I’m a huge fan of this complex, the location, and the people who work in the building. The employees make you feel like you are part of a community and really make the place feel like home. In particular, the staff in the package room is always such a breath of fresh air. They greet you with a smile and do anything they can to help you with whatever you came in there for. The whole staff is excellent and in particular Mike, who I speak with very often, always sees to it that I’m taken care of and operates with such positivity that it makes me look forward to walking into the office. I can’t say I know of too many other complexes where people feel this way but this is what makes Kips Bay Court a special place.

I have been living in building 480 of Kips Bay Court since August of 2022. My experiences with living in the building have been almost all positive. The only big exception to that is the condition of the fitness gym which in my opinion as and every day user needs significant improvement and updating. However, one thing has has seriously elevated my experience with living in the building is Mike from the package room. Mike is always super courteous and friendly, and even knows my roommate and I by name. Every time I come in to pick up a package, I don’t even need to remind him my name and apartment number because he recognizes me right away. My guess is that this experience is shared amongst a majority of the tenants in the building. He goes above and beyond to make the experience of living here feel personal and luxurious, which certainly helps justify the relatively high price point of rent in these apartments. He definitely deserves some sort of raise or a promotion!

I recall as a teenager, my mom would always speak highly of Julia Rodriguez as being a dedicated worker. As well as respectful and kind . Many years ago, when I returned as a tenant , this still holds true. She was supportive throughout my mom's illness and passing in 2020. Julia continues to be a good hearted person and just as committed to her job .

I’ve been living here for almost a year and a half now and have been very satisfied with Kips Bay Court. The beam maintenance/cleaning and the package team are friendly, kind, and hardworking people. I wanted to especially shout out Mike and Eli for their friendly demeanor and constant effort to interact and get to know you. I highly recommend living here!

We’ve been residents at Kips Bay Court for almost a year and a half and it has been a great experience. The Beam maintenance/cleaning/package room staff is extremely attentive and kind. Special shout out to Mike who is fantastic and goes the extra mile to help out the residents. The building super Eli is also great and helpful. Would recommend living her.

Mike in the package center is EXCEPTIONAL! He’s super kind, always greets us with a huge smile, and is just a pleasure to speak to. I always appreciate how nice he is to my son and how he remembers his name/ gives him high fives. He helps us get the packages organized and loads them into the stroller when there’s too many. All in all he’s just a hard worker and we can’t express enough how much we appreciate him!

I had a great experience working with Sami Khan . He was extremely professional and efficient in handling all my queries. His deep knowledge and dedication to finding the right fit for my needs was truly commendable. Highly recommend asking for him

I have lived at Kips Bay Court for 4 years. Very well maintained building and great location. One of the best aspects of living here is the maintenance team. They are very hard working, always responsive and ready to help ! As an example, my AC had issues and the maintenance team was able to replace it with a brand new one in a matter of a few hours. I was very impressed by the great maintenance service of Mr. Nelson Mora, who drove to pick up the new AC and performed an excellent replacement & installation work in a matter of a few hours! Thanks to Mr. Nelson Mora, you made our day ! Also a special thanks to Eli, the Building superintendent, for being always available to help day and night. You are amazing. Kips Bay Court is very recommended.

I can't thank Sami Khan enough for his exceptional service. He truly went the extra mile to ensure I found a place that met all my requirements. His willingness to accommodate my schedule and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Very comfortable living! I have to mention that I feel so lucky to have had an amazing leasing agent, Chanissa! She has been so patient, has shown up each time I needed her, and made my internal lease transfer such a smooth process. :)

He has an amazing memory, remembering the names of my husband and mine and our apartment unit (even after we were away for awhile!). I've seen reviews he has done that to others too. He never fails to greet us with a big and warm smile. Thank you for making a difference in our short but wonderful stay at Kips Bay Court! Location is also perfect in the city with grocery stores and great food along 3rd ave!

Lived here for a year and a half and I don't want to live anywhere else in the city. Right from the day I went to view apartments the first time, up until it was time to move out, everything has been so smooth. The leasing office, management, and maintenance crew are some of the warmest and most accommodating people in the city. If I have the chance to live in NYC again, I'm coming back here. My apartment is so spacious, especially when you compare it to other studios for the same price in the city, maintenance has always been handled so efficiently, and it's so close to the heart of the city but conveniently located away from it so that you aren't disturbed by crowds or loud noises all the time. It's also close to a lot of restaurants, and to Madison Square Park. Also I can't stop talking about how much storage space I have! Kips Bay Court has been my home for almost 2 years, and I hope I get to come back!
