This temple is a neat way to spend your afternoon, especially when the weather is nice. It was my first time here. Seems like this place is updating or renovating a lot of the areas. There are a lot of things to look at and although it is quite different in structure than a Tibetan temple, it is still very beautiful to look at and tour. We spent about 3 hours here. We did not get to meet the monks when we came, so we didn't get to experience that part. Maybe next time. It would've been really cool to. My daughter, mom, and sister all enjoyed it as well. Great to experience and see other cultures. I also hope the next time I bring my whole family to visit. The temple will be finished with their renovations. I'm excited to see the results. I'm sure it'll be very beautiful.

This place is so peaceful and blissful. I came here on Thanksgiving day, and it was not busy. It was super cold so we couldn't get to tour the place longer. I could easily stay here for hours, wondering around the temples and the grounds. But I was very pleased with what we were able to come across. The temple itself has an upstairs and downstairs, which is way bigger. There is a sign that says, "Yes, we are open!" I'm assuming it's opened any time of the day, even on holidays. Definitely plan to make another trip back here when it gets warmer.

It is hard to believe that a place like this exists in rural Minnesota, but it brings me great joy that it does. This is such a peaceful environment. The expansive grounds cover many acres and it seems that they are always building new things. It is usually open to the public and you will find many ornately decorated buildings that are a feast for the eyes.

Visit on Thanksgiving 2023 when it was closed. Nice walk during construction. It has lost most of its’ beauty and excitement since 2001 establishment.

Free to walk around and explore. We met a guy while exploring who showed us around and answered our questions. Really neat to see and experience. Would love to come back during an event.

Drove passed this and had to visit it. How often do you see a temple dedicated to Buddha in the middle of Minnesota?! *Possible ALLERGY Note* There are WASPS here. They have nests on the main temple. I believe it's part of the religion to not harm insects or creatures. Bring your extra change for the donation boxes. Sadly, it is run down. I'm hoping with enough visitors, this place can continue to improve. Also be aware of areas that ask for SHOE REMOVAL in sacred places. The people are friendly and nice. It's beautiful!

I planned to visit this temple today but unfortunately it’s not open currently. Not sure how long it will take for the construction. Hope I could visit the temple once it’s reopen.

This is a gorgeous place! I had the day off work today and wanted to stop by on Friday for the first day of the 2023 Cambodian New Year celebration to enjoy the weather, have some food, and take photos with my new camera lens. My friend and I had a great time. The parking lot was very nice and spacious, weather was fantastic, great views, and many friendly people. We got there on Friday around 1pm before the festival actually began, so unfortunately, there weren't many people yet because I wanted a chance to see people wearing their traditional Cambodian clothes. The food stands also weren't ready when we got there at 1pm on Friday - we were hoping to try many Cambodian street foods because we were very hungry to try new food. But we would definitely stop by again in the future for the food and to enjoy the festivity.

Lao-American checking in with my Khmer brethren. Quiet place and good walk around. A lot to see and haven't been back there since it was a single building 20 years back. 🇱🇦🇺🇲🤝🇰🇭🇺🇲

On my Bucket list to check this place out and yesterday for their 35th Anniversary celebration we drove down for the event. It was awesome, the temples are beautiful in and out, great music, good food vendors. We toured the whole area on our own and took photos, it was a beautiful experience!

Very nice place. Beautiful Temples. Location is excellent. One of the Monk was very kind and share his time to help us to know more about Temples in Cambodia. Staff was very friendly and supporting visitors. Gift shop is very good. I recommend this place for non Buddhists to visit and understand more about other people's and their cultures. Finally this place is very sacred and peaceful.

Such a beautiful and interesting place! The monks were so welcoming, friendly and excited to talk with us, even though there was a large celebration of life going on. The main gate is under construction, so it kind of looks closed when you pull up, but there's a small road where you just drive around the gates to the left. Definitely worth a visit!

I am thankful I visited this Temple with my brother, who practices Buddhism. It was helpful to learn about many of the depictions of Buddha and other art work.

Peaceful place . As soon as you enter you feel the positive energy. Part of it was still under construction but was allowed to walk around.

But for the COVID 19 relates shutdown, this would have been even more beautiful than we found it. It's serene, peaceful, and beautiful in so many ways. We will be back when these times are.past and the temple opens up.

From my earliest memory of this place, this temple started off with just a barn. The transformation is pretty impressive. New buildings and structures have been constructed. One of the more amazing Buddhist temples I've ever visited.

Go to the Buddhist temple and explore all the beauty of the outside. You may also visit the inside as long as you remove your shoes and hat. Masks are required

Considering the temple is built with public donations, it's impressive to have accomplished this far. Definitely beautiful temples. Huge complex. Nice remote location for a temple. Love it. Friendly monks. Friendly people.

Lovely temple and grounds appear to still be a work in progress. I really enjoyed my visit. After visiting many Buddhist temples in Cambodia, I was thrilled to see this one just 35 minutes south of the Twin Cities.

This temple is a great gift from the Cambodian Buddhists, to our country. It's a beautiful worship center that reflects the energy commitment from those living their faith. Thank you Watt Munisotaram Timothy & Barbara Page York Pa.

Unexpected find in the middle of MN farm country. Showing signs of wear and tear but hopefully in the process of upkeep. We just toured the out side areas very beautiful and serene. Remember to be respectful and remove shoes and hats when posted.
