nice place, staff is really good. wish that contract pricing was an option so rates didn't jump around unexpectedly. intro rates are good but rates hike up every 6 months. if your a loyal customer, it doesnt matter, your worse off. new customers get better deals just to get them in the door, then stuck there paying more and more every 6 months. good for short term, bad for long. do i really need to move out and in again to get better pricing? restablish myself as a new customer?

This place is very safe, clean and nice ( I would give 5 stars based on that) but beware they increase the prices often, and can with a 30 day notice (contract is month to month) ...first increase went from 25.00 to 30.00, and this last one went from 30 to 80 a month (online they are listed at 57.00 a month for the same unit). I understand price increases, but I haven’t had my unit a full year, and to more than triple the original price and go higher then what it would be for me to switch to a different unit online of the same size (not to mention, more than other local units around) seems wrong. I will be leaving for a different storage company a couple of blocks away for ½ the price they are trying to charge me. Edited to add that the district manager reached out to me and agreed they should have never increased my rates that high and said he could lower my rate to 35.00 a month if I would stay. It took 3 weeks for me to see a change in my bill and he kept in contact with me the whole time. I was very impressed with his communication. Unfortunately to my surprise it wasn’t lowered to $35 like he has said it was only lowered to 55.00 still over double the original price less then a year ago and almost double what I paid last month. He told me that was the best he could do since the going rate for this unit is now I am very upset now I cannot give $111.00 (lie, I see online it is 57.00 a month) I was hoping to have a happier edit and actually be able to change the rating to a 5 star because the management was amazing and willing to work with me, very disappointed at this moment that was was made to belive my rate would be 35.00 to find it to be 55.00 the day before the bill was due.

Door is always locked and people are rarely ever visible. I knocked a few times and waited in my car. I was about to leave when I finally saw someone walk out of the employee area. I had stopped by multiple times on different days so i couldnt close my unit and had to pay a fee. They dont prorate the fee either. $130ish down the drain. They just hang out in the employee area with the doors locked.

Facility is new, nice, clean. DO NOT PREPAY FOR YOUR UNIT. They do not issue refunds for any "overages". Otherwise, well priced and located.

Sold our cabin in June and needed a place to temporarily store some items. Rented a 10 x 10 locker at Public Storage in Savage. Worked out great. Locker was clean and water-tight. Angie who manages the location was terrific to work with. Charges were clearly explained and billed as agreed. Website was great and could access the facility using the app on my phone. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

The positive: The facility is about 4 years old and very clean. There are up to four heavy duty moving carts near the loading bays - I have usually had no wait for a cart. The staff have all been very pleasant. I have moved out after three years. A few issues reduce my rating: 1) There is rarely anyone in the office. Need to call, leave voicemail, wait for callback, and arrange an appointment if needed for vacating unit or other issues. 2) The loading bay has two lanes. The entrance door on one side has been out of commission for many months. The exit door on the other side has been out for about two months. This limits the number of renters that can access the loading bays, and makes it impossible to pull through with a trailer. Office staff say “the parts are on order”. Unavailable parts for a four year old door seems very unlikely. Management decision to delay the repair expense is most likely. 3) The rent is increased rapidly, and penalizes long term renters. In the first 27 months my rate for a 10 x 20 unit went up four times, from $119 to $215. The same unit is available today to new customers for $126, with first month at $1.

I have rented a unit here for about a year and the experience has been great! Facility is clean, safe, secure, well-lit, and easy to access. It was fairly easy to reserve the unit online and the unit was ready for check-in on move-in day! Staff onsite are extremely professional and helpful..... special shout out to Angie and Cindy who helped me out today with the checking out process....they showed a lot of kindness and understanding!!! Keep up the great work.....highly recommend.

Storage itself is very clean and the climate control is great. It's also very easy to sign a contract online and start using your space. However, one of the two garage doors had been broken the whole time I've rented and I've never actually seen anyone in the office. I have stopped by on multiple occasions wanting to move out (which you have to do in person) but the office has been locked with the lights off every time. I eventually found the move-out date feature on the app, but there was still no one in the office on that date. I've tried multiple phone numbers as provided by the site/the building but have gotten nothing but voicemail boxes.

Angie was great! She helped open doors for us and was very friendly we have been using this storage unit for years due to covid and complications and she helped our move out go smoothly.

Best storage I've ever used, got a wonderful deal for 10x20 for only $77.00 a month. Angie was very helpful and walked me through the whole thing while adding some very funny and colorful conversion. Would recommend to anyone!

I moved out of my unit before the end of the month and notified the staff on site that I had moved out. They assured me I was moved out and would receive an email showing I moved out. Fast forward a month and I get a call from Public Storage that I had a past due balance, well I called and spoke to the property manager and the district manager and they stated I in fact did not owe a balance. Fast forward again this time 2 months later and I now have an account in collections. Still waiting to hear back from the district manager on this issue but word of the wise, GET HARD COPIES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT FROM HERE OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE S.O.L.!

Clean and well lit inside. One loading/unloading bay door was damaged a while back and as of 8/20 had yet to be fixed which provides additional hangups when busy.

I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted by Dave, He help me get the process going and showed the unit I was interested in, explained the access process, the way the elevators worked and the carts. The whole process was fast and efficient. I would recommend this facility.

Facility is brand new, clean, and well automated. All units are climate controlled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Holding a unit online was simple and straightforward. Upon checking in at the facility, there were two charges that were not obvious (to me) during the online request process; one for monthly insurance (which you can opt out of if your homeowners or rental policy covers it), and another to purchase a lock for your unit. You own the lock then, but it is a unique type of lock which will only work in a specialized lock mechanism such as they use. These costs seemed reasonable to me; they just were not advertised.

What an amazing and worry free experience! I was in the middle of making an on line reservation, when Angie called and walked me through everything. The facility is beautiful, clean, super organized and very secure. It was a pleasure getting the VIP treatment, and Angie showed me step by step what I need to do and took me right to my new locker space. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone.
