Checked in Saturday morning close to 1 am, the front desk person, Jackson, was completely awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service skills. Poor man had to deal with some VERY drunk people that came in and he handled it smoothly. I would stay here again just because of him. Man deserves a raise!

Best price for an ideal locat6ion near many businesses which made this an easy selection to make. Their offering of discounted rate for veterans was very much appriciated.

The elevator is very slow, the stairs were faster to take. Stayed in a room with two beds and a pull out. The pull out was very close to the side of one of the beds. When of the kids fell off the bed and hit the metal on the end of the pull out. A piece of already chewed gum was found on the bottom of the comforter. Breakfast was a nice lay out lots of choices. Worst part of stay, an expensive item was left behind in the room. The location services showed it at the hotel. After informing the hotel they hadn’t cleaned the room and were going to check. Then the room was cleaned but nothing was found. Later on the location services were disconnected on the device. The item would have been very easily visible and not easily mixed in. They stated it could have ended up in laundry, or trash. They would check but were so far behind it would take a couple days. After a week they stated they weren’t there. Stated that the item was lost but not there or it may have possibly ended up in the trash. I don’t accuse the housekeeper, or anyone. It could have ended up in laundry, it could have been turned in and removed, it could be in the trash. Now it’s a he say , she say with no way to prove anything so I have to take a loss and hope it doesn’t happen to other guest. DOUBLE CHECK, triple check.

The room was extremely clean when checking in. One of the TV's in the suite you had to change the channel with the buttons on the TV. Remote is messed up. The trash in the common areas need to be taken out more. Otherwise it was a good visit.

We made reservations by phone ahead of time as we had a disabled person in our party. Checked in during the evening, only to find request was not honored, and could only be amended by a manager the next day. Apparently, one side of this hotel is considered the "quiet side", one side faces the freeway. There is a restaurant in the parking lot, the front desk staff knew absolutely nothing about it. Rooms and pool were fine. Breakfast was meager. Be cautious on this hotel, it is at best two stars.

I stayed here September 30 2023 and got horribly sick from the hotel breakfast. I called to tell the front desk and the lady was horribly rude telling me I must have an allergy. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I didn't want anything in return, just wanted her to check their food temps and expirations. I was violently ill for two days! Then to call to protect someone else to be treated very poorly was unreal. I'd never stay here again.

We went on a family vacation and my poor son threw up in the bath tub. I went to try to clean it but the drain in the tub doesn’t work so now we can’t shower and there’s puke every time we use the bathroom.

There is human trafficking happening within this hotel. Countless times I was brought in and exploited as a teenager and either the staff were blissfully unaware or they turned a blind eye. It was violent, terrifying, and obvious to the public. Several unsuccessful escape attempts were caught on camera but clearly weren’t enough for the staff. This went on for months at this location and others. I’m devastated nobody stepped in or took my pleas for help seriously, there is no safety in this building or company. If you see something, say something. Do yourself and your family a favor and go elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with our room as it was very clean and felt high end for the price. The staff was so friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Everything was great.

Other than having the slowest elevator in the world, our stay was phenomenal! The continental breakfast was perfect!

Great place to stay and one of the only choices in Apple Valley away from i-35. Pricey but was able to get a discount using Wyndham Rewards points and we got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Many food, shopping, and entertainment venues nearby, including Cowboy Jack's which has country western line dancing next door. Pet friendly for our 125lb Great Pyrenees. Pam at front desk was super nice and helpful.

Loved staying here!! Very clean rooms, great service, great breakfast, and great pool for the kids to enjoy while we got to enjoy the sauna and hot tub!!! We will definitely use them again!!

Awesome experience this weekend at the AmericInn. Truly exceptional service from the lady taking our reservations, to the front desk staff to the gentleman who helped every morning at the breakfast area. The hotel is very clean, rooms were spotless and the breakfast area well stocked. The staff was extreme helpful and polite. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful, from the check in, to our check out! The night manager was very helpful and engaging! Complimentary breakfast is always a plus! Our room 2bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, very clean! The entire staff aT this hotel in Apple valley was great! Move over embassy suites! This hotel is Definitely worth the trip!

This place is a good clean and quiet hotel. We ended up staying there with our 3 dogs because it was super hot and our central air went out. They were very friendly and sweet to us and our older large dogs (2 black labs and a rottweiler/pitt/lab mix). There was a pet fee which is totally understandable. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and most importantly cool. The room was big enough for 2 adult and 3 dogs to sleep comfortably. The elevator was smaller but still had enough room for all 5 of us. The staff were very nice, polite and friendly to the dogs. The only slightly negative thing is the parking. This hotel shares a parking lot with Cowboy Jack's so sometimes it is hard to find a spot until the bar clears out a little bit. Hopefully we won't have to stay there again for another emergency but if we need to we would definitely go back to this hotel.

Pricing is great. Lovely hot breakfast first thing in the morning. Jake is lovely. Rooms are clean. Walkable to other food outlets.

Stayed at the Americinn for a cycling event hosting dozens of riders and volunteers. Staff was incredibly accommodating start to finish and always so pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!

Wasn't as bad as I first thought when I got there. Old hotel but was clean enough. The staff was nice and helpful. Next to a bar and grill but wasn't that loud for a Saturday night.

Went to check in at 5:30pm and was told the room wasn't ready because it was getting a deep clean. Came back at 6:30. Room smelled like vomit, the carpet was wet, there was a giant hair ball in the bed and the sink was backed up. Jake, the manager, couldn't put me in another room, help me find another hotel or apologize for trying to rent out a disgusting room. Clearly whatever they were trying to clean up with their afternoon deep clean wasn't successful. I get that a hotel can't control what people do to the room, but they can choose not to rent the room and help the minimize the inconvenience to the next guest.

Room smelled musty/damp. Not sure if it was due to cleaning or humidity in the air. Room was not very sound proof, but what hotel room is? Not sure if the beds and pillows were uncomfortable or we just didn't sleep well the 2 nights there. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with multiple items. Great location.
