    We just moved into the area and discovered the Westhampton True Value & BM Paint, which is a wonderful local hardware store that carries most everything you'll need for your DIY project, big or small. What is most amazing is the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who welcome you with a smile, making you feel as a valued customer. It's nice to shop local and get to enjoy the shopping experience as well as the friendly advice from the staff.

    Jeff Wachenfeld, the store's General Manager, will do whatever is necessary to help you and make you happy. Thanks so much for reserving my Grundens hats and getting them shipped safely all the way to Alaska, man. Owner of this store, give Jeff a massive raise. He's worth every penny!

    If I could give 10 stars I would The staff is super knowledgeable, had the pleasure of dealing with the manager who is hands on you just dont get that anymore. They have a customer for life

    Excellent customer service. They exchanged a Master Mechanic power tool. Called on phone to see if they had one in stock. I just wanted to look at it to compare to mine to see if mine was defective or if I was missing a part. I was ready to call the 800 number on Monday and deal with the manufacturer as the tool had a 2 year warranty and it was only 3 months old. The salesperson said just bring it in we have one in stock and we will exchange. I know where I am going next time even if its additional 10 minute drive from my home in Manorville. Highly Recommend
