Pet friendly, comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit chesey to have an indoor patio area, but we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant and sat on the patio and ate (didn't want to leave the dog alone). it was actually a really cool addition to the room. Breakfast wasn't included, but the restaurant offers breakfast and there are a couple fast food places within walking distance.

This is certainly my first and final time staying at this hotel. The suite was incredibly filthy and disgusting. I'm afraid to say that a leak on the kitchen ceiling that had been dripping a yellow liquid, was probably pee from an upstairs bathroom. The blanket, pillowcases, and sheets on the bed were all stained in various places. A housekeeper would respond to my complaints by saying they were out of fresh bed sets and there was nothing to be done until they get more. The air vent near the bed was filthy, the carpet had a dark stain, and the curtains were horribly dusty. This was the most absurd experience I have ever had in any hotel. Along with being highly unprofessional, the workers at this establishment failed miserably in their duty to ensure that guests were happy and comfortable during their visit. I will never be doing any business with Best Western again.

I will never stay at a Best Western ever again. This has single-handedly been my worst hotel experience. It started at check in, when they told me they would charge me pet fees for my service dog, despite showing them the card for my dog and my medical documents. My service dog aids in calming me down during extreme panic attacks and PTSD episodes. They can legally ask me two questions about my service dog, and they didn't - rather, they were insistent that he was a pet. The manager is arrogant, rude, and should not be in customer service. He's implied that I'm a liar, told me to get a lawyer, and then tried manipulating the situation to say that *I* threatened a lawsuit. The manager has told me several times that they will not be refunding any pet fees, and that is their "resolution." My ticket has been open with customer relations for over a week, without actual resolution. They also ruined my best friend's wedding. Her wedding coordinator with the hotel was changed several times. The wedding coordinator she ended up with told them that she wasn't a huge fan of wedding planning, and it showed. Despite my friend being extremely methodical, organized, and having this incredible binder including pictures with how she wanted things set up - hardly anything was done correctly. She and I were down in the ballroom early in the morning on her wedding day, fixing everything. The wedding coordinator didn't arrive until noon and her ceremony started at 3:00. It was a disaster. The staff did not go around to fill up waters or check on any of the guests. If I remember correctly, she said she was charged $3,500 for using their venue and services. Unbelievable.

Rooms very comfortable. Had a unfortunate experience with attached restaurant. Front desk attendant seemed to be very empathetic.

A lovely establishment that my husband and I spent a night at recently. It was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable, and we were able to get a room quickly. We stayed in a king suite, and it was very spacious! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Close to valley fair which is why we stayed here, accepted our small dogs, and was extremely nice, clean and friendly staff They even let us check in early at noon vs normal 4 check in as we were checking in prior to going to valley fair. Downfall for this hotel is no breakfast. You have to buy small snack breakfast items, we chose to get McDonald's for us and our children but hotels as nice as this one for what you pay you should get atleast a small breakfast included All in all we LOVED this hotel. Minus food issues. Room was clean, and very nice.

Sunday Morning customer service was polite, helpful in updating keys which was necessary. Try to keep hotel keys away from phones was our lesson here. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Outstanding service at morning brunch on Sunday With great brunch selections.

4.4 stars is more about personal preference than real time service. Daddy taught me "to treat people like you want to be treated". It isn't okay to need front desk service and for prolonged periods and at various times, there is no one to be found or is at the front desk to provide any services. After a longggggg wait and for several other guests as while ....I finally just left a note. πŸ‘€ The "privacy please" sign has an instruction to insert the sign into lock. Yet if such is hanging on the door knob,, the same sign (HK HAD to touch the knob and the sign to get in..and. in order to turn the knob,,,πŸ‘€ It was apparent to the front desk, their actions/ per excusing/ justifying the intrusion of the HK entry....is that it was ok that housekeeping did breach privacy, enter ((((WITHOUT KNOCKING))) OR (((((ANNOUNCING))) THEMSELVES, regardless, no problem, turn on lights... place the "privacy please" sign back on the inside of the room door (as if the sign wasn't on the outside ) and back on out, like nothing happened. To be awakened in a "state of privacy" by anyone entering ur room AND unannounced, could be received/considered as something dangerous is happening or beware/ weary of such. It's not ok. A rating 4.4 has less to do with real time service and every experience versus just putting on a show, for the purpose of public media appearance sake. Your 4.4 rating should not mean more than how you treat a person. After all you are in a field that is serving others. #TreatMeLikeYouWant2BTreated

Room was nice and clean. Service and everything was good. Only complaint would be the pool/hot tub. It had WAY too much chlorine. We sat in the hot tub for like maybe 10 minutes and had to get out cus our eyes were burning so bad. We sat at a table for about 20 minutes while our daughter swam. Had to leave after that amount of time cus our eyes were still burning, not even being in the pool. Our daughter being in the pool was constantly rubbing her eyes and they were all red. Pools obviously need chlorine. Bit of an overlaod there, though. Good thing we didn't go there just to spend a night and swim!

