As usual Ted my service advisor helped me with all of my needs with my 2020 750XI. The staff was very professional when I picked my car up and extremely helpful. No long wait, Ted is a phenomenal advocate I have tire and wheel insurance. He made sure that they covered everything that they were supposed to give me a fair price on a wheel alignment and I had my car back in the day and a half. I was very satisfied as usual.
