it - when one of the 20 people waiting asked about it - he just said they were busy, instead of checking to see that their mobile order machine was down. Having a crowd waiting wasn't a clear indication to him with zero drinks lined up for pick up.

Love running here in the morning. Located in an upscale shopping complex. It is safe, convenient, order ahead, there is ample seating and ridiculous amounts of parking. Recommended early morning: Tall Nitro Brew

Every time I come here I am happy with what I get. Today to be honest felt so magical with the two females that were working the front register at 8am. I have to compliment the staff because despite being slammed with orders they were working diligently and it is nice to see people enjoy what they do. Whether you want hot coffee like my husband gets or an iced drink like I do you will find something you like. I also tried the new chicken with maple butter and egg sandwich. Sooooo good. I posted some pics which are ok because this is a legit review and this place is one of my best places to go. It is a whole vibe.

I was firstly waiting there for about 5 mins on the line because someone was ahead of me than the cashier saw me and just pretended as though I wasn’t there all because I was wearing a hijab. The hate is real. The cashier also let people go that came in after me. This is horrible I thought we were living in 2023. Never coming here again first and last time for sure. 🙂

This Starbucks is always very slow. If you are ever rushing somewhere, do not go here. I don't know why out of the many times I been here I was never happy with the service.

The staff is very friendly but a lot of stuff are always out of stock. Last vist they were out of matcha, next visit they’re out of caramel, now they’re out of oat milk and almond milk.

The staff there is very helpful and quick. Seeing how we are still dealing with covid you can't sit inside but you can pick your order or please an order inside now.

The staff here are very friendly but I think due to how busy it can get here the drink quality is always a hit or miss. One particular thing that drives me nuts is that you have to ask for a straw (they are out of sight) if you need one like children. I feel it to be a little disrespectful to clients who are paying for drinks that require straws.

RUDE STAFF (besides the very nice cashier). Hope they're all fired! After 22 minutes of waiting for my drink, I asked one staff member if I was coming up and she flat out ignored me. I then asked another one that then felt to need to go on her soap box and start loudly telling everyone "I'm backed up. I'm backed up. Can't people see that" and that she was not going to check on the status of my drink. Worst Starbucks experience.
