I would like to start my review by saying that the staff at the office are professional and the physicians are good. Unfortunately, the administration hired the wrong billing department who fail to do their job entirely. I visited this urgent care with my children on multiple occasions as it is convenient and the staff are nice. After every visit I would receive a bill from them stating an insurance denial with unspecified reasons. After calling the billing department they would always blame me or send me to my insurance for simple office billing mistakes that would cause the denial in the first place. I would spend hours on the phone finding their mistakes for them to bill and claim correctly and get paid. They are not grateful for the help but would threaten to hang up or continue to blame me as I would get my insurance on the phone just to have my insurance agree that the billing office filed incorrectly. This is not the first time I spoke to the office manager, Lisa, who sounds nice but is not helpful. Even after proving that her employees and colleagues are not doing their job she would not accept the criticism. She would not even agree to work with her employees to change their work ethic. I feel really bad for the office who will lose many patients including my family of 5. Hopefully this review will reach the appropriate person who will make the changes to improve this issue. But, if you want to save hours of time and aggravation please avoid this urgent care.

I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent interaction I had over the phone while discussing blood work. Unfortunately, I found the individual I spoke with to be quite rude. It's important to highlight that effective communication and empathy play a significant role in the medical field, and my interaction fell short of what I would consider a professional and courteous exchange. I believe that fostering a positive patient-provider relationship is crucial, and I hope that future interactions will reflect a more respectful and understanding approach."

The overall experience with this urgent care is excellent. I come from a different state and was issues with my cold and cough since last few days. I therefore decided to go for an urgent care facility recommended by daughter who is local. The facility and the staff is highly recommended. Dr. Loren did thorough check and provided detailed explanation of the symptoms and reasons. The care provided is outstanding.

I was able to book my appointment for a COVID test the day before. Maybe I got lucky but there were quite a few other time slots available. When I arrived I called and they told me to come in. I was seen within ten minutes had my test done and was heading home. Sure beats standing in line for hours. Everyone was rather friendly as well.

Had a great experience! The staff were so helpful and fast getting me care I needed to feel better. I forgot to ask the woman's name at the front desk but she checked me in so fast and then got me into a room in less than 3 minutes. The PA Lauren was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable and quick to figure out what was wrong to help my thoat swelling to go down. There was another woman who swabbed my throat and gave me the shot and she was great too. Will definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

Wonderful experience! I visited this urgent care center today after I fell at home. Thankfully I’m okay thanks to the center’s superstar staff! The receptionist immediately made me feel better after I walked in feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I was cared for by a nurse, doctor and X-ray technician- all extremely kind, professional and efficient! Facility was spotless and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Thank you to everyone there who turned around my bad day. Highly recommend this center!

I had the most amazing experience at Carbon Health this morning. Doctor Gram, John L. (X-Ray Technician) and the entire staff made my experience with my injury a pleasant one. Excellent Urgent Care facility. Appointments are easy to make on line (they do accept walk ins). The facility is clean, the staff is friendly. The medical staff is attentive, listens to your needs, and explains everything clearly. The Carbon app is great, it can be used to make appointments, and it also provides notifications with a care plan and test results.

Dr Schreiber is always a huge help. And knowledgeable, Friendly and puts your mind at ease. The girls behind the desk were very nice. And the nurse/ tech that took my vitals was super friendly and personable. I

My visit to the Carbon Health Urgent care office in Marlboro was perfect. I went there for my problem, I was seen by a Doctor in a matter of minutes, I had x-rays taken. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend that if u have a medical problem this is the right place to go. A+++

Carbon Health in Marlboro, NJ was super-easy to set up an online appointment with, and I had no wait once there. The staff is outstanding. They are professional, courteous, understanding, and communicate clearly. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Friendly staff, easy online appointments, quick and thorough service. Not sure anyone could ask for anything more. I don't live in New Jersey, but I visit now for work. If I'm ever in the area anime not feeling well, I surely visit this facility again.

They were extremely professional, and extremely efficient. I was brought in exactly at the time I scheduled. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me, and assured me that I am on the right track to getting better. He told me to follow up in a couple of days, and if I need anything at all, please feel free to call anytime. This is an outstanding medical facility! Walk-ins are welcome as well.

This place is the best, I wish they were my primary! Great staff, clean facility, and they never keep me waiting. An appointment at 9am means I am in the exam room by 9:05! I've been here a few times and the experience is always stellar. Highly recommend, and the Carbon phone app is AWESEOME.

Don't go here for drug testing for anything important. They don't let you pick your cup and they don't seal your urine before you leave. Aside from that the front desk workers are good.

The doctor was so sweet and wonderful—best bedside manner I’ve ever had with an urgent care or ER ever! Made an appointment and was in and out within a half hour… including rapid test results.

Carbon Health Urgent Care Marlboro was great. Dr diagnosed me right away and ordered needed prescriptions. Office is clean, staff friendly and efficient and I felt I got very good care! I would highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care in Marlboro.

Dr. Schreiber is very compassionate and professional. She calls on time with tests results and goes out of her way to coordinate care and place the appropriate referrals. From the moment you enter the door, everyone is very pleasant and professional. They do their best to accommodate walk-in visits with minimal wait time.

This is the second time I’ve brought my daughter who is nonverbal. The office is always clean and the front desk is pleasant. We’ve had two great experiences- both doctors were extremely patient and compassionate. A huge shout out to John who did three swabs on my daughter and could not have been any nicer. He spoke to my daughter in such a calm manner. I will be sure to ask for him if we need to go again.

