I’m living in this community from past 5 months. Heard good reviews about this place & we moved here. On Monday they turned off the water supply to my building without notifying anything, after calling to maintenance department got to know that due to emergency repairs they did so & then got a mail. Next day also they turned off the water again, I called and enquired then told the same reason and sent a mail saying that today & tomorrow there will be a water supply off till 9am to 3pm. It was 6pm then they turned on the water supply. Again after 3 days today also they turned off the water supply without notifying anything. I tried calling to the maintenance department but no one is answering.This is such an irresponsible & worst maintenance department I have ever seen.

Cindy and Shay were amazing and so helpful. It's because of them it was so clear this is where I need to live. They answered all my questions and put all my concerns at ease. I'M SO EXCITED TO LIVE HERE!

The maintenance team here is top notch! They respond quickly and are extremely reliable and professional. We had Dennis from maintenance here this week-he came right away and was able to quickly fix the issue. Dennis was incredibly courteous, helpful, kind, and professional. We had Joe the maintenance manager help us over the summer with a problem. Joe was eager to remedy the issue. He was extremely courteous, caring, helpful and professional. His follow up was also great! Raymond from maintenance did our walk through with us before we moved in and, he was also incredibly kind and courteous, helpful, patient, and professional. It’s really wonderful to live in a community that has such an exceptional maintenance team!

We scheduled a physical tour with Shay from the leasing office, and she was so helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and showed us multiple units, with different options, and helped us find a unit at a good price that we’d be happy with. When move in day came, Raymond brought us over to our new home and was very helpful, answered all our questions. The staff was very helpful and friendly overall!

Shay was absolutely amazing! And so kind, professional and very knowledgeable! She knows her job and does it very well! She made me feel at home at well..my new home! I would highly recommend her to lease you your new home today!

I can't say enough positive things about Dena. I walked into her office and was greeted by her warm and friendly smile. I was so nervous about looking for a new place to live and she made the whole experience so simple. Thank you, Dena. I'll stop by to say hello after I move in. 😀

Cindy V. was very helpful and patient throughout the entire walkthrough of the community. I made the mistake of not making an appointment, but I’m super thankful Cindy took me in anyways. She went the extra mile and explained all the perks of each apartment and created a very comfortable feeling for a new renter like me! Hoping to rent here soon!

I really feel very Happy and appreciated Cindy , who helped lot and give valuable service. As and when I ask she gives appointment to see apartment and guidance. Thank you Cindy for your support and co-operations. Especially I like heather wood apartments and I refer my friends .

We have been looking for a place to call home for about a month. I had called and spoke with Dena early in our search. She at the time was very helpful and responsive to all my questions over the phone, especially since this was the first time we were looking into a communal living. Never did I feel I was being rushed, she took the time to answer all my questions. Confident we had all our concerns answered we applied online on a Thursday evening. While we waited for our application to be processed, Saturday morning we went on a tour of the grounds. Dena and the office staff was so welcoming when we arrived for a tour of the grounds, especially since we had never made a appointment. Dena made us aware that our application was processed and approved. The turn around was so quick and easy. Dena took us around the property, showed us 2 different units and answered all our out outstanding questions. She sold us immediately. We are now moving in at the end of the month. The whole process was so seamless. We are excited to be moving to the community.

Cindy and Dena have got to be the best ladies to speak with when coming to view this community. Had spoken to Cindy a few months ago as I was looking for an affordable apartment in Long Island and decided while I was in the area I’d come take a visit and tour the unit. Both ladies are amazing, warm welcoming and had positive energy! Can’t wait to see what the future has next in store 🤞🏼

Nicole helped my husband and i in a very professional manner. She was fast and efficient and very convenient based on our schedule and time of move in. Cindy helped me as well too and she was very informative. They are a great team and very welcoming.

Had such an AMAZING experience with Dena! Dena gave us our initial tour and was very thorough in answering any questions we had, as well as showing us around the community. She made us feel welcomed, and her positive attitude definitely played a role in our decision to apply! We are so grateful we had her assistance through out the process which she made a breeze 😊.

Highly recommend this location, it’s a beautiful community and the staff here is phenomenal! Julie helped me look at a few apartments, she also was very welcoming and supportive! She was Abel to answer all my questions and concerns with all the patients anyone could have. She was amazing.

I recently moved into this community, Dena was extremely helpful, informative, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Julie, and Cindy were also very helpful and even checked in after my move in date to make sure everything went smooth and I was happy. Overall they made the move in process very convenient and made me feel very comfortable.

Julie and Dina were amazing !!!! My mom and my sons feel right out home and Julie’s amazing bubbly personality made the transition even better and Dina helped out so much I’m recommending all my friends The office has such a great group of females and they are amazing

I just want to start this off by saying that 2023 was hands down the worst year of my life. When I decided to start apartment hunting I was dreading it because I have heard how difficult it can be, and it was, until I came to Colony Park. I just want to thank Cindy, Dina and Julie for being so helpful, patient, informative and responsive. All three of these incredible Women answered every inquiry that I had from start to finish. My 2023 may have been terrible for a majority of the year but thanks to them it is ending on an amazing note. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart and I am happy to call Colony Park my home.
