I live nearby and frequently come to State Game Land Thirteen to hike. The scenery is beautiful and the trails are well cared for. I'd rate the hiking challenge as middle range. There are some steeper hills, but most of the trails are pretty easily manageable for most hikers. Enjoy this amazing part of Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains.

Scenic spots, but busy during the weekends for the narrow gravel roads with sharp drop offs leading to the scenic places.

The game commission is doing a great job with roads, parking areas and cutting brush.

Great chunk of Pennsylvania wilderness. I hike in from the west to visit Dutchman's Swamp. Not for the faint of heart as most of it is rugged PA mountains. The views will not disappoint.

Just Passing Thru! Truck loaded with Corragated Pipe on an oversized truck was stuck in the middle of the road, Seen PA game commissin truck assiting, So I assume this was thier baby. Traffick jammed up for 45 minutes before we were able to pass. Just glad no one was hurt. I have heard this is a beautiful stste park and hope to visit it in the future.

There are plenty of woods to hunt here. It was a little tough trying to pass someone because the road is narrow but it is worth it if you get back in there.
