Excellent service and experience from start to finish! Ordered business lunch for 30 and it was fantastic! Thanks for taking care of us.

We love Jets Pizza and usually go to New Hope, but the new Plymouth location is closer. We've had good pizza from this new location, however, this past Friday, 8/25, I online-ordered several slices of cheese and pepp and an 8 corner Jet 10 to be ready at 5:15. Everything was overcooked to the point that it was difficult to bite into and chew, especially for the little kids. None of them looked to have any cheese because it was all so dark. I did call them to let them know and the gal said they were backed up and the pizzas maybe sat on the oven too long. I get it. It was just so disappointing. 😞 Still giving 4 stars in the hopes that it never happens again.

The customer service is excellent. The employees are very friendly and polite. You can't beat the price. They always have single slices, which is hard to find at pizza places. I really like this place.

Food is good overall but every time I have ordered blue cheese for my wings I have never gotten it with my order not once I always got to wait an extra hour so the foods cold by they get me the blue cheese I asked for every time every location. Or drinks wrong or topping are wrong and I'm still within the 5 mile rule but they only deliver when I make sure their store isn't busy.

Tried their Detroit style pizza for the first time. Very light crust even though it is a thicker style crust than flat pizzas. Sauce is good & cheese nicely caramelized. Ordering again for sure!

Service was top-notch! Fresh, awesome pizza and great customer service. Looking forward to picking up more pizza from this location in the very near future!

Michael at the Plymouth location was great! Made great recommendations and a special dipping sauce for my wings, everything was stellar.

Let me say first, that Jet's pizza is amazing. Their Turbo Crust is to die for. HOWEVER!.... We have 3 Jet's locations within 7 miles or less of us in Plymouth here, but none of them will deliver to us. Not even the one located *IN* Plymouth. That's absurd. I can appreciate wanting to delivery a good product to your customers in a timely manner, but come on. So until that changes, they get 3 stars from us. In the meantime, I HIGHLY recommend El Mar's pizza in Plymouth! Different style of pizza, but unreal 😍 And definitely try the rice balls.

We love Jets pizza, but their online pricing is deceiving. We tried ordering an 8-corner Detroit-style pizza online, which was listed as $18.99. The toppings we chose were pepperoni, extra sauce, and we also requested the Turbo crust. None of these options showed any price increase next to them. After making our selections, suddenly the price jumped to $23.99 without any itemization showing the breakdown in cost increase to show exactly why the price increased $5. We called the store and were told that because we added extra sauce, that was the reason the price increased. $5 for extra sauce!! That is ridiculous, and the fact that they try to sneak the price increase through is super shady. We won't be ordering from Jets again until they can be more up front with the cost. Oh, and the online coupons on their website EXPIRED IN JUNE.

There is no comparison. Detroit style. Amazing options. We have an order that we get weekly and it’s delicious. Everyone that we introduce to this pizza LOVES it. It’s craveable. And for those Minnesotans - they not only make their own ranch but it’s incredible. Give it a shot.

These guys are the best, especially a guy who works there named Michael. He is by far the nicest guy to deal with. We had a issue with one order and he stood behind it 1,000% and could not have been easier to work with. Great food, great service = customer for life!
