Hotel is just a bit dated. Rooms are clean, but nothing special. Just not a nice and new as you’d hope for the area. While the technical location is good. There is this weird one way road system that adds about 5 minutes before you can even drive out of the campus. The lounge is the most basic I’ve seen (even post vivid), and the food at the restaurant was just okay. I’d probably stay there again, but it doesn’t give the “full Marriott” vibe you may be expecting from the refreshed hotels in the last 5-10 years.

Bartender, waitresses, front desk, etc. every single one of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Location is good - I have a 40’ trailer and I had plenty of space to park. Great amenities and beautiful patio. It’s very relaxing here. I really enjoyed my stay and when I come back, I will not be going anywhere else. Customer service is huge for me and that alone is worth the 5 stars!

Comfortable beds, nice lobby and outdoor space. Friendly staff. Building is older, though, and some updates are needed. Faucets and door handles got stuck frequently, AC in room was very noisy. And while staff were nice, they did not make any extra efforts to accommodate requests (would not extend a later checkout or let us use conference rooms to work after checking out before catching an evening flight, would not get us a bottle of wine to take up to the room 2 minutes after bar closed, etc. - most Marriott properties we’ve stayed at before have had zero issues accommodating similar requests). Food at the restaurant was also pretty hit or miss - flatbread was good, shrimp rolls were awful. Overall fine, not amazing.

I stayed on the sixth floor of the hotel. My room was clean but the furniture was old and worn out. I had to tighten the screws on the coat rack otherwise the rod would fall off. Everything was in good working condition. I stayed there for four nights. My bed was done by the housekeeping only before the last night. My housekeeping person was very strange. Every day when I came to my room I was missing something. One day there was no soap, another day there was no floor towel.... It seemed like the housekeeper would take the stuff but forget to replenish it. Like I mentioned above they fixed my bed only on the last night of my stay.

Stayed here for a concert one weekend. The room was nice, bed could have been comfier. The canteen was expensive for a water and soda, make sure to stop at a gas station. Finding the building was a little more difficult, it's on a one way kind of hidden unless you know the area.

The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. I would like to judge their restaurant separate (not great). The rooms have all the amenities that you need and feel spacious. The view is quite nice and everything seems modern.

Very cool hotel! The club room is nice and there are a lot of banquet and ballrooms. There is a very nice outdoor area as well with a fountain.

We stayed for a night at executive suite. It includes buffet breakfast, which surprisingly has smoked salmon, bacon and sausage were delicious too. It has decent size pool and adequate gym equipment. I didn’t use the pool but I did use the elliptical machine. The room also includes used of lounge which serves appetizers in the evening. Room was clean, get high floor for better views. Staffs are friendly.

I travel for business and stay at Marriotts all over, was disappointed in the service and rooms at this location. First night my room was extremely stuffy and wouldn’t cool down, front desk moved me and said they have been getting calls. Second room just as bad, second night they said AC is working fine and offered me fan. 72 degrees while humid is not fine in a hotel room. GM blew me off and said he would look into it. He said they are usually at capacity and I’m only one complaining. Front desk said otherwise when I first arose complaint. If you like a cold room, I’d avoid taking chance at this hotel.

Apparently there was a billing issue. I tried to resolve it with the front desk and the general manager. Mind you I hadn't stayed at any hotel recently because of health issues. I reserved a room at this location because of the proximity to my class reunion. Previously there were only 4 elite levels, silver, gold, platinum and platinum plus. I stayed so many nights that I was awarded Gold Elite for life. Eventhough I had enjoyed Platinum for several years. Indeed, I'll give you an example of what Platinum really meant something back in the day. I had made a specific request for a certain room at the Marriott tower in Detroit. When I got to my room, it was exactly what I didn't want. I called the front desk and explained the situation. I was put on a brief hold and I was told to go to the 70th floor and someone would meet with me. I was taken to the Governors suite and wasn't charged any additional cost for the length of my stay. That's why I remained a loyal Marriott customer for over 20 years. These people I've dealt with apparently have no clue as to what an elite membership is about. Shame on them. I also told them that I was a Google guide with over 1.5 million views of my reviews and photographs. They obviously didn't care. Perhaps I'll find logging with another hotel chain in the future. In other words, good luck changing my mind. Because of a $100 difference I think that they need the money more than I do.

This backyard secret has been here for years, but you can't see it from the highway. The staff are amazing. They give personal attention to everyone. He remembered what room I liked and just did it. It was great.

This was a last minute staycation that turned into a mess on NYE. Staff was inattentive and dismissive of issues. Management was not onsite to ensure Marriott guest standards were delivered. M Club was not stocked or staffed (and it wasn’t busy). Children were allowed to run in/out, throw pillows, and climb on furniture which impacted guest experience. Bugs were present in the ladies locker room. Call to management was met with excuses and a promise to respond within 24 hours. Still waiting….

