Such a great experience! I called last minute on a Sunday (very rude of me) but I was accommodated. I am smoother than I’ve ever been, and I got some aftercare products to prevent ingrown that are lovely. Honestly the most relaxing and professional experience I’ve had with a waxer.

Been a loyal client but they went really high on their prices 90$ for full buttocks wax and this last time they left me on read, literally called and texted them I got no reply told them I was on my way to see them I know they didn't confirm but I still could've gotten a yes or no, and I know they read my message because it said "read" I knocked on their door at 7:50 pm, no answer. I texted them I'll wait in my car for 10 mins, no answer, I drove 1 hr from Westwood to go see them they could've told me not to come... bad communication.

This was my first visit to Totally Smooth Skin. They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment which was awesome. I was greeted upon entry and immediately felt the professional but laid back vibe. This was only my second time being waxed so was a little nervous. Joe immediately made me comfortable with small talk to keep my mind off the process, also gave me tips on how to treat my skin after the waxing. I’ll definitely be returning and possibly look into a massage or other skin care services offered.

I did book a massage session with Alex, very easy to communicate and book a session, this place is amazing, clean, neat and very beautiful set up, Alex asked me few questions before beginning the massage, to be honest, he did great job, the amount of pressure, the knowledge and experience he carries, prove me that he is really a therapist, he worked inch by inch, he really took his time to perform enough stretching on my muscles, I really satisfied and I was really happy to have him my therapist, I would definitely recommend Alex as a therapist and will plan to meet him again.

Very welcoming, amiable and likes to joke but doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. The service itself is impeccable; he’s a knowledgeable professional. I needed a trim for my long hair and a bit of waxing. Satisfied with the results and now I need to go back. Long overdue for another trim. Thank you
