My husband and I lived at the Promenade for a little over a year while transitioning between homes. The apartments are roomy and very well maintained and if there was ever a problem, it was quickly addressed. The halls and common spaces are cleaned on a regular basis. The staff at the Promenade is wonderful. Every person on the staff was friendly and helpful from day one and Troy in the leasing office was so easy to work with and responsive to our needs, especially at the start and the end of our lease. Outside the building, you have great access to the highways and you can walk to NJ Transit and lots of stores in town. Several food options are conveniently located right outside the front doors. This is a great place to live, plain and simple.

We had a wonderful experience living for almost 3 years at Fair Lawn Promenade Apartments. Very convenient location, close to train station and nice shops downstairs, updated apartments and very helpful staff. Troy was especially helpful and nice in accommodating our needs from signing the lease till the end when we left.

Hi, my name is Kate. I've been living in this fantastic complex for over two years now and no doubt that planning to stay for more years to come! As many of you who is living here would absolutely agree with me then I say that we have best people taking care of us here! Our lovely and super friendly Robin who manages the place is always there to listen,help and find solution for your request or need. She will always greet you with a smile and finds time to chat with you. Our wonderful team of Consierges: Bill, Al, Tom (these guys are my favorites :) just great people with super great friendly personalities. Anything you need - they always there to help! Our "super" Super Tim - we all know how great and extremely friendly he is! You have problem-you call Tim! Few minutes later Tim is at your door-smiling and ready to fix all your problems!(if not-he will find someone who can! :) Mark keeps this place tidy clean, we have great dining and shopping surroundings,reliable security system and great gym! This is The Best Place To Live!!! I just want to thank all these amazing people that I mentioned before for making this place worth every penny!:)

I lived here for almost 2 years and had a great experience. The apartment was well maintained, and any issues that came up during my time there were addressed quickly. The front desk in Building 5 is convenient for keeping packages safe and coordinating outgoing package pick up. The gym is included in rent and also convenient - including treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, and some weight machines/weight racks. I loved the convenience of all the shops in the complex, as well. I would definitely recommend the Promenade!

Lived in the Promenade for 5 years, just moved because changing cities but had a great 5 years and I will miss it! Loved my modern clean apt. with washer and dryer in apt., the friendly helpful staff who even knew my name, the super who was always available to fix problems same day. The bldg is spotless, elevators always clean and sparkling, hall carpets vacuumed often. The lobbies are modern and huge, the halls are nice and wide, and there are no lingering cooking smells. It actually feels like a hotel not an apt bldg. It’s located in great strip mall with wonderful hair salon - Moxie’s , Starbucks and restaurants - and of course within walking distance to train station. The 2 bldgs are by far the nicest rentals in the area and I was just lucky to have lived there. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you want to rent in Bergen county.

My experience on moving into my apartment at The Residence at Fair Lawn Promenade was excellent. The leasing staff , staring with Robyn and Troy were very professional and extremely helpful in arranging the transition from my home to the apartment. The maintenance staff have been exceptional. The residences have been very friendly and polite. While I have only been here two weeks, I feel very comfortable and look forward to a long relationship.

Good place to hang out, lots of options for food. The benches are nice, although wish there was more shade for them. Suppose the trees are still pretty young, there will be more shade in a few years.

EDIT: this review is for Kessler Rehabilitation Center 1120 Promenade Boulevard Fairlawn, NJ 07410 great if you need physical therapy for a serious injury, or a sports-related injury. there are probably other adequate places if you have a minor injury, but Kessler is the best I've been to. the staff is very knowledgeable, and will help with whatever your issue is. you can bring them your MRI results and they will explain how it will affect your treatment. I've been going for almost 4 years now, and if I moved, I would continue to go there, regardless of the travel time. as long as the current staff is there, I would highly recommend Kessler for your physical therapy needs.

We spent 2 wonderful years living at the Fair Lawn Promenade. It is a very well-run apartment complex, and all of the staff are exceptional. It is convenient to everything, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this complex.

My mom had a fabulous experience living at the Fair Lawn Promenade for 2 years. The property is modern and maintained beautifully. The Lobby and common areas are always clean and organized. The staff is very accommodating. I would highly recommend living here if you want to live in close proximity to NYC but have the peace and quiet of Fair lawn, NJ. Extra bonus -- The Building is pet friendly and has the BEST staff in the business.

Nice little plaza and cute setting. Good amount of stores and nice area. Clean environment and quiet. Parking here sometimes is difficult but it’s manageable if you’re not lazy to walk. Good food options. #boycott Starbucks

I have had the most wonderful experience at the Fair Lawn Promenade the last 3+ years! The apartments are spacious, the building is very well maintained and the staff is the best! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Fair Lawn close to the train and shops!

Lady working the front desk screeched at and belittled a delivery worker in front of the building. Caused a whole scene in front of a bunch of people. Embarrassing, not a good look considering she’s the first face you see entering the building!
