This

has
nothing

do
with
them,
they
are
both
amazing.
I
had
the
most
disgusting
experience
with
LIS
and
she
told
me
that
you
-
the
owner
-would
not
care
and
she
actually
blocked
my
email
from
going
thru
to
the
“district
manager”.
Pls
respond
here
if
you
would
like
to
discuss
further.
If
not
-
I
am
calling
the
BBB
and
the
news.
SHAME
ON
HER
and
for
anyone
who
lets
this
behavior
continue.
Just
for
you
to
know
how
it
started
Lis
suggested
I
“come
to
the
store
and
look
thru
300
packages
to
find
yours”.
This
is
your
manager?
I
will
never
set
foot
into
your
location
again.

-
I
just
contacted
the
store
at
7:15pm
on
10/23
and
was
told
by
the
young
man
that
my
package
was
not
at
the
store
and
not
in
their
system
and
I
should
file
a
claim.
This
afternoon
Jesus
told
me
my
package
was
still
at
the
store.
So
someone
pls
enlighten
me
as
to
what
happened
between
12pm
and
7:15pm.
I
cannot
believe
this
is
how
you
treat
customers
in
2023
in
NYC.
I
am
disgusted.
Update:
1
week
later
and
no
owner
has
made
contact.
I
guess
when
“LIS”
said
“the
owner
won’t
care
either”
-
she
was
certainly
correct.
Shame
on
you
to
let
your
employees
control
you.
