Nice and central to the 35 Y into E and W. The rooms are definitely cared for, but they do have some expected wear and tear but the service is still great and rooms are in good condition. The pool room was nice and toasty, but the pool was nice and cool and the hot tub felt great! It could definitely use an open door to some fresh air to cool off the pool area. Breakfast was good. I was slightly disappointed there was no waffle maker, but they did have some frozen waffles and a toaster. Plenty of options for breakfast, mostly the typical choices like cereal, hot food, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and fruit.

Incompetent front desk staff. We were charged twice for our room and staff were confused and unable to complete a simple check in/check out process. Hot tub was broken and no mention of this was made when we made the reservation. Lastly, there were cops at this location during our stay as well as several individuals using drugs in the parking lot. Would not recommend.

First room we got the tv didn’t work so we got moved to one across the hall. After checking the second room noticed black mold in the shower. Both treadmills in the workout room were out of order weights weren’t put back. No towels or rags on the rack. Shady guy that was working the desk was never at the desk. Everything in this hotel needs a scrub down. After booking I looked at some of the reviews mostly bad some of them got comments back from the hotel saying how they were going to fix the problems but after my stay here I see they’ve done nothing to improve there facilities. If I was apart of the Marriott franchise I would be ashamed of this hotel. Never felt the need to leave a review about a place but I’m trying to warn people not to waste there money here. The only good thing was how close it is to the gas station and the highway.

Absolutely terrible experience. Their plumbing is completely out of date and broken but they don’t want to do anything about it because they are going to remodel (told to us by a staff member who felt bad) so for several months they just let the toilets back up in the rooms and then switch rooms, clean up the water and then put a new person in the same room that just had, the toilets back up. They smell bad and are not sanitary! One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Marriott hotel. This place should be shut down until they get the plumbing in order!

Lights in elevator flicker off and on. Same in my bathroom. Silverfish bugs in the bathroom too. No sheets or pillows for pull out bed but someone brought us another bed with sheets and pillow. Very friendly workers but some guest where rude to my grandmother. Also in my grandmothers room there is a indent in the room floor which is bad because she is easy to fall and she almost did. Freezer had old Baskin Robbins in it. Ice machine was down too. If your looking for a cheap stay that is convenient to where you need to go then this is the place. Forgot to mention they didn't really have much food options for breakfast and they had and oatmeal cooker out but no oatmeal in it and had waffles but no syrup.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn Hotel and had the pleasure of interacting with a staff member named Monty. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Monty, for making my stay so enjoyable!

The room was good, however, the bathroom was very dirty. There was mold growing in the shower and the grout has very dirty. I do have pictures if needed.

I had a great 5 days at the Fairfield at Burnsville! My room was nice and clean. The front desk was helpful with our questions about the area. I left my planner in the room after checkout, and Melyssa brought it downstairs for me! She is so thoughtful, and it really shows. Overall I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you so much!

The only downside was the heater was not up to par. Staff was great as well as breakfast! I would stay there again!

For a Marriott property, this hotel is average at best. The staff are friendly but not very professional appearing. The hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in a couple of days. The shower drain was plugged. The bathroom sink had a significant crack in it. The pool water was very chilly. Marriott portrays itself as upscale, but this property is not.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 5 days and everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The cook, Monty was very nice and made sure our breakfast was very good. Thanks Monty for your hospitality. I would like to also thank Tina Harpke, the general manager for her outstanding hospitality. She's a real sweetheart and made sure my stay was very pleasant. Overall everyone was extremely nice and showed nothing but great hospitality. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

As always...Marriott comes through. Clean, accessible and accomodating. The things that are musts in my book!

We had a great time staying for a baseball tournament. The hotel was hosting multiple sports teams and went out of their way to provide games for the kids to play and hosted a pizza party for everyone!

The breakfast was good. Monty the server at the breakfast was great and helpful. I was also very talkative and friendly. The person at the front desk was great. Room was fine.

Room stinks of mildew, window left open when I arrived. Guy at the desk treated me with suspicion like I didn’t belong there and kept asking me for multiple forms of verification. (I have a reservation) Had to call my boss in the middle of the night and wake him up to get it sorted. We have an account with Marriott and use them all the time but this is the first time I’ve seen such poor treatment. Zero attempt at customer service. Tossed the keys on the desk and said “there you go”.

Exceptional front desk manager upon check in. Room was good until I sat on the sofa and almost sank to the floor. Sitting on the side of the bed brought almost the same result, although I did sleep well. An electrical outlet with 4 plugs was hanging out of the wall. The floor in the shower is dirty and needs a scrubbing, not a rinse. Sunday morning at 8, almost no hot food ( i.e. 3 sausage patties, no egg muffins), and no fault of the hotel, kids yelling and screeching. The worst Marriott property in years of travel. I would probably stay here again if I had to, but my expectations would be lessened. Now I know why the Hampton Inn next door had far more guests than this property.

There was dirty underwear (we think from the previous guests) in the corner behind the front door. There was leftover bar soap in the tub. The area around the bathrub drain was super dirty and guncked up. The location was quiet though.