Nice hotel. Having the fridge and microwave in the bathroom was a little weird, though. Maybe not all rooms are like this? Ours was room 332.

We rented a party room for the family. Christmas party and had the hotel cater. The space was exactly as described and worked perfect. Our whole family was able to be together. The food was wonderful, we had a taco bar. The food was great and this was a wonderful way to do a Christmas party. No cleanup, no cooking, central location.

Super smelly hallway with a creepy "Shinning" vibe. I cant understand why the mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave were in the bathroom. Gross place to store food and drinks. Overpriced restaurant for what we received. Food was not very good. My husband's walleye and mashed potatoes had no flavor. Terrible, tiny $10 old fashion. But maybe I'm biased because I'm from Wisconsin? The pool is not kid friendly. Any child under the age of 6 would have difficulty. There was only a ladder, no stairs, entering the pool. The hot tub was only partially filled. The water barely covered your legs while sitting. The only positive is the beds were somewhat comfortable. The hotel customer service was good too. We won't return next year when we return to the area for the Renaissance festival. Hoping to find a more kid friendly hotel next year.

Friendly staff, a variety of good meeting rooms and convenient parking. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby, but I prefer the excellent Morgans restaurant located in the hotel. Morgans' has a variety of choices and price points on the menu.

Wow, the "PREMIER" advertisement is very much overstated...not even close! We stayed for 4 days, ZERO service, had to grab towels etc. off the cards myself. The pet friendly advertisement only refers to specific ground level floors, musty, and dark. I was afraid to sit on the smelly couch! We were charged $30 per night for pet fees, not the advertised $15? To bad for this best Western since we had good experience in others.

Had lots of issues with our keys over the 3 day stay. Maintenance had to change batteries on both locks in our room so we could get back into our room over the weekend. Lady at check in was rude and chaotic, took 30 mins to get us checked in and I even filled out the preregistration online the day before coming. Our room was hot the whole stay. Overall unsatisfied with our stay.

As I was first going up to my room there was a group of teenagers that went into the elevator next to us and started to jump causing the elevators to stop momentarily. We got into our room and the bed looked like someone had laid on it after it was made. Bathroom vent was full of dust about to fall as you took a shower. Then 4:00 am rolls around and all the fire alarms are going off. We make our way to the parking lot and the fire department shows up. The person at the front desk didn’t apologize for being woken up by a false alarm or anything. Then I look at how much they took out of my account and it’s 50 bucks over what I had booked it for…

Oh boy the things I have to say about this place. Last night at midnight, someone decided to start powerwashing the roof, which... What? Anyways. I complained, they moved me to the 5th floor which is allegedly their high end suites that you need card access to. The suite is 0 different than my previous room and the guy is still power washing. Now let's top this all off with their bathrooms which also have their fridge, microwave and coffee maker in it. What is going on here?

Clean and updated hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly. Wasn’t stoked on the fridge, microwave and coffee maker being in the bathroom, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, great location, why put the fridge and microwave in the bathroom? The hotel is located very close to central Burnsville, close to shops and restaurants in a very nice, quiet and secure area. The staff was helpful. The restaurant is really nice with lots of options and just slightly higher than average price. The A/C and heater unit was very noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. The microwave and fridge was in the bathroom, which makes me question their cleanliness. I wish the hotel had clearer instructions on how to turn on the showerheads, as it took me a while to open them. The free breakfast included with our stay was only a few tiny pastries, that's it. Any thing else would cost extra.

Staff is accommodating and facility is clean. They have a operating pool and hot tub. Morgan’s restaurant and bar is connected to the hotel has a great vibe and waiting staff. The pictures on the google map listing along with the gym do need to be updated badly.

Haven't been here almost 3 years and boy has it changed. As a Corporate hotel, you can see how COVID has affected the amenities and service of this establishment. Cody and Mike were great! But with reduced staffing, restaurant limited hours of service (no breakfast which was a huge plus, no lunch and no room cleaning -unless you ask-) has significantly diminished the allure of this place. As this is a Corporate option, I MIGHT return but it's doubtful. If you are considering going, check ti see what services are available before you book. Don't rely on websites!

