😐 Facilities ty and staff are good, but the puzzle just wasn't all that great compared to others in the area. Lots of vague jumps of logic and too many clues available to puzzles we couldn't yet access, making things messy and confusing. People often mention room, escape, rooms, time, great, clues, puzzles, experience, puzzle, game,

I loved it. Noah was nice and a good gamemaster. He took the attached photo for us. I did the Quiet Place room with my siblings. It was a fun, challenging puzzle room. I was a little scared but it wasn't too scary. It was just perfect. 5 stars.

My kids took me here for Father's Day. We did The Quiet Place room. It was the most enjoyable escape room Ive done! It was more than the usual puzzles/brain teasers, we did need a couple of clues, but we made it out in the nick of time! Highly reccommended

My wife took me here for my Birthday with my siblings. Had a great time alot of puzzle to figure out in an hour but didn't make it out. I would do one of the other escape rooms.

We did "Silent Place" and also "Alice in Wonderland." The themes were great. Silent was creepy, Alice was dark and had glow in the dark lights. We beat silent, but omg, Alice was HARD (there were a LOT of red herrings...)! But, both are DEFINITELY fun! You have only a limited amount of hints before they eat your minutes. Good luck! And if you pass, you get novelty keychains!

We loved it but wish they had a version a little easier we had an 8yr old a14yr old two 16yr old and 2 in their 40s we did the tea party and got all the way to the last 2 clues he said the room had only about 30% escaped in time. So for first timers not too bad.

I have only done one other escape room in Nashville and loved it, everything was very high tech and very well designed. I was expecting this to be the same as the website looked to have the same type of rooms but have to say I was disappointed. We did the prison and the design wasn’t very strong and felt low budget. I also didn’t like that they had a number of distractions that would send you down a path that isn’t related to solving the puzzle. If this had been my first experience I probably would have enjoyed it more but knowing how good some of these rooms could be I was disappointed.

Brooke is an excellent game master, and the puzzles are unique compared to so many other escape rooms in the metro. It was a true excitement for the full hour.

It was lowkey disappointing. We did the alice in wonderland one and it’s annoying that we only get 6 clues and the game guides take forever to type a clue and it wastes our time. They should at least pause our time. The booking process was also super difficult. I have high standards for escape rooms so this was not a great experience. The room itself was cool and really well done but like they didn’t even show us the rest of the room after we lost. That’s so stupid. Probably won’t come back, idk maybe. It depends. Our game guide sucked. She didn’t give clear instructions about the rope in our room. I am a very experienced escape room person so this was medicore. Wasn’t worth $31.99. Don’t come here unless you wanna be disappointed.

This place rocked. A few minor things made me give 4 stars instead of 5, but really it was a great experience and we'd definitely go again. The price was on the higher side compared to some escape rooms nearby; it wasn't anything crazy and ended up being about $30/person or so (some are between $20-25/person). Also, there were a few too many red herrings or trickier clues that you really had to sift through. A few were fine, but it felt like one or two could have been eliminated to make the game a bit faster. Overall, it was so fun. The rooms were amazing, and the props and settings were phenomenal. Noah the gamemaster was fun and helpful, the story was fun, and the clues/puzzle was really fun to problem-solve. We got out with 30 seconds left using 4 clues total, but we wasted a few minutes on our own. If we really buckled down and double checked our numbers/codes we could have escaped with 1-2 minutes left and only using 3 clues. The other thing I wish I would have gotten was a group picture. This was totally my fault and not the fault of the staff, but it would be nice if they reminded or just offered at the beginning/end of the visit. This isn't affecting my review at all; totally my fault for forgetting, but it's a great way to really elevate the service there and make sure everyone has a memorable time! Loved the experience. Great team, nice facility. We'd visit again!

Did the Alice in wonderland escape room. The plant glow room was visually beautiful. Fun and interactive to do, but good communication skills are required for this room. Especially challenging without clues. Good deal on Groupon as well.

The husband and I had a great time! It was our first time ever doing an escape room, so we didn't really know what to expect. We didn't finish the room, but now that we have a better idea of what to do, our next escape room will be even more fun!

Escaped the 'Mad Hatter' themed room with a total of six people. The overall puzzles to solve were fun and highly engaging considering we were split up into two groups at the beginning! The rooms themselves were quite small compared to other escape room companies I have visited. I would try another room and we used a GroupOn.

What a fun experience. The staff was friendly and kind to help. They set up a reservation for me in advance and set everything up on time. Abigail was friendly and awesome, explained everything in detail. We did the gold rush and succeeded. Very good.

We loved the Mad Tea Party room. Our game master, Brooke, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We will definitely be returning.

