Don’t trust the fraudulently high reviews on here. Numerous times I have left a review stating my problems with billing (it took them a YEAR to fix errors like double, even triple billing) and they have been hassling me to pay a bill I don’t owe. Don’t put your credit card on file here - once they have your money, you’re never getting it back. The clinicians are wonderful. But it doesn’t outweigh the absolute nightmare that is the billing department. Don’t bother responding to this telling me to email your support accounts - I have numerous times and nobody has resolved my problem. I’ve given up on solving it. I just want to warn others about the billing department, so please leave my review up.

Never in my 29 years filled with anxiety have I found a psychiatrist that actually listens to me! Until LifeStance, Dr. Kwon is amazing. Honestly would highly recommend.

Incredible company and staff!! Treasure Santos and Kellie Murawski are two of the sweetest, most empathetic and personable women I’ve ever met. They are amazing at listening and making you feel comfortable and heard. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for therapy/guidance and medication for adult ADHD, anxiety, depression etc…

Alexander Kwon was excellent. Made me feel super comfortable and willing to open up to him. I've never been to a psychiatrist before because my anxiety would always talk me out of it, I should've done it years ago. Would definitely recommend.

So far I’ve been really pleased with my experience with Life Stance. Tracey Fenech is the therapist I am seeing and she’s been great so far. She is very soft and kind, even when she’s trying to challenge my thought processes. I’ve only had a handful of sessions so far but I do feel comfortable sharing with her, even the dark scary thoughts. I’m looking forward to continuing working with her. Treasure Santos is who I started seeing for medication and while I’ve only had one appointment with her she was also very kind. Especially with medication, I appreciate her thoroughness and honestly. She explained all the potential side effects, when to take it and with what, and discussed potential interactions with different medications. I appreciate both of these ladies for the help they are providing. All my appointments have been through telehealth which may not be the right fit for everyone but I do believe the office has in person visits as well. I’ve only had to chat with the front office a few times but they’ve always been nice and helpful. Overall I’ve been very pleased with how thorough and kind everyone has been at this office. I feel like I’m apart of my treatment and I feel like all options are being explored rather than than jumping to a concrete diagnosis after a session or two.

My therapist is great. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in creating a treatment plan that has worked for me. The representatives at Lifestance are also very helpful. I'd definitely recommend Lifestance.

Very professional and informative environment. I have gotten a lot of insight on things about me that I have never known before. Friendly people who are very open minded. Great place to start to work on your emotional and mental health.

The provider I saw was excellent but the issues I had with the office staff are what prompted me to write this. I told my provider I would be losing my insurance and would likely have NJ Family Care (Medicaid) at the time of our next appointment. Knowing the practice doesn't accept Medicaid, I asked my provider if I could the pay the full out of pocket cost in the future instead of using insurance so I could stay with the same provider and not have to look elsewhere. The provider was not sure but told me the person at the front desk could let me know. I asked the woman at the front desk and she told me it would be no problem for me to continue coming when I have Medicaid and that I could pay out of pocket for the appointments. About a week before my next appointment I called the office with a question about a medication. When I mentioned my insurance had changed I was told that my appointment needed to be cancelled because it would be illegal for me to pay the out of pocket cost for the appointment since I have Medicaid. I have never heard of this policy and neither has my therapist. To abruptly force me to find me a new provider after previously giving me completely contradictory information was very irresponsible. Additionally, when I asked for a referral for a Medicaid provider since I was being so abruptly dismissed, I was initially told they could do this, but then got a call back stating that management said they cannot provide referrals. Extremely disheartening experience that made my life very difficult. Mental healthcare should not be like this.
