Can you please put felt bottoms/covers to your chairs! They are so loud and everyone including employees drag/push loud chairs, scares me every time. Update: get out of this starbucks!! I tried fair ground coffee down the street and so glad I did! Nice music, seating, bomb food and drinks and no passcode for bathroom or wifi.

The coffee was lousy! The sandwich was tasteless. My overall experience was disappointing. The attendants did not have much to do as the sandwich was already there and it was only warmed up and the 'coffee" was a misnomer.

Ordered a drink and found this foreign objects in it. Super gross.

Unfortunately this is the second time in 1 week where my order has been forgotten about. Simple black coffee and I stand around watching so many other orders being cared to. Then when barista realizes he’s forgotten about my order, he makes it seem as though the machine is acting up. When I ask for a refund he says “it’s will only take 15 secs now”. Again, this is twice in one week where this happens. If I’m gonna pay $3.50 for black coffee I can certainly expect quick service. I was 1 of 2 patrons inside.

Starbucks coffee, once upon a time leading in quality, is now at the end of the pack. The best indicator of quality is not the sugary liquid dessert that is served as signature drinks, but rather the pure and simple espresso. Unfortunately, it is a rather bitter concoction that is more consistent with the machine wash than with a good espresso. The barista was very well predisposed, and the second attempt was much better.

I picked up my order I put it in my seat next to me. I went to go grab my coffee out of my bag and the cap was not on and it's spilled everywhere and burned my hand. Starbucks really needs to get new lids, even when it's just sitting in my drink holder it spills out the top through the little hole. I never have an issue with Caribou only Starbucks. This was the last draw for me. I burned my hand and my seat is full of coffee. And I have heat warmers so my seats have tiny little holes so every time I use my seat warmers my car is going to smell like coffee. I am beyond upset about this.

I wish they had better beans and then I drink stuff there but my wife loves their child iced teas lattes and she buys them all the time and they were just as good as they always are. Little pricey but good

Standard great starbucks coffee, okay place, not too well maintained. The table I sat at had coffee all over, and since both are the same color I didn't notice until I'd already put my laptop down. The bathroom door is smashed up, it looks like some tried to store a demon in there.

Food and staff were great! Normally starbies wifi is great and I like to work from different cafes, but this one did not have working wifi. Would go again for coffee, but just not with my computer!

My fav spot to get coffee before a nice lil walk on the path under the stone arch bridge! Ya never know you might catch someone playing some live music or run across a random art festival. Def the best place to go before you check out the sights in town.

I’m astonished by such disregard and disrespect from the manager here. I had been coming here for years and I assume they have gotten new staff within the last year or so. I have a signal service dog who was a regular at this store and have recently been harassed everytime I enter this store- being told there is staff with allergies or I need to use the mobile app and wait outside in the winter. Just completely disregarding my disability. I have left multiple times in tears. When I confronted the manger about it she said that to keep the service dog in the facility while there’s an allergy goes against what Starbucks stands for with there employees and told me if I was nicer things would be different. She told me I might have a better experience at a different Starbucks… I’m in complete shock today that this is what we’ve come to in treatment of people with disabilities. Allergies and fear of dogs are not valid reasons for denying access or refusing service to people using service animals. People with disabilities who use service animals cannot be isolated from other patrons or treated less favorably than other patrons. It’s simply the law and I’m saddened that unfortunately this location does not know or follow it.

I usually come here to work because the environment and the baristas are so nice. Unfortunately, there is an older gentleman that works there that is pretty rude to customers, and I am unsure if he realizes that. It kind of sucks to watch, not gonna lie. Other than him, every barista at this starbucks has been nothing but welcoming and sweet and they always make my drink to perfection!

This has to be one of the slowest serving Starbucks. The vibe is chilled out in the whole place but i think the staff took this a little too much to heart. We walked up and served straight away and then waited close to 10 mins for a coffee to go. Not as expected let's say. If time isn't an issue it's a clean and pleasant place to be

Wonderful staff especially a beautiful brainy gal with red hair. Very cozy homey place.

They never make the drinks right. I live down the street but go to the one on Washington. seriously my coffee always tastes like sugar water not good

This specific location is always great my drink is always done as fast as they can never any issues the parking StreetWise sucks but they have a free parking lot so that's awesome

Great location for all your Starbucks favorites. Interior design is a perfect fit, which includes spaces for relaxing or just a quick cup of coffee. Location is most ideal for people who live in the area, street parking can be difficult near Hennepin Ave.
