One star is too much for a place like this and if you read the reviews they all bad about this clinic but it doesn't matter because ill see nobody is doing for it ? Am really scared that we have to go and people right the staff is horrible specialy the spanish ones they treat spanish people like garbage just because they dont have insutance,papers etc very sad and worst no body is doing anything for this you guys are professionals show it tread every body equally we get there to get help and definitely sometimes we need to star from the bottom because somepeople they forget they roots ,ill hope somebody do anything very soon

I would give no stars if i could, staff members are really rude, appointments are always late. Not sure why there’s people working at a healthcare facility when it’s obvious they are not people friendly plus they don’t even have patience! Please don’t waste ur time and energy making this clinic ur primary it’s really not worth it! After the interaction phone call i made to cancel my appointment definitely was the last straw with them, going to switch my primary doctor to another clinic that actually know how to treat people right!

Horrible service waited three weeks for blood work just for them to tell me its no accurate clarivel the receptionist has a terrible attitude with no signs of trying to help anyone and let me not get started with monica the supervisors had me waiting for 35 minutes because they wanted me to get in contact with my insurance for something its supposed to be their job !! HORRIBLE PLACE 3 weeks I called them back to back trying to find my blood work results it was a we will call you back i called 5 times and the 5 times i got ignored

Wait was EXTREMELY LONG BUT!! The doctors were very thorough. Something I’ve never had before. So I can see why sometimes you have to wait and yes, I have read the reviews. It’s a doctors office and a good one at that. Emergency’s are for the emergency room if you desperately need a doctor. With that said. The doctors never rushed me and answered all of my concerns ❤️

When your loved one is sick, you need to be assured that they are getting the best possible care, and that the people providing that care are invested in your loved ones full recovery. From the moment we entered the lobby of South Nassau Hospital, I felt that level of assurance. The receptionist were pleasant and helpful. The entire medical staff was patient, kind, and professional. The billing department was so helpful it was a pleasant experience. The hospital was sanitary, and comfortable. The complete experience, from beginning to end, was the best possible at the time. I am grateful to South Nassau Hospital, and thank them for what they do. It is my hospital of choice. Pam Allen

The receptionist was super nice but what I did not like was that I was denied being seen being 19 weeks pregnant and complaining of a bad cold. I was told to go to the er and they most likely will have me go to L&D I explained that I did not feel any symptoms that affected my unborn daughter. I decided to go to an urgent care instead to be diagnosed with an URI. I understand that me walking in would not guarantee being seen but if you or any other person was in my situation what would you have done. As a medical establishment I think they could of handled this better.

I have called the clinic 2 days in a row, I tested positive for covid 3 days ago and Dr hasn't called me yet!! Today I had a rough day and seems like my Dr doesn't care. South Nassau hospital used to be a good place!! So sad have changed to much!!

front desk staff is extremely rude, nobody EVER answers the phone. i tried calling to tell them i want my daughters medical records so i can go elsewhere and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. my daughter recently went there and was in the waiting room for over an hour and a half

Extremely long wait times, and you sit on hold when calling for a good 30 minutes just to get an appointment. Won't do referrals without coming in, which is an extremely long process. Always wind up with a new primary care physician every time you go in.

They never pick up the Phone and when they do they say they aren't unavailable. Been trying to call this office for 2 days and can not get a hold of the doctor. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was in the hospital for 3 days and it was suggested I go for follow up appointment. I made the FIRST appointment 9:00am, got there at 8:30. At 10am I WALKED OUT after watching 25 people get called in before me for my FIRST appointment. DONT waste your time like I did!