The management at the hotel is stellar. We worked with Kimberly, and what a pleasure. She was efficient and helpful in every way, and so professional. We had the misfortune of being at the hotel at the same time as a number of middle school basketball and volleyball players. They were loud, unsupervised and out of control. Management made every effort to get them to quiet down, but with parents being unsupportive, unavailable or equally disruptive themselves, it appeared to be nearly impossible. Kimberly kindly moved us to a different floor and tried to accommodate our needs as best she could. I am very appreciative of her efforts!

The hotel was clean and quiet and the personnel were very friendly. The only thing that I found weird, was that the fridge, microwave and coffee stuff were located in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

This is a great bang for your buck hotel. Staff at check in and out were exceptional. Clean everywhere. I would stay here with my wife and drive in to the Mall of America. Plenty of food choices nearby. I loved the hotel restaurant.

I was super impressed with Kimberly. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Morgans makes a GOOOD pork chop too. Fantastic stay all around! Thanks so much!!

Nice hotel. Restaurant on site with great food and drinks. The pool area is nice with a little patio. Pool area is super slippery. I almost fell just walking by the stairs two times. Downfalls to our trip: When we walked into our room it had a strong odor of smoke. All rooms are supposed to be no smoking. Our wall was missing a mirror. We did talk to the front desk and they came up and sprayed the room to try to get rid of the smoky smell.

The rooms are clean and basic. Great value for the accommodation. Asked for extra towels and had them 5 minutes later. Our check-in staff member recommended the in-house dining, and we thoroughly enjoyed that also. Great place to stay.

Our family travels to this area annual to visit family. We booked this hotel as it met our two requirements - pet friendly and pool. In the past, we've stayed at other hotels that are more affordable, however, do not allow pets. For this trip, we needed to bring along my dog so this Best Western was our best option. Overall, the staff was helpful and the rooms were nice. This was our first time traveling with our dog and the pet accommodations were not the most ideal. There was a specific area on the side of the hotel for dogs to use. There was a convenient door to access this area, however, you could not enter back through that door. Instead, you had to walk around to the front of the hotel and enter back in through the front lobby entrance. All of the pet friendly rooms are located on the first floor which was helpful, however, they were all in the same area so when one dog barked, they all barked. The rooms were also interesting in the way they did not face outside. We had some issues with the air conditioning not cooling the rooms properly and it would have been nice to open a window to get some fresh air but our window faced the pool. For the price, I do wish there was some type of complimentary breakfast or grab and go items like fruit and bagels. If we have to travel to this area with our dog, we would likely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with very spacious rooms. We got the suite with two queen beds on one side and a pull-out couch in kitchen area on the other side separated by French doors. Very excellent rooms for the price. Highly recommend this hotel especially near the shopping and food areas.

This was my first experience staying at this Best Western Premier. I am a Wyndam Rewards member, and I usually stick with that brand for lodging while traveling for work and leisure. This place is very nice, and has great updated amenities. The interior is modern, clean, and has plenty of appeal when you walk-in. The staff was friendly, approachable, and well dressed. Bed was super clean and comfortable. Had drinks at the lounge/restaurant, and the pricing was good along with taste. As I said on my survey to the Best Western I only have a few helpful suggestions. I would investigate opening the restaurant for breakfast with a limited menu. I believe not only would this be helpful, but I think with the right menu you could make some money. Maybe a brunch? Secondly, for the customers who are sticklers on exterior appearance I can see where they would be critical. Personally, I don't write off a hotel, lodge, or motel on exterior appearance unless it's really bad. If the exterior matches the interior then we have an issue. In this case the exterior may be dated, but still a nice building. The interior doesn't match the exterior in design style/trend. Lastly, maybe move the fridge, coffee machine, and drink bar out of the bathroom. Other than these few things that I may have a difference in opinion they are doing everything right. Check it out if you're need of a place to stay.

Not sure why this has a 4+ star review. The front staff are horribly rude and don't trust each other to check you in properly. The pool is set so cold that kids will freeze. They set it for Olympic pool temperatures where people are exercising (like 80 degrees) and then they have no sympathy when your kids are turning blue. There's no continental breakfast. Overall, definitely NOT a premiere hotel. Most regular best westerns are FAR better than this dump.

While we stopped there, and stayed overnight, Oct. 6th..we experienced car problems.. with the help of the young lady at the desk.. during the for noon of October 7th..she was so helpful in making sure we were going to be ok..by getting us a Uber ride to Apple Valley Ford dealership, to have our car taken care.. thanking God for her help. We were in room #213..
