This place is "AMAZING!" I came here after leaving another hotel because they over charged for a ok room. In today's world you have to make your money worth it with everything you do. The staff is very courteous and the room was clean, beds comfortable and the pool is great. I also like that they have a restaurant where kids can eat free! This is my new go to place and I'll be back in a couple weeks for my daughter's birthday. Come eat play laugh and most importantly come and enjoy all that this hotel has to offer. You won't be disappointed I guarantee you 🙂

This hotel was okay, but not for the price. The "water park" is a joke. There aren't very many pictures of it on the website for a reason. There's a little splasher area and one water slide. The pool doesn't go deeper than 3ish feet, and it is NEVER on unless you walk all the way out to the front desk and wait for someone to come along so you can request it be turned on. There is only one elevator in the building and it's right by the pool, so it stinks like corn chips and dirty, wet feet. Our room had candy on the floor when we got there. The toddler found one right away, and then we found a few more plus a lot of crumbs in the carpet. We left a couple bags of ice in the tub to melt overnight and they left rings in the grime inside the tub. One of the TVs in our room didn't have a working remote. We filled out the requests for our stay ahead of time, but we didn't get any extra pillows or towels. When the room is reserved for more than 2 people, why aren't there more than two towels? The staff was nice. They did have a little area where you could buy snacks or microwavable things. We were able to go to the front desk every single time to ask for coupons when we wanted to eat in the restaurant, which made the kids' food free.

I came out for a business meeting and when I came back to the hotel after the meeting the room had already been cleaned and $300 of my money was stolen from the room. Don't use this hotel theirs no safe to keep your belongs in and the house keeping will steal your money or anything of Vaule. As a business owner myself this is so unprofessional. Make sure to never stay here I've been in plenty of hotels and never had anything stolen, especially money! Bad for business you guys should make sure you hire people that are more trustworthy and do better background checks!

Rooms off the pool are extremely loud. Pool is open until midnight and people/kids use it all the way until then yelling and screaming. $250 a night to get no sleep…. Seriously doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that when rooms are connected to the pool like this the pool should be closed at a reasonable time or you sound proof your rooms. Front desk staff was at least very kind and helpful on check in.

Went down for a wedding and spent 2 nights here in 2 different rooms. First room was a suite, working fridge, microwave, dishwasher and fireplace with different colors in it. Very spacious room, separate bedroom with a poolside view. I slept on the pull out bed which I found to be comfortable. Separate air conditioning for the livingroom space and bedroom which was very nice. Second night, was a regular room. Also very comfortable but I did find some food residue left under the desk there from a past guest. Pillows and bed was very comfortable and the refrigerator, coffeemaker, and TV were all in working order. Desk staff was very pleasant to work with and greeted us every time we walked in or out the front doors. I've added pictures of the pool/jacuzzi area.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. Liked the comfortable temp of the large jacuzzi which allowed longer enjoyment. The only thing our family didn't like was they have an employee sitting at the top of the tornado slide, which was somewhat awkward, so the kids and adults didnt slide as much as they would've liked to. But other than that, everyone was happy and loved our time here. We stayed in room #118 and everything functioned, including the Keurig for convenient morning coffee. 🙂

I got a poolside room. You can expect annoying/ loud kids screaming beyond the glass door from 8am-11pm. They splash you in the hot tub. The parents don't know how to parent their kids. Bring your earplugs if you have ears that work... I saw an adult drinking out of a glass bottle in the hot tub I was using... common sense. There is no free breakfast. For $210 a night after tax I expected a free breakfast...rip off... I cannot stand loud kids- this was a bad choice then again I assumed as much since it has a waterpark... worst holiday inn and suites I've ever been to. Definately not quiet- do not get a poolside room!

A great place to stay with your family and friends! The staff from the front desk to the poolside workers were top notch. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the rooms was due to our initial suite had sticky, blue slime all over the carpet from the previous occupants. The front desk helped us into a new suite immediately after they had become aware. Overall, a perfect getaway with the family!

Based on my 4 night stay…..Amazing staff. The rooms themselves are not very noise isolating . If you are a light sleeper. I would advise against staying here. If you dont mind waking up to people stomping on the room above you and kid’s screaming at 6 am. You will really enjoy staying here. The staff is as good and responsive as some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at so if you do have any issues. They will do their best to help.

