Anthony Bath helped me today to pick out some clay pavers. He was courteous, polite and professional. Love the showroom. Small purchase but I was the priority in the showroom. Even Glen in the yard was quick and a cool guy. These are real clay pavers, not the concrete ones you may see at the big box hardware stores. So glad I did my research. Greg

I do not recommend. Plenty of other places that sell masonry products without the hassle. First experience it was the ladies in the office. Watched me for 20 minutes before I finally had to say something to get service. Recently, their sales pro Tony was too busy quote "going to bid this big job for his company" to help me find what I needed and didn't even bring me over to another sales person so I could continue my job. Very argumentive with zero customer service skills.Will not be doing business here again. Need to work on customer service.

Gave me "ballpark estimate " for small job. True estimate came back almost $1000 more. Added a lot of delivery fees.... called around and got exact order delivered for a little over 1000 less. Salesman was nice though.

Wow, I needed a one piece specific special order repair stone and these guys got it sorted out and set out for me in less than 20 min, picked it up and good to go. Shoutout to Micheal and Tony B, best service around. Thanks TC stone!

Super fabulous is how I describe Twin City Brick & Stone! Very helpful in picking out colors for my house. It turned out amazing and all my neighbors are very envious. Tony is very patient with all my questions and will be doing another project with him in the near future.

I can’t thank Twin City Brick & Stone enough for their amazing customer service. After we used them for some stone for the construction of our main home in 2016, they were able to match the design again for a detached garage project we did this year. Tony in sales was able to ID the product mix just from a photo, get me a bid, and have it all delivered the same day once we gave them the green light. They even recommended some local masons for the project, one of which was at the project site the next business day to provide an estimate, and they started installation the very next day after approval of the bid. Returning some of the extra stone was also a breeze and completely hassle-free. I am so appreciative of the excellent service I received in order to wrap up our project just before winter set in. I highly recommend this company!

I have used Twin City Brick a number of times over the last 15 years for projects on my home and they are always the absolute best to deal with. Very friendly, great product and helpful in every way.

Several days ago I went to pick up two Indiana limestone stair treads plus some Kasota limestone. A manager came out helped me find what I needed and the shared a technique for mixing mortar with a paint mixing paddle in a five gallon plastic bucket which saved me tons of time keeping me from using and cleaning a cement mixer. The pre-mixed mortar which I also purchased saved time too. Very kind and thoughtful folks plus great selection.

Twin City Brick met our needs by manufacturing a specific size and shape of Kasota stone. I would happily use them again. They were very easy to work with and were able to do the work quickly and at a fair price. I was very pleased.

Great place, showed up one afternoon with a bucket of bricks we were trying to color match and although he was very busy, Mike took some time to walk me around to bricks that he thought would match and we were able to found some bricks that matched well enough.
