Amazing poke! Generous portion, super nice and helpful staff, the freshness is great (always go where the line of customers is!! :) ) and prices extremely competitive. I did the “build your own” and can tell you - this is NOT the last time I was here. I will become a regular customer for sure. 10/10

Like a new star in fast food market! Very tasty sauces. Fresh ingredients. It is super clean from top to bottom, in to out, left to right. Modern and cool decoration. Nice and helpful staffs, completely answer any question, very fast service. The lotus chips are a amazing, don’t forget to try them!

This restaurant is so consistent with their quality. Each time we visit, the flavors are clean, the staff are friendly, and the store is pristine. I only wish that it could be closer to my home so we could eat here more often! So many people think they have an aversion to raw fish or things that are "different", but locations like this show the value in trying new dishes from different cultures! Take a chance on this place, and you won't be disappointed!

I like that you have a lot of variety of building your bowl. Each step has up to 12 items to choose from. I always go with the mixed greens and 3 scoops of salmon with panzu. The amount of food you receive is worth the price. I can never finish a bowl in one sitting, however, putting your leftovers in the fridge for later is okay because the food can survive a few hours. If you want a healthier meal I would recommend trying this place. The staff in Apple Valley are always nice and polite, even if you have to think about what you want. I have never eaten at the joint, but would not mind because they are always clean.

Only bad is we got there at 8:30 and a woman said they close the Lobby at 8:45. Felt rushed while scarfing our food. Was kinda weird. Daughter had to finish hers in the car. Otherwise it was delicious.

I ordered food to be delivered through Door Dash - a custom bowl with extra spicy salmon and eel added. They forgot all of the fish so I paid $23 for a bowl of rice and some veggies. I left a note in Door Dash hoping they would make things right, but they did nothing. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Had the Volcano poké and would certainly have it again, as it was very tasty. Fresh ingredients and friendly service. It was busy so I didn't ask about options and customization, but there appear to be many ways to build your poké. There are options for cooked and uncooked ingredients, depending upon your tastes and preferences.

NOTE: they were not wearing masks, but I do and am vaccinated and so I wasn't alarmed, but just a PSA. I rated five stars due to the service and food. I did the option of creating my own bowl. Their variety of ingredients is great. I had 2 scoops of eel and 1 of crab on quinoa with mango, lemon ginger sauce, edamame, pineapple, crab salad, pickled ginger, cucumbers, cilantro, and possibly more (I cannot remember). It was more than two meals for me and well worth the price. It's a wonderful spot to stop at and great location with the shops all around.

Loved all the fresh ingredients. Personal fav sauce combo is the sriracha and mango on top of my Rainbow bowl. They are okay with requests to add more veggies without charging extra. Beats having to go to a restaurant if you are looking to get a quick healthy meal.

The two people working this afternoon (9/3) when I stopped on my way to work were doing an amazing job. The line was almost out the door and they managed to get everyone through quickly. Really great customer service. The Poke bowl was fresh and delicious.

I’ve been here a numerous amount of times since I moved to Minnesota. I’m going to be honest, the food is delicious. The place is clean and nice. However, the portions have gone down as the prices have gone up. I mean prices everywhere have gone up, but every time I go the amount of food I get decreases. A HUGE red flag is this place has no sort of empathy for customers. Just like if there’s a missing item in your bowl, they DO NOT try to give you a discount or any sort of help. But, I once ordered a bowl online and unfortunately my car broke down as I headed to pick up my order, I called to cancel and get a refund. But they couldn’t refund my money so I asked okay, can I get this food another day when my car is fixed since you’re keeping my money? They said no. No sort of help was offered. Just a heads up!

One of our favorite places for take out or dining in! Staff is very friendly and helpful if you're visiting for the first time. Think of it like subway but for a poke bowl! I always build my own with all my favorite ingredients or you can choose from their menu favorites! Fresh ingredients, variety of healthy options, quality food at a reasonable price!

This is my favorite place to eat! I live an hour away, so when I'm in the neighborhood, I definitely stop there! Very fresh and healthy!

First time trying this spot today. The service was fantastic as the guy behind the counter explained the whole process to me as a newbie. The food was prepared quickly and the presentation was fantastic. The rice is served warm underneath the cold toppings, which made for a nice mix in the bowl. The flavors were wonderful and there were many varieties of Signature Bowls to choose from, or you can customize your own bowl from the several items behind the counter - similar to ordering from Chipotle where you stand and watch them prepare your meal from many containers of prepared items. If I had one critique, it would be that the Volcano Bowl is heavy on the heat with a mix of Sriracha, spicy mayo and fresh jalapeños, but is clearly marked on the menu board so no fault of the establishment, just my weakened tolerance for spice over the years. Some may say it isn’t spicy enough if you have a high tolerance. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi and is looking for a twist on the traditional roll. For $14 I got a good sized bowl of fresh food that left me satisfied and satiated. Photo of an empty bowl for proof of enjoyment! I will definitely be coming back here again soon!

Great food and quick friendly service. Ordered takeout, dining in is an option but atmosphere kind of blah. Feels like a industrial kitchen/dining area.

Food was fantastic! My boyfriend got the Amazing Crunch mini bowl with a side of yum yum sauce. We both loved the bowl & he gives the yum yum sauce 6/5 stars. I ordered the “New” Chips n Dip. It was VERY good!! However once you remove the chips from the bowl & mix all the toppings/sauces together you aren’t left with a lot, especially for $14. If it was the same price as the mini bowls, I’d order it EVERYTIME. Unfortunately not worth it for $14.

I’ve never done a review, but I’ve been here multiple times. Really love this place ! Today I placed my usual order, by the time I got home, my order was wrong. I called and they offered to remake it, the person on the phone was friendly and professional. Keep up the great food and amazing staff!

I came in before work in a hurry and it’s been a while since i’ve ordered here before so i wasn’t sure what i wanted, the staff was super informative, helpful, and extremely nice!! The service is quick and the food is always great!

One size bowl fits all the ingredients you want in there. Lots of options for base and add ins. Plus lots of dressing options. Very nice looking, clean. Musics not too loud. You can calmly eat something healthy while watching people drive thru White Castle... I’ll be back 👍🏽👍🏽 Note seaweed and avocado are extra - kind of a bummer as those are must haves.
