Changed rooms twice. For sure not up to what I would call Quality Inn Standard, and totally not worth the we price. Deadbolt wouldn't secure, water temp wouldn't regulate. At least the sheets were clean.Needs a total overhaul. Dirty, smelly. Pass this one by.

We stayed at this hotel after on a Saturday night. Check in was the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast. What I loved about the breakfast is that the coffee was nice and strong and they had organic creamer available! Nice touch! Also, there was the cutest farmer's market about a block away. I wish we had had time to check out the pool area. Oh well, maybe next time! Would definitely stay here again!

Stay for work and also when visiting from Florida. Staff always extremely happy and accommodating. Makes you feel welcome and at home. Best sleep ever. quiet. Movie channels a plus. Pool to workout . Next to Walmart! Great location and price . Large rooms . never had a single issue. Love this hotel and location. Especially this location :)

I checked into this hotel on 7/28/2022. The hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke throughout, something to be mindful of if you have allergies, asthma, or just do not enjoy cigarettes. The carpet in our room was dirty with visible crumbs and dirt. The beds were oddly placed, instead of being side by side, one was at the foot of the other. Two queen beds were fit into a room that was not suited for two beds. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom of the room we were in, room 108. The bathroom was also very small. The A/C was not on when we arrived in the room and when I turned it on, it smelled mildewy. The next morning 7/29, we spoke with the front desk rep, Natalya, she said since my mother received a veteran's rate, we could not receive a refund if we shortened the stay. For background my mom has an auto immune disorder and severe allergies and the cigarette smoke and mildew smell from the A/C was agitating her respatory system. Natalya did say she would have housekeeping service the room and vacuum or move us upstairs to the 2nd floor. My mom asked to be moved. She said they would not be able to accommodate the room change until after 12 PM when the housekeepers arrived. We went to Minneapolis to enjoy the day. When we returned from our day out exploring Minneapolis around 4PM, not only could we not be moved to another room but the room we were in was not cleaned at all. The towels we had left on the bathroom floor were still there and the beds were not reset and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Because of my mother's health we left the hotel and relocated to the Comfort Inn Airport in Bloomington. This was in the same line of hotels but significantly higher in quality. I was disappointed in the state of the hotel and how their representatives handled the situation.

Not again, ever. Got into my room and my socks stuck to the carpet. Took a closer look and stains and stickiness everywhere. The air conditioner sounded like a clothes dryer running with a pair of shoes in it. $35 hotel for $90 a night, no thanks.

Booked an extremely last minute two night stay, super convenient to book online, cheap enough esp for last minute. It smelled clean, both in the lobby/stairwell and in the room! The overnight desk worker, Sandy, was really nice and even gave us a bag of cookies during check-in. I gave the room 4 stars only bc there was a sticky spot in the carpet. But the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was super cute (housekeeping did origami with the towels!! ๐Ÿฅฐ) with a roomy tub, good water pressure. In the room included a big tv, a little Keurig with some coffee included, mini fridge and a microwave. All around a great experience!

The front desk person was very nice and the breakfast was reasonable as well. The rooms, however, were disgusting. There was some sort of dark red splatter on our mirror in the bathroom (I am assuming it was blood), the floors were gross, the room stunk so badly, and the bed was like a wooden board. Pretty unhappy with the accommodations.

A little run down, Culver's next door was convenient. Parking is tight, not much room if u have a truck or trailer. Seemed like alot of people just hanging out in Parking lit and around front desk. Check in girl was super sweet and friendly.

Lady at the evening front desk was sweet as could be. Guy in the morning seem to not understand English. Told him toilet would not flush properly and he did nothing. Room was not cleaned today. Somehow the cold water valve under the sink was shut off (nope, makes no sense) which I found and crawled under to turn back on. Like others stated, parking spot too narrow, donโ€™t bring a car you like. Location was good for our purpose and breakfast seemed on. Will not stay again.

Really good hotel. It is convenient located. The front desk clerk are pleasant to deal with. There is a very nice pool and hot tub. Hotel is clean and well taken care of. There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. The rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed seeing the towels that were folded into a design!

Room is decent, haven't had any issues. Any time I was at the desk for any reason, i had prompt service and all the front desk people have been very nice. My kids slept thru breakfast today and I asked for some muffins at least, and they didn't hesitate, while other hotels would be like "sorry breakfast is over." Location was key to why I booked here, so that part is great. I will come back in the future just because I'm big on staff friendliness as I work in hotels myself, and the staff has been great.

Decent location. Front desk clerk put us in the wrong kind of room. Had to go back down and get room changed. Breakfast lacked protein options the last two days. Had hard-boiled eggs available two of the days, but not the other two. Last morning, didn't have liquid coffee creamer. TV guide showed ESPN, but it wasn't available.

Faucet in room only piping hot water/ unusable. Holes in walls. Sketchy people in and out nonstop all hours, and the manager had the nerve to accuse me of my AAA card being invalid, even though clearly valid till 2024. Not to mention right by loud road and train tracks. Overall one of the worst hotels Iโ€™ve ever stayed at. For 130 bucks. Yikes!

Absolutely a terrible place to stay. Police were there the whole time of our stay 4hrs. Another guest was attempting to fight with officers. While my kids, wife and I are trying to go to our room. We tried to cut one day off our stay due to us not feeling safe at their establishment. They would not work with us at all. Terrible place. Terrible management. And permanent guests the lurk at your kids. Stay away from this place. Even the police said it was not safe. He said they were there every few days to deal with these people.

Quality Inn is a choice hotel. It is not the Ritz Carlton but it is not bad as all the one stars. I think that my room does not fit all the one star reviews. I had a nice room. My room did not smell. My room I walked in my room with shoes and my socks are still white. The bed looks comfortable and does not stink either. The night person was truly incredible and professional. He met all my needs and was really nice while helping me. Made me feel like like I was important customer. I also had a fridge, microwave, and nice size flat screen tv. My room also had a iron and ironing board. I will be back and do recommend. Hope this helps when making your hotel choice. The pool was in operation also.

Rooms are always dirty, and they have a bit of a mouse problem. At least the staff are nice....... Not. Expect to see all kinds of kooks day and night.

It smelled terrible. There was people running up and down the hallways at night Couldn't get TV to work nor could their employees. Asked for help but they thought it was more important for them to be on the phone. I would never .recommend this dump to anyone. Change the pictures you have on line.

Rooms were dirty. Heat didnโ€™t work. Tv didnโ€™t work and the workers were snooty. Rooms smell gross. The pictures online are nothing like in person. Online pictures are better. Will never stay here again.

Hate writing this review because the first front desk lady was so nice. But the rest rude. First room we got booked was a bed and a pull out we reserved 2 beds. Second room had a busted tv like screen cracked across. Then key decided not to work, not a big deal went to the front desk guy was rude said i wasnt checked in. How did i get a key if i wasnt checked in and sign your forms. Also they dont clean or check rooms if they didnt know the tv was broken and things get left.

Fair place to spend the night affordability; nothing special. My shower only had blistering hot water, even with the faucet set all the way to cold. But it wasn't worth the hassle of reporting it.
