VERY friendly, Quiet and Cheap rates! Lobby was being thoroughly cleaned when we arrived & entering the room we were happy to see the same. Young lady suggested a few restaurants and gave us directions. No breakfast but that was fine, Denny's is a block away. If we are in town again, we will be staying there! Reading previous reveiws, people are so rude and misleading. So happy we chose to ignore the negativity. Enjoyed our stay.

Wow, old world elegance. Food fantastic, comfortable elegant rooms with everything we needed. Staff absolutely amazing. Highly recommended

Room was clean and comfortable. Price reasonable. Shower clean no mold, floors clean ,wore white socks no grim. Quite ,Sleep during day for third shift work.

Holly, front desk checking, is a very lovely woman. (To the owners,Holly is a wonderful employee, she went above and beyond the call of duty). Hospitable, & great conversation. She cares about the guest and how your stay is. Bathrooms a “wee” bit small but bed is fabulous. Like sleeping on a cloud. Extremely quiet and peaceful place to stay and very reasonable for a weekend rate when everywhere else was fully booked for a Saturday. Mystic Lake Casino, 10 mins away. I recommend staying there any day. Thank you, for the very pleasant stay.

I checked in around 9pm the clerk was very pleasant. It was very easy to get to just a couple blocks from the freeway. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I will certainly return again in the future!!

Definitely worth the money. Stayed for two nights for Shakopee Warped Tour and loved it. Convenient location allows just a short drive to any where nearby and friendly staff are just a plus. What the hotel lacked was a breakfast and a pool (for your money, you can't really expect too much extras).

Decent place to stay. The towels were new and worked. I want to buy some of the same. Loved the extra mirror for contact lense wearer, magnified side for older sight. The shower actually gave you enough water to take a quick shower. The AC worked perfect. The fridge worked but no freezer. The only drawback was one person had to walk sideways to get into bed, the bed is too close to the wall. At least make it wide enough for a vacuum cleaner to fit. Intake grseter went out of her way to be cordial. We would go back.

Great place with good service!!! Right off the high way!!! Well priced!!! Close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, liquor stores, and the Burnsville center for the shoppers!!!

They tell you to go to Motel 6, they have a room reserved for you (which is BIZZARE, since they're rivals) but when you get there the person at the desk is rude and said there is no room available, never had been. Wonderful. Keep it up.

Stained Sheets asked for fresh ones, the made a big deal, pillows had stains on them, slept on towels. Room had Mold in it. And it was $98

Went here not expecting the best but jeezes christ place was rundown and charged far to much for thr quality then actually woke up looked up and realized there was blood inside the lampshades next to the bed and on the wall.... im not one to usually complain but thats just foul then I talked to the front desk guy and he just said he would make a note of it like nothing else just a note... thats not ok i should have gpt a full refund for this..

Bed was clean. Water hot. Fridge/microwave worked. My only reason for a single star is there is NO coffee. None. Zero. Zilch. It's only 0 degrees outside and i have to throw on my boots/coat and wander over the river and thru the woods to Holiday for coffee. What kind of American hotel doesnt have COFFEE??!! I'm make sure i get my normal room earlier at Prime Rate next time. PS: no coffee from Holiday either as they don't open until 6. Juuuust Wonderful.

Do not recommend anyone stay here after my last encounter with the staff. Not safe, clean or worth the headache.

I had to stay here for last Minute one night situation and man I was so disgusted with the environment upon arrival I was informed the water will be off from 11-6 due to maintenance. Multiple Police car outside, looking for a suspect … The room look total outdated the Faust in the bathroom had nasty built up on it , the towels had stains on it the light switch was not working the tv wasn’t working. At the time of check out my door was jammed and I had to call down for help to come unlock it so I can leave.

GREAT HOTEL ON A BUDGET, BUT BEWARE OF THE HOLIDAY GAS STATION ACROSS THE STREET THEY STEAL MONEY.