Basically copying the same review someone left for you a year ago. Amazing I had the exact same experience…. Fun escape room, but the staff was extremely unwelcoming and awkward upon arriving and leaving! Crabby the second we walked in the door. We completed the escape room with less than 4 minutes remaining. We walked out with NO congratulations or smile from the staff. We asked to take a picture and left. The staff needs to work on their customer service.

We had a total of 8 people doing the escape room (A Quiet Place) and it was so fun. It wasn't extremely difficult or easy. Our group could work on different puzzles at the same time so its not like we were all trying to figure out one thing at a time . Ambiance was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! I have done a corporate event and two personal events (with another personal event scheduled). The rooms are just the right difficulty that it feels good to figure them out. It is very clean and every room was in order before you get there. The physical puzzles always work. Love this place.

We had a super fun time at Zero Hour Escape. My daughter really wanted to try an escape room for her birthday and invited along some friends. We didn't escape, but it was pretty close. A fun time was had by all, and we will be back.

This was one of the worst escape rooms i’ve ever done. My family and I have done a few escape rooms at zero hour escape rooms and every single one we’ve done has been bad compared to other companies. Tonight we had a puzzle master named Amber and she was absolutely terrible. From the start she was grouchy and just rude. She didn’t show any enthusiasm about anything and honestly made the experience worse than it already is. My family and I love to do escape rooms and have done almost 50 all over minnesota, and this by far has been some of the worst rooms. I recommend going somewhere else. I also hope the owners talk to Amber about her attitude because she’s supposed to make the experience enjoyable not ruin it.

SO MUCH FUN! We did the Mad Tea Party room(s). It was great! Many puzzles to solve while working with your team from another room. The staff was awesome and very personable. I will definitely be coming back to try a new room. Highly recommend!!!

We were at the door at 10:45 for an 11 o’clock appt. No one there..locked up!!! We received no message from the company and could not call anyone that answered our call!!!! Such a disappointment and truthfully a ripoff. No stars!!!!!!

They aren't open for the appointment we made, no communication with us whatsoever. Don't. Go. Here. It's a trick. "Confusion" is no excuse for utter lack of communication. We asked if it was possible to change our date, they said 'no', and then we drove the 30 minutes across icy roads to get there and they were closed anyways.. without telling us anything, or answering their phones or emails.

We did the Mad Tea Party and had a blast. Friendly staff, clean place, great puzzles, tons of fun. We'll be back!

Not my type of escape room Overall the layout, props, and experience was pretty cool ~ Slight spoilers. ~ But the puzzles for the room we completed (tea party) consisted of only locks for progression. And past the begining portion the puzzles became very linear and was very hard for all 7 people to have a good time as realistically only 2-3 people could work on a puzzle at once, leaving 4 people to stand around waiting for the next puzzle. Recommend for smaller groups More than 5 I would say only if you have people who don't really want to do puzzles

Mad Hatter was an excellent & unique escape room. Your group is broken up and start in 2 separate rooms. FUN!

We had a great time doing the Prison Escape. The lady wiry with us was great. We had a group of 8 and has a blast! We escaped with 1:24 left.

I really enjoy the escape rooms at this establishment. Previously we did the prison escape which was a blast, and this time we did the mad hatter's tea party which was awesome and unique in its own way! I can't wait until I'm in town again and can hopefully try a new puzzle

We've done at least 8 escape rooms in 4 other places and only lost once, so we're not new to this. The whole premise of these things is that you either win or come super close to winning so you enjoy yourself and want to come back. We did the Kracken room. There were way too many clues and puzzles, and the clues we did find were not very helpful. Our game master was not very helpful with the clues we did ask for. All the other game masters we've had at least nudge you in the right direction. We didn't even come close to solving. Did not feel like we got our money's worth out of this experience.

Abigail and Amber have been some of the best game masters that I have ever had for an escape room. My guests and I have enjoyed coming back to Zero Hour because of them. ☺️

We had a great time! We couldn't solve the escape room in time. It was late, probably really tired. We did prison break.

We did the Prison Break and had so much fun! Abigail was our host, she was very pleasant and very encouraging. This was our second room and we had fun both times. We would highly recommend Zero Hour Escape Rooms!

Zero Hour has the best escape rooms! Their rooms are so detailed and fun to go through compared to other escape rooms I’ve been to. The Mad Tea Party was hard and we were seconds away from solving it but we loved the experience anyway!

Lots of fun! We did the Quiet Place room and even though we didn’t escape we had a great time. The game was set up very well with clues building in complexity throughout the scenario. Our game master was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable for us novices. We’ll definitely come back!

Great fun! Brought my Girl Scout troop (11 & 12 year olds) and we almost completed the "Mad Tea Party" puzzle (note: they split you into 2 teams, so likely do best with a minimum of 4 people, and there is a part that involves crawling). Highly recommend Zero Hour Escape Rooms! Very creative and the for flew by, we had so much fun!
