Super fun time! There are so many sculptures to see and interact with! It was super nice out when we went, but a little muddy - so wear shoes that can get dirty if it rained recently

It was a lot of fun stopping at Franconia Sculpture Park, despite the cold. The artworks were very inspiring! The day my rotors seize up and my tubing succumbs to red-rot is the day I hope to become a piece of art. It sounds much more appealing than being recycled. The amazing sculptures here, especially the hanging decrepit shack, have given me hope for the next life! Highly recommend visiting!

We loved it! Plenty of parking. There is a visitor's center with restrooms and a little museum. The employees there were quite welcoming and helpful as we rented one of their golf carts. The Park is quite large, so give yourself plenty of time to walk around and check everything out. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, and you may want some bug spray. There is so much to look at, and it's all set in a beautiful place surrounded by nature. We spent a little over an hour there, but keep in mind that we were traveling by golf cart, not on foot. We definitely didn't see everything, and we're looking forward to returning in the future!

A very unique place to visit. Lots of interesting sculptures and space to wander around. $10 to park, but the rest is free. Great for kids, a date, r solo.

Odd to say the least. This place is on a larger acreage size so a decent amount of walking. Some of the sculpture are very cool and some just looked like trash and not very complex.

This was such a fun stop on my way to Duluth. Really good artistic abilities that provide excellent pics and most importantly family time. Def. A must stop if your in the area. They had vendors in the parking lot

A terrific open area with whimsical art small to gigantic. Anything seems to work in this landscape. I am an engineer tinkerer myself and truly enjoyed the exhibits. Went there with family and friends. I went on my own for a long while... enjoying the weather, the place. Thought about offering to design an exhibit. Let's see.

Massive sculpture garden (50 acres) Odd sculptures, unlike anything I have ever seen. Free admission, donations accepted. Pet friendly to walk the grounds. Definitely an interesting place to check out if you have an hour or two. They do have an indoor common area with a little shop and restrooms. Water fountain and bottle refiller is still unavailable due to covid..

This is such a fun place to visit, and there always seems to be something new to see here. It's a great place to be outdoors and walk around the trails. You can see some truly unique art pieces all around, and there are signs by them that will tell you about the artist and the sculptures as well. If you are like me and bring a camera around with you, or even if you just shoot photos with your phone...you will have plenty of subject matter to photograph while you are here.

Went to Minneapolis for the first time and rented a car to visit Franconia. It was the best part of the trip! Absolutely wonderful sculpture garden: Ask about the photo scavenger hunt. Get there early if you want to rent a golf cart (only 2 available, $10 if you have accessibility needs otherwise $15.) Great art, great gift shop, wonderful staff. Don’t miss it.

We have driven past Franconia Sculpture Park so many times and finally decided to go for their Franc 'N' Stein Halloween & Oktoberfest Celebration. We loved how interactive the park is and the sculptures were all so amazing! We will definitely be going back.

Had one of the most surprisingly fun and memorable days of my life here. The sculptures are truly unique, thought-provoking, and beautiful. It’s easy to spend a full day here, walking sculpture to sculpture. A lot of it is interactive, and there’s a lot to see. Staff are very friendly and there’s a welcoming atmosphere that permeates the grounds, info desk, and gift shop. Well worth a trip from the Twin Cities area if you’re into art. Unforgettable stuff!

Amazing experience. My parents, who are aged, and visiting from India were astounded by the sculptures , the arts foundations that support the artists. We visited during the summer solstice celebrations and they got to view the sun thanks to the Minnesota Astronautical Society. If not for their age, we could have toured the entire park. Well, that means I will return to savor the experience once again. I live in Eden Prairie, and the trip took us to Sweden sister cities ... So not only is the destination to look forward to, but so is the ride itself ! We are lucky to have this in our midst!

Interesting and unique park for the whole family. Kids are allowed to play with some artwork, like the recycle playground structure. They had a film showing at night which they charge $5 for the parking.

My Wife and were enjoying last of the season weather and visited the sculpture park. All I can say is we can't wait to go back. Amazing and mind challenging concepts! Thank you to the hosts and the artists for allowing us to be a part of your works! And all this for a free will entrance fee.

Highly recommend! So many to see we didn’t get through all of them. Kids had fun climbing on ones and some were interactive so that was great too! Really enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Such a cool place! I love walking around every year to see what's new! Lots of hidden treasures there! Lots of parking space and lots of space for people to visit each site without bothering another group.

We visited on a night where they hosted an outdoor showing of the Shining! We loved the current art. We got very lost in it(I was high). Spending time!

Have been coming to Franconia for years. It's a great place to walk around with your family and it's seems like there is always something new to peak your interest.

Free and open year round, definitely worth a visit to see some cool sculptures! Would also recommend some bug spray for the wooded portion

Perfect for Senior pictures! My daughter included her dog in her photos, and it was the perfect outdoor place first thing in the morning at 8 am. We were the only people there.

There's no shade here. While some of the sculptures are super cool, it would help to have a path that makes more sense that hits all of them. Maybe modern art doesn't make sense to me, but a better description of what I'm looking at would be helpful. The map they gave us didn't seem to make sense either. On the other hand, it was free (well...donation based).

Certainly an interesting place to visit. I love sculpture and appreciate having a park dedicated to art. Some of the pieces seem like rather a stretch to be called art, but others are great. Be aware, it isn't a great place to walk around if you need paved paths (they aren't), many places to sit (they are fairly spread out), but it's a fun place for kids to run around and explore sculpture.

👍👍 It's a very pretty place to go for a short walk when your there and it's such a cool layout where you can view the old man the way it was back in the day, by standing at the points indicated according to your height. 😐 It took many years to be created, countless man-hours to try and hold it up as long as possible Some history: Back in 1805, surveyors working around Profile Lake on the first road that ran through Franconia Notch State Park noticed a man’s profile on the edge of Cannon Cliff. As word spread of the...

😠 Wasn't open! We walked around, took pictures & sat on the porch with a fabulous view, but it appears it isn't well taken care of & visiting hours are terrible. Too bad, as we drove hundreds of miles from the top of Maine to visit Frost's Derry N.H. & Shaftsbury, Vt. (also Closed) homes. Derry was ex...