Overall pretty great place to stay with kids, if you are hoping to go a relax in the hot tub without kids bothering you think again! There is kids everywhere! I went with my nephew 7 and 21 month daughter. They both had a blast! The rooms were nice, modern, and clean. The pillows were fantastic! The bed wasn’t perfect for me but wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on either. Multiple entries to the pool. Ok the bad… the pool is freezing and shouldn’t be with that many children, it’s honestly easily 75 degrees, that’s too cold it should be 85 at least. I get that it’s a money thing but they can also see how many people are staying roughly so they could bump the temp of the pool up in time for mass guests. Which trust me if my parents pool can heat 10 degrees in 24 hrs a hotel pool can do way better than that.

We appreciate the professional way this hotel is run. It is clean and the staff are friendly, attentive and try to be accommodating if they can. Grandkids love the pool area and we appreciate the attached Rudy's Red-eye Grill. Delicious meal from there on Saturday night. Thank you for a very nice stay🙂

Our family stayed here for one night in a king 1 bedroom suite. Room was very clean and we appreciated the Dove soap products. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we called the morning of check out to see if we could check out 1 hour later so the kids could enjoy the pool area in the morning. The pool area was a nice oasis and very spacious. The pool water was pretty chilly the first night we arrived but the next day it was warmer. The restaurant located in the hotel was good. They offer coupons for free kids meals when adults get an entree. We were able to use these for breakfast but unfortunately not for dinner because our kids are gluten free and there was not a gluten free option on the kids menu for lunch and dinner. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Stayed here for a wedding, and was pleasantly surprised. We ended up going with a larger room with a “foyer” common space. This ended up working out well for those looking to have a night cap before going back to their respective rooms. Close to some fast food if need be, and right off the highway! Definitely ask for a room that faces the exterior of the building to avoid any early wake ups from the water park in the center of the building. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay here, and the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. No complaints.

Nice place! Nice staff & conveniently located to so many areas for a nice weekend stay! Room was clean & comfy! Could use more lighting in the bathroom, a safety bar in the shower, & more security. Exterior door was unlocked & easy access to room area from restaurant. But, it was fine. Great stay! We will be back!

Kiddie pool was so cold my Grandsons lips turned purple after only 15 minutes. I mean this is pool for little kids and yet you have it that cold but not even 5 ft away you have a hot tub for adults that's a little ridiculous. Plus no blackout curtains in the bedroom so we didn't sleep all night cuz it was lighter in there at night then it was during the day then expect to pay that much for a hotel room where we couldn't even sleep. Front desk staff was very pleasant the room obviously was big enough and clean enough it just wasn't comfortable enough to sleep in was disappointed that the restaurant was closed could only have breakfast it's another plus when you stay at the hotel but obviously that was a part that they didn't offer or let you know about what I stayed there again maybe but next time I would bring my own blinds to cover the windows so I could sleep what baby

Amenities and staff are great. Rooms are fine but UNBELIEVABLY LOUD. This is, without a doubt, the loudest and most disruptive room I’ve ever stayed in. People in the hallway and adjacent rooms literally sound like they’re in my room. There are constantly kids running up and down the hallway, screaming and heaven forbid your neighbors watch a movie. It’s TERRIBLE and loud and I’d never stay again.

We had a great time. We chose this hotel for its location, and it had to have a pool for our 9 yo grandson and his buddy. The waterslide was a plus and the two basketball hoops kept them busy. Max depth is 3' 6" so adults might not like it but perfect for kids. The waterslide is kept locked when not in use but a call to the front desk and they send an attendant. SHOUT OUT Jay, the attendant during our visit, was fabulous. He checked with us and kids regularly to operate the waterslide at our convenience and be sure our needs were met. The attached restaurant was a nice convenience but we were only there for one meal, pizza was good. The only problem we had was convincing the boys that we could not stay another night.

Staff was Awesome. They notices we had a lot of luggage and offered us a larger room. We were originally going to be there for 1 night but stayed 3 . Incredible place for kids to hang out when the temp is minus 22.
