I'm not sure how this place has so many great reviews. The restaurant itself is cute, but everything was overly seasoned and the food tasted like one of those instant packaged Thai food reheated in the microwave. Also, service was terrible. The way they speak to you is so incredibly rude and condescending- you can literally feel their tense and annoyed gaze when you ask them questions. I'm sad that I brought my friend here to celebrate her birthday. Both of us left disappointed and hungry.

Food and service were absolutely amazing. Portions are small and prices are high but still giving a 5 star because this is absolute gourmet Thai! The outside building doesn't do this place justice. Best curry I've ever had in my life.

Visited from Seattle, which has a lot of great Thai food and Eggplants is up there with the best of them! Definitely worth leaving the casino to have a meal here.

I absolutely love the small Thai restaurant located next to Pechanga Casino. It's a must-visit spot if you're unsure about what to eat and prefer not to drive while staying at the Pechanga Resort Casino. Eggplants Thai Cuisine is a true hidden gem in the area, offering an authentic and delightful culinary experience. Run by a warm and friendly mom-and-pop team, this casual dining establishment stands out as one of the finest Thai food places in the vicinity. The restaurant boasts a clean and cozy atmosphere that adds to the overall charm. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and are more than happy to guide you through the menu with their excellent recommendations. As for the food, it's an absolute treat – bursting with authentic flavors and prepared with the utmost care. Each dish is skillfully seasoned and spiced to perfection, thanks to their use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. You absolutely must try the mango sticky rice for dessert; it's simply delightful! Quick tips: The restaurant is conveniently just a 5-minute walk from Pechanga Resort Casino, nestled next to the Pechanga Services gas station. For vegetarians, you'll be delighted to find a wide array of food options catering to your preferences.

I have only had some of their food as take out and it is okay. Hard to rate food for a restaurant fairly unless you eat it as served in house. With that said, I still enjoyed what we had and would return. The spring rolls are very fresh and tasty.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’ve been to this location twice and have been pleased both times! Both times I had chicken drunken noodles and found them delicious. My boyfriend tried the green curry (which they recommended) then he tried the yellow curry (hot) with chicken. I fell in love with their yellow curry, it holds so much flavor and spice to it! Definitely recommend these dishes! For dessert we had the mango sticky rice and the fried banana with ice cream. Yum yum yum! Will be back soon! Such friendly staff members! Remembered us from last time 😊

We have made it a point to hit all of the Thai restaurants in the Temecula area and this one lands at the top of the list as #1. From the fresh ingredients to the friendly staff and of course all of the hot topping options that come out with the tasty dishes. It’s a must for any traditional Thai food lover!

If you want something else and you feel like eating Thai dish, look no further. It's right next to Pechanga gas station. What we had is Papaya salad, pineapple fried rice, boat beef noodle soup, fried fish with basil. The place is small, probably can accommodate 25-30 persons. Rest rooms are clean. Nice and friendly staffs and servers. We're so hungry and we just want to try something else, my wife was browsing at yelp and we decided to go to this restaurant. Honestly, food was good, but we are not satisfied. We feel that they could have done better. There's a lot of things missing on the food. Pineapple fried rice missing some spices and turmeric, needs a little bit more shrimp and green onions. Papaya salad needs a little bit of chili and bit more of lime. I did regret ordering the boat noodle soup. Taiwanese beef noodle soup in Pechanga is way better and lastly, the fish is good but I feel like they just deep fry the fish fillet and put some sweet chili sauce and warm it up with fried Basil. Overall, not bad. We spend about almost $80. I hope this can help you and enjoy the food! We hope you guys have a great day/night.

Great Food! I ordered takeout on a Tuesday evening, about 5:30 PM, which is 30 minutes after they open for the evening. The lady said that it would be about 45 minutes for my order to be ready. Well, this is generally a good sign, when it comes to a restaurant. I ordered their entree dinner, the basil fried rice, both with chicken. And also ordered a mixed seafood salad. The entree was a mix of stir fried veggies with a nice portion of chicken. The sauce was a sweet and savory, leaning more on the sweet side. The basil fried rice was one of the best I've had, with a very balanced Thai flavor. It was a breath of fresh air to eat chicken in an Asian restaurant, that didn't taste like cat. (If you're wondering, cat taste just like slimy chicken). The mixed seafood salad was a raw seafood mix, marinated in the sweet and savory sauce. Very similar to Peruvian ceviche. The seafood was squid, shrimp, oysters, and scallops. Everything was ridiculously fresh and delicious. The total with tip came to $60. This is very reasonable for very good quality food. The people that complained about the price, really need to stick to their Panda Express, and stay out of fine dining establishments. I'm very critical of Thai food, so trust me when I tell you. If you like good Thai food, this restaurant is well worth the drive and the wait and the money spent. Highly recommend.

Cozy atmosphere, clean and smelled nice. The food & drinks...rad na, Bangkok fried rice, chicken satay, Jasmin tea was hot and delicious. Whenever I visit any Thai restaurants I always order my favorite rad na, if I don't like that I normally don't return. This location makes a really good one! Highly recommended

One of the most authentic and tasty Thai restaurants we have encountered in Temeclua. The service is great, they adjust our orders to accommodate our tastes. If you have not been, we would recommend!

My husband, myself, and a good friend of ours dined at Eggplants Thai last night. Eggplants Thai has a nice atmosphere. My husband described it as Rustic Modern. Everyone ordered something different and we all enjoyed our dishes. The only thing we didn’t care for was the Garden Roll. We thought it was going to be like a spring roll, that’s filled with vegetables and meat or shrimp. There was nothing wrong with this appetizer by any means, it’s just not what any of us were used to. All of us thought the prices were very reasonable. The portions were more than enough. I don’t understand the reviews that say otherwise. This is definitely a restaurant we will return to.

Great service! Very clean. Portion size is a bit small, ingredients are mediocre but cooked very well. Super cute mom and pops casual dining restaurant. Good food, price very reasonable. Came here, one night for creek, grub, and it was a very nice experience. The restaurant is very small and in neighborhood strip mall. You can tell this is definitely more of a neighborhood spot, and not a tourist trap. We got a table right away and ordered. The food came out really fast and it was very fresh. Flavor was really good and the price is extremely reasonable. Service was fast and efficient and no frills. The only thing I have to comment is that this is definitely not authentic Thai food. It's Americanized Thai food and cater to the taste of Americans. Restaurant was clean, everything was modern. Parking was very easy.

Had the crispy Rad Na noodle with beef. Literally the best Thai I've had in the USA. Disappointed they would not do it Thai spicy, but the the selection of pepper sauces on the side was killer. All we're fresh (no commercial syracha). So made up (a little) for not doing Thai spicy. Was an awesome dish. Seemed very authentic with no short cuts Wife had the Panang curry with salmon and couldn't eat it all. Surprising amount of fish and extras she loved. She ordered the 4 spicy (out of 5) and it wasn't really very spicy for her. So only downside is they are light on spice. Loved that they served family style. We each ate our own order, but it was a lot and could easily be shared. Although small in a strip mall, the decor is more upscale with solid furnishings. Great experience! Not cheap, but well worth it, especially if you share dishes. We will go back, and try to talk them into Thai spicy 😁

The food is very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Cozy curry and duck nestled in red sauce. Stir fry veggies and tofu, beer, wine. Great ambience and a grateful staff happy to serve you.