Great hotel for a good price. Pool is 5'6" at the deep end which is kind of nice. Hot tub was hot. Room very clean. Felt safe and kind of upscale. Staff are amazing. Went on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. ? Restaurant felt a little pricey but had good food.

Rooms are super nice and staff is incredibly friendly. You do have to travel if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Not a large shop, it's really just junk food. The patio outside is neat.

The room was great, super clean and updated. Quiet and comfortable. We had a full breakfast in the morning. There is construction going on around that area, but it didn't affect us too much getting there, just getting to other places. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The issue was with their iron. When ironing my dress shirt for the meeting, a bunch of rusted water came out of the iron, and stained the shirt. Had to wash it quickly. Luckily, I had an hour to kill before the meeting, and the temps were in the 90s, so the shirt dried, and the stain is now, nearly, invisible. Other than this mishap, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice environment.

We had an excellent stay. We had three rooms for three nights as we were in town for NCAA womens basketball championships. Upon checking, the desk agent was very friendly and quickly assisted us with checking into our rooms. We loved the suites we were upgraded to. The hotel property is beautiful and the suites were very well equipped. It was nice having a full sized fridge. Parking is free, convenient and plentiful. The server in the breakfast area, Chris, is so friendly and attentive to every need. He’s doing a great job in the breakfast area. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Rooms were perfect. Comfy beds. The bench in the shower was a bit small - tough for a man my size to sit on, but I eventually was able to make it work 😉

I have shot several weddings at the Marriot! The staff have always been so helpful! Food is always served on time. The rooms are always clean! and the ceremony site is such an amazing stop for bride and groom, bridal party and family photos.

AC was broken and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash scents are all disgusting. I stayed for a conference and used the shower amenities. I would catch a whiff of some nasty cologne that smelled like a funeral home and couldn’t find the person wearing the horrible cologne until I realized it was me that smelled. My hair smelled so so bad. The rooms are updated and modern and the sheets and bedding were very clean but the broken AC and shampoo situation was pretty bad

Just all right. Stating I’ve stayed over 700 nights with Marriott worldwide. This property is your concrete brick 1970s era building in a staid ordinary suburban office park environment. On the inside they’ve done a very good job updating the rooms and the common areas. But some hints of 40 or more years ago remain- very old bathroom doors. No usb charging ports. On the outside the property is part of a planned commercial area that is laid out in a maze of one way streets that all loop around, the location is awkward and a maze. Uber drivers consistently got confused by it. My first night (of 2) I had no option other than a room that smelled of smoke and was musty. I’m nearly certain someone had recently smoked in the room. The front desk firmly stated the smell was due to the smoky haze from the Canadian wildfires outside…but it wasn’t. Only my room smelled. Overall the staff were caring and personable and a bright spot. I still think Marriott branded full service hotels are inferior to many other Marriott brands, this property solidifies that.

We host a company wide conference at this location every year. The staff is an absolute delight to work with! They are all so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host an event or for a nice quiet getaway.

I am a longtime Titanium Elite Member with Marriott who stays 75-120 nights per year. This has been one of my best experiences at a flagship Marriott. ✅ Associates readily available on chat before checkin ✅ Super friendly and easy check in process - they accommodated my upgrade and late checkout. ✅ A fantastic pool/gym/spa more comparable to a small YMCA than a standard Marriott. ✅ Immaculate ✅ Comfortable room During breakfast, there was only one associate waiting on everyone — staff shortages happen, though. Everything else was spectacular. Love the M Lounge!

This property used to be a favored property for business travel. I find it tired, dated and not well maintained. Shower head barely worked, shower door was installed crooked so door would not stay closed and towel rack fell off. Housekeeping took my soap and did not leave a replacement. Only good part was the bed was comfortable but really disappointed in this property now.

We stayed there for 4 nights for our daughters wedding, there is NO "room service" as advertised, it's bar food in take out containers, 5 dollars if you want it to your room. 3.50 for a bottle of water, they only clean your room if you schedule it, and the drinks are very expensive, then you have the 17.00 breakfast buffet. The towels are what I would use as rags in my home. Book elsewhere

This is a great place to stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and gives a feeling of safety and not being alone. The restaurant has good dinner food and the bartender makes a great Mai Tai. Do not miss out on Cheesecake Funk. So yummy.

Please arrange for USB ports in rooms like in Courtyard Marriott. It helps international visitors like me to use, since regular plug ports are not usable. Also if water fountains are available on floors it would have been great.

Location is a little awkward,. You have to take a lot of twisted turning back roads to get to the main street, but the hotel is clean, and the team is superb. I planned a conference in here, and the hotel planning team went above and beyond to help ease all the obstacles. The reception team were super nice and very accommodating. The meeting rooms were adequate and the food was good. My attendees used the bar a lot and enjoyed it 😉 .. highly recommend this hotel..
