My husband went here to rent his tux for our wedding in July. We went in April for the fitting to allow plenty of time. He was measured and we went over exactly what we wanted for him and his wedding party. We were told that they would email us when the suits/tux were ready to be picked up. Fast forward to literally 3 days before the wedding. No email for pick up so had to call to find out. None of the suits had the purple vests we had picked out to match the ties. They credited each groomsmen for the vest instead of trying to actually fix the mistake. The ring bearer had a tie instead of the bow tie to match my husband, so they had to scramble around to try to find something to replace it, which in the end didn’t match! The worst part was that my husband’s tux jacket was about 2 sizes too big and his pants we so long that we had to fold them. Not sure why they even bothered measuring. The tux looks ridiculous in photos and of course there was “nothing they could do” because it was literally right before the wedding and on a weekend. In the end, they literally got nothing right and I wish we had gone somewhere else.

I have shopped at Men's Wearhouse most of my life. I love this store! When I walk in I'm immediatley greated by someone, I tell them what I need, and they deliver. Not the the place that obnoxiously tries to jam things you don't need or want at the time in your bag! Got a $55 dollar tie for $5 bucks! And it was not a mistake. I just grabbed a tie that I liked, didn't even look at the price, and it was a clearance sale!

The gentleman who helped me get everything chosen for my groomsmen at my wedding told me over and over, "we'll go over that" whenever I asked a question just to end up having multiple things incorrect with EVERY SINGLE GROOMSMEN whether it was the wrong size, wrong pattern on the bowtie, wrong size shoes, the list goes on. Had reservations using MWH going in and I should've went with my gut in the first place. Only reason I will give them an extra star is they ended up correctly everything, but the last thing the groom wants to be doing is going to pick up 7 pairs of shoes for his groomsmen the night before his wedding. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

My go to place when I need dress clothes (or a pair of jeans lol) The folks there are always really helpful and attentive. Prices are usually fair. You can get really nice expensive to more reasonable deals. They do a good job with rentals for weddings as well.

Walked in to the Patchogue location and was greeted and directed immediately to where I should find kids suits. Seconds later was helped by Naz. Definitely a good employee went above and beyond helping and even tho my toddler was crazy running around he never seemed bothered and best of all was understanding. Deff recommend Naz

My wife and I went there to buy a suit and replace a suit jacket for a suit i purchased there as well. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Danielle. I have to say, Danielle went above and beyond helping us out. She looked up all my information from the previous year for sizing, she was just amazing. Week later I received a follow up call from her to say everything was in and ready. Once we arrived, Danielle didnt say a word she walked in the back and came out with the suits. I cannot say enough about how helpful and exceptional she is. Thank you, Danielle!!!

Showed up 15 minutes before close. I understand and try not to do things like that as i work in hospitality. Do to my odd hours i actually left early to try to get here. But was told to come back another day such as tomorrow between 10 and 9.... was there before 9 today. Will be looking for a suit elsewhere. Karako is down the road no more then half a mile, also I can look at dxl because I am a bigger guy which I know means I have to spend more money you could of had.

Very friendly staff, super helpful. Went above and beyond my expectations and not as heavy on my pocket as I thought it would be.
