It was my birthday and we decided to do our first ever escape room. We did 3 of them, the first being special ops, gold rush and then prison break. We had a group of 6 people and it all worked out fine. The staff was super duper friendly and gave me a hand signed birthday card from each person. I loved our game guides and they probably had a blast watching us goof around trying to figure out the puzzles. After spending so much time with them they gave us free t-shirts at the end. We definitely plan on coming back and finishing the last 2 rooms when we can! Thank you for a great time!

Generally has a family of five We try an escape room on every trip we go to. This is probably one of our most favorites. We liked it so much we've gone there three times. We have done a different room each time. It is super creative and usually has more than two rooms per experience. The only thing I don't like is sometimes you could be grouped together with people you don't know as you don't have a choice to reserve the room for just your group. Every room is so incredibly detailed. It's very impressive. Highly recommend!

My family 1st time and not only did we escape BUT we had an absolutely wonderful time doing it with a great group of people helping. Alexia was absolutely fun, amazing and we ALL had a great time with her. WE ESCAPED!!!!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the Mall of America, The Escape Game, Mission: Mars scenario with another random family of 4. Lots of good puzzle challenges, with only 2 official requests for hints (& 2 additional assists) from our game guide Molly to help us finish with a minute to spare. Just the right amount of struggle, help & fun! Definitely recommend it to others as we can’t wait to come back & try another escape room.

We stopped in two different days for two different rooms on our trip. Eddie for our two person hardest room did great!! Making it extra fun :) Huge thanks! Hazel was in charged of our full group on the easiest room which was a mix of friends and strangers and managed us well. I’ve previously done one through this chain in Florida and it was a much much worse experience. This staff cares and the rooms are kept up well. It is pricy. The kid with us was the same price as an adult. There is a military discount, but they had to do it as a refund for some reason. T-shirts are $25. You get a 40% discount on a second room in the same day but not same trip/week, so we weren’t able to use that discount due to the rooms booking schedule on the day of our first visit. Lobby is super small/cramped. All in all worth doing if you enjoy puzzles and an activity, not worth repeating rooms or making it a frequent adventure for the cost specifically.

A nice one hour experience. Very good for Team Building activity. We chose Gold Rush. At most 8 people are allowed at a time. Decent difficulty. Four of us booked. We are clubbed with a family of two kids. Kids enjoyed like anything. Everyone has come up with ideas and logic to solve the puzzles, identify patterns and clues to open locksand move to next level. We had three levels. When we got completely stuck, staff helped us with clues and we moved forward. Overall: 5/5 (My wife and I came out very happy. Very engaging one hour. A day well spent. We recommend the activity. Especially a great winter activity in places like Minneapolis.) Zack led our small group on the heist escape room and he was a great guide. We had so much fun. I can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend Escape if you’re looking for a fun hour or more.

We did the Mars one. It was awesome! We had a full group of 14 and 15 year olds for our kids birthday, and they loved it. Brian helped us out. I think he was new, but he did a great job! All of the employees signed a birthday card for our kid. We will be coming back soon to try some of the other themes. Mars was not too complicated for these kids. But challenging enough that we all got out with maybe 50 seconds left in our time limit. Close call! I highly recommend!

Was visiting the Twin Cities and had the Mall of America on a short list of "must sees". We found this escape room among the various attractions and decided to give it a go. So glad we did, because it became one of the highlights of our whole trip! Our party included a couple small children (8 and 12) and even they were able to keep up and participate; however, I wouldn't recommend for children much younger than 7-8. They offer several different themed rooms, but they run their schedule like a movie theater - so the different rooms are running throughout the day at various times. Rooms are limited to 8 participants and the adventure is timed for 1-hour (or less if you get out). We only did one of the rooms (Mission to Mars) and it was well thought out, the props and sets were believable and functional, and the puzzles were challenging without being unsolvable. Reservations aren't required, but I would highly recommend signing up on their website before going. Find the room you want to tackle at the time it's available and you'll know when to go and tickets will be ready. They do accommodate walkups, but be prepared to either do whichever room is up next - or wait however long until the room you want to do goes again. Only con was the price - $130 for a family of 4. OUCH!!! But it is fun...

The Mission: Mars escape room was so fun tonight! Even though we didn't know one another, we all worked well together as a team, and we escaped with 10:52:00 to boot! Tommy, our game master, was great. He explained things well, and our clues came quite quickly after pushing the button for one. Afterwards, he was kind enough to take pictures 📸 for us, and even brought us to see the initial rooms of both The Heist and Special Ops escape rooms to check them out!