Every time I have gone I have had a positive experience. The staff is professional.i was seen on time. The doctor and the nurses were knowledgeable and listened attentively to what I had to say as well as explaining my illness and how they were going to treat me. The doctor, her assistants and receptionist are all very efficient and welcoming. It's 5 star service based on my experiences. Carbon Health, the parent company, doesn't accept my secondary insurance leaving me with unnecessary out of pocket expenses. Over 400,000 people have my plan, all NYC workers and retirees. I think Carbon should look into accepting a plan that 400K potential clients have.

Best Urgent Care in the area. Always very professional and receive great care. Did have to wait a little while even though I had an appointment.

My son's pediatrician recommended I take my son in for a chest x-ray. Once at My InstaDoc, the entire staff was pleasant and supportive. I was explained in detail was needed from my end and set clear expectations. Once in the back, Nikolette was nothing short of amazing. She put me as ease and reassured me making me feel that my son was in good hands. And a shout out to the x-ray tech that also amazing! The entire team there rocks!!

Worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care. Went in for chest pain and the doctor wouldn't even come near me (and I had a mask on). She wouldn't exam me or try to determine what my issue was. She stayed on the other side of the room. She said I will give you an X-ray if you think it would show anything - suggesting I was not being truthful? I asked her for blood work which she refused. I went to another urgent care the same day and It was determined that I had high calcium, which was later determined to be parathyroid disease, causing pain in my chest and shortly thereafter, surgery! Had I just left and accepted her lack of diagnoses, who knows what could have happened!! I will never go to this facility again. She was horrible!

My Instadoc Marlboro is my go to Urgent Care. Dr. Schreiber is very kind, has great bedside manner and thorough. She takes her time with patients and listens. I always feel that me and my family are in good hands when we go in. All if the staff is very friendly and professional. There is never a long wait to see the doctor and the facility is very clean.

Fantastic. I have been there multiple times and have gotten excellent care for my son and myself. I did not feel rushed at all. The nurses and doctors are very nice. They were accommodating for my emergency. They took me right in. Highly recommend!

I went to this facility to have a rapid PCR covid test done. This was possibly the easiest, but also the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in any sort of medical facility. Registration was quick, as well as the test. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!!

Came in with a respiratory infection. What I really needed was to know whether I had the flu or Covid. I waited a week to get the results from the PCR test. Unfortunately, after a week I found out that they either lost the sample or destroyed it and now I will never know what made me sick. It has been over a week and I still have a persistent cough but no answer as to what caused it! The practitioner was nice. She gave me a prescription for a z-pack and prednisone to try to clear up infection.I still have a cough. For all I know I have a fungal infection because the sample was never tested!

I was very pleased today at this office! I called to see if this office was considered in network with my health insurance and the front desk staff was very nice!! I asked if there was a wait and she advised me to come an hour later! I did and then only waited 5 minutes before being taken in. The office was super clean!! I had seen the PA who was very nice and knowledgeable. After I left I called back with a question that I had forgotten to ask when I was there and received a return call shorty after! I highly recommend them!!

Always have pleasant experiences at My InstaDoc of Marlboro, whether it is for myself, my husband or my kids. The front staff are always helpful and the turnover for test results are always quick. Never have to wait too long to be seen. Doctors and nurses there have great bedside manners - especially Nurse Rabia - she is the best! I travel 20 minutes to this urgent care because they are so awesome - definitely recommend!

Love it here! Great for all ages. Brought my 2 year old son and they made him feel very safe and they were very patient with him, even giving him stickers and a lollipop to make him feel at ease! The bedside manner is better then I could ask for and they really do take there time . Everyone is so personable and kind. Will be bringing him for further visits! Check in was easy, quick and friendly even though I had neither an existing account nor appointment. My doctor was very personable (unfortunately not so common in docs these days). Everyone I interacted with was friendly, competent and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience.

I brought my wife to see Dr. Screiber the other day. She’s also treated other members of my family and always offers good advice. The reception staff is also helpful and easy to work with. The online scheduling is convenient, and we’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. Highly recommend if you need to visit urgent care.

I took my daughter as a walk in last night and was greeted right away. Registration was very quick and I was brought back in less than 10 minutes. I was triaged and then seen by Dr.Schreiber who was very gentle and caring of my 2 month old. She ran all viral testing with out hesitation, diagnosed her, and we had a treatment plan all under 30 minutes. She is the best ! This office is very clean and runs very smoothly from front to back. I always feel good bringing my kids here to be seen! Best urgent care in the area 👏🏼

Made appointment due to testing positive for covid wanted to make sure the shortness of breath wasn't leading to pneumonia. Met with nurse practitioner Nicole and the tech Victoria both were very friendly making you feel at ease. The facility is also very clean. Receptionist was very efficient in checking people in.

Always get great treatment when young to My Insta Doc now Carbon Health. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctors are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going there if you aren’t feeling well or even if you need X-rays. I went to a hospital and was misdiagnosed and then went there and they correctly diagnosed me.

I have been to several of carbon healths offices and the Marlboro office was by far the best. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was taken in on time for my appt time and did not wait long in the room for the doctor to come in. I didn’t get the name of the person who took my sons vitals but she was very friendly and patient with my son. I traveled 30 minutes to go here and will continue to travel in the future because this office is well run and staff is wonderful!

Have been here twice now for my two year old son for different reasons and have seen two different practitioners. Both times have been very thorough and positive experiences. We recently moved to the area so our primary doctors are not close by. It’s great to have somewhere local that is dependable in a pinch.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care many times before and I do not plan to stop anytime soon. When I dont feel well I call Carbon Health right away because I know they will take me in as soon as possible. The service is quick and they do a good job. The doctors and nurses I have seen have been very nice to me. 10/10