We did The Heist for my daughters 13th birthday party, and it was amazing! 5 12/13 year olds, 1 9 year old, and 2 adults…. We escaped! it was just the right amount of difficulty - some easier puzzles and some which required a couple extra nudges from our game guide Erik! Speaking of, he totally enhanced the fun and mood of our experience! A couple of the girls were first timers to escape room, but he made them ALL want to go back! Thank you for a fun birthday party adventure!

Did this with my two teenage kids for a birthday. Carrington was a great team leader. Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Would do it again.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun! It was our first time and we did the gold rush and our game leader Carrington was very nice and super friendly! She definitely made the game even more fun! We are definitely looking forward to our next adventure!

Went to visit for my 14 year old son's request. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Are group of 6 with 3 teenagers all enjoyed it and really for into it. Not a dull moment. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely love to go again.

We had a blast. Our party’s ages were 6 to 46 and all were able to participate in solving the problems. We did need some help with clues but were able to work together to find the stolen painting. Naomi was wonderful to work with.

My family and I just completed the gold rush escape room and it was so awesome!! We worked with 5 people who we had never met before and we all got along so well! Our guide Gretchen was awesome as well and helped us when we were stuck. So much fun, I wanna do all of them!!!

We’ve done many escape rooms and this place was definitely one of our favorites! Did the prison break and special ops with Chris and Carrington as guides and loved our experience!

Love the escape rooms here! We’ve done them at this location before and got to do some new ones today and they are great! The rooms are so immersive and the puzzles are fun with the right amount of challenge to them. Ali and Gretchen were our game masters and they did a phenomenal job! They were courteous, patient, and very helpful! They made the experience that much better. Sean was at the front desk and was also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

We have done 7 escape rooms in various cities, this was the best we’ve done. We did the Special Ops room. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Just when we thought we were done, a new room with new challenges would open up. The staff was amazing. We would absolutely recommend this company and room!

Definitely the best escape room I’ve been to. Tons of attention to detail. Lots of fun little hidden gems. They really did a great job with everything! Kammy was awesome!

The rooms are very well set. Each room has its own atmosphere and story. The puzzles are engaging and challenging without being super difficult. The staff was friendly, informative, and gave us helpful hints when we pressed the hint button. Our group had a great time. We did the prison one and the Mars one.

This was absolutely amazing—we’ve been to an escape room before, But the set design was WILD and the quality of the puzzles was fantastic. :) We did the Marketplace Room (that was the Spy one so a little more intense!) and we had some memories that we’ll remember for a while. Definitely come here for a fun hour to an hour-and-a-half experience when you’re at the Mall. It’s something I won’t forget doing! Definitely got exciting toward the end of our escape room in the best way. :)

One of The Best experiences while visiting Minnesota from Georgia. Our guide, Jake was amazing and cool as a fan. We successfully escaped the Prison Break room, barely but we did it!

I have been here many times and it is pretty great. The gold rush one I would say was a 7/10 , the art heist was a 8/10, the jail one was 11/10, the secret market one was 7/10 and I have to try the other still. The game over seers were very helpful when needed. I would say this can be a pretty pricey activity but if done occasionally or as a present I think it is worth it. I think it helps bond family too. You also get a stick too that says I escaped !

This place is amazing!! Our game host, Nora was spectacular!!! We had such a good time doing Special Ops the first day that we scheduled Gold Mine the next day! This game challenges your thinking while being fun and lighthearted. I seriously felt like we were in a live action move, but safe. It was myself and my 9 year old son and we still great for him also. So much fun we can’t wait to come back!

This was amazing. Anna was an amazing guide and we almost didn’t make it. But this is awesome and love it! Thank you! This was a great choice for my birthday!

I managed to finally do one of these with some close friends, the people there were so sweet and just as excited as we were to try this out. The puzzles weren't too complicated, the prices were reasonable, and there was a screen in each room that can help give hints if you're stuck. We did this for our girlfriend's birthday and when we won, they got a really nice card from the staff. Definitely a fun time, we did the Art Heist, if you're sensitive to loud noises, I would recommend ear plugs near the end. Aside from that, we all had a really good experience! <3

We escaped the heist and it was fun. We only used about 4 hints. Just a heads up. It's a shared experience with other people and it's extra for a private room. We didn't know this until it was time to check in. Overall 10 out 10

Erik was a fantastic game master! We did special ops and it was so creative and fun! The rooms are very well done and very interactive! Jesse was also great on the heist! kept us on track, and it was a very good time. Brie was really sweet and so much fun! We did prison break with her and she a great job. She was very enthusiastic!

Various themes and difficulties in escaping your room. I'm glad we had a family of 4 to join us as you need the extra hands in resolving your theme. We choose escape from Mars, you get a hour to resolve the issues and escape, we managed to get out in 55 minutes. Highly recommended and strongly suggest doing reservations. It fun for the family, but not little kids we plan to go back and do a different theme. Brookwood was an amazing host. She prompted us with a few hints when needed. This helps enhance the experience.

Incredible experience! The rooms are SO detailed and fun. Ben at the front desk was so funny and welcoming, going out of his way to keep our experience the way we wanted it. And our game guide Travis was so careful to ask our preferences in advance and match our energy. Fun challenging puzzles and super cool sets-- an amazing way to spend an afternoon! BTW, we escaped ;)

This escape room was awesome!! I love that we were able to take pictures inside to share. So well organized, challenging, and great for our group!

Really fun and hard enough to be a good challenge. I recommend having a full group of your friends or buying out the extra spaces. It was a little weird to be in a small room with strangers and trying to communicate with people you don't know. The only negative is that it's a little expensive for what you get. But it was still fun.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! We had Jack as our game master and he was awesome, informative and so helpful. We had a blast and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun group activity. Will definitely be back!

Loved it! I have been to many escapes rooms in different cities and this is by far my favorite!! The rooms are masterfully designed. The storylines are so well done that I was so in character, I was nervous of not being able to complete the mission. We stayed an extra day in our hotel, just to do another one!

Chris and Carrington were awesome with our games! Me and my boyfriend came in on his birthday and we did the Prison Break and the Special Ops. We had such a fun time and beat our first game ever! You guys are great. I highly recommend :)

SO much fun! Went for a friend's birthday and the staff were so friendly! We did the Prison Escape game and had the best time! Definitely a challenge and we won with 2 minutes to spare. Beyond that the staff really goes out of their way to make sure the game experience is still fun with all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19. We will definitely be coming back soon!

My very FIRST ever experience doing an escape room was WAY TOO MUCH fun. Carrington was so energetic and lovely. My group and I even decided to play another room after the first one- I'm so glad she suggested the second room. We are for sure coming back! Thank you.

We had a whole lot of fun playing Mission to Mars here! The room has a lot of tech puzzles which were a lot of fun. We all felt like we had something to contribute here. The hardest puzzle was solved by.... ***TRANSMISSION TERMINATED*** Enjoy!

One of the best escape experiences to go to. I've done the Prison Break and Art Heist and they're both very challenging and fun. Chris is a very informative guy and always makes for a fun experience as a host.

My best friend and I wanted to try the escape game for the first time!!!! We tried the Prison Break game and one of the staffs said this is one of the hardest ones. The first time we tried we were trying too hard to think and we got so excited that we got out of the cells but we ran out of time before the end. We wanted to go for a 2nd round. After about 5-6 hours of waiting in the mall we finally came back and tried again. This time we were faster but also forgot some of the clues we did before. We kept hitting the Hint Button so many times. We got halfway through and it did get harder. Our guide named Carington did a great job of guiding us. We kept thinking that we were too dumb to figure out the clues and hints but Carington was patient with us!!! Sorry for annoying you with our craziness! In the end we passed our first escape room and our first Guide who was in training for the first time has succeeded in helping us!! Thank you so much and we will come back again!!!!

Mitch tonight was just an amazing game master and was always so helpful and encouraging when we did need help and treated us so kindly. Every time I’ve been here the employees have been outstanding.

W did the The Heist, it was fun. We completed the game with 5 min and 30 left before our hour was up. I would say go with a group of 4 or 5 as you will need multiple hands to solve the puzzle. Something fun to do with friends or family. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service 👍

Prison Break! I had sooooooo much fun!!!!

My wife and our 2 teenage kids did the heist escape room. It was a ton of fun. It was especially entertaining to see the kid's personalities come out. The escape guide was a ton of help. She let us get stumped before she pushed us along and we came out with a win feeling like we did most of the work. The guide really did a great job maximizing our fun factor.

All the games were well designed and great stories to make the game fun!
