If I could give them 10 stars, i would! What a wonderful practice, staffed with genuine individuals who really care about their patients. I'm 9 months pregnant and needed a root canal on a newly crowned tooth. After calling other practices who basically ignored my situation, Sammamish Endodontics got me immediately after hours to ensure that I was taken care of well before I deliver my baby. I was really nervous about this procedure, given my situation, but they patiently answered all of my questions and were so understanding. Dr Ball especially was extremely professional, caring, gentle and very genuine. He even repaired the crown (that my previous dentist had done) after the root canal procedure. He made sure that I wouldn't have any issues to deal with before my due date. It came as a breathe of fresh air for me after some previous experiences at other practices. Similarly, Dr Ball's staff are all incredibly personable, caring and interactive! I had the root canal procedure done yesterday and I've had 0 issues so far; no pain, only minor soreness from the anesthesia. I can really feel how well the entire procedure went! I'm beyond thankful to this team of professionals for doing their jobs so well and running such an incredible practice. Thank you so much!!

I can't express how appreciative we are for Dr. Ball, Kristina, Maya, and the rest of the staff at Sammamish Endodontics. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain treatment expectations, insurance coverage/ cost, and follow up care after a procedure. When possible, Kristina has gotten my son seen asap and explained the expectaions regarding the appointment and cost. Dr. Ball's expertise is unexplainable and he genuinely cares for his patients. The staff has great communication with each other and with patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Dr Randy Ball is awesome!! I recently had my first root canal procedure. I was very nervous until my first consultation with Dr. Ball. He explained the process very well and made the whole experience positive. Through out the procedure he made sure I was comfortable, and followed up with a phone call next day to make sure I was feeling ok. The office staff are very friendly and equally focused on patient care. I know now why all his patients have such positive things to say about Dr Ball!

Dr Ball is great! Him and his staff made me feel very comfortable during process and procedure, very friendly and professional place. Highly recommend. That was my first time to an Endodontist, hopefully my last, but if I do need more work he would be my first call. Thank you so much for fitting me in! Amazing experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never had good luck when it came to my dental health until I found Sammamish Endodontics. Starting at the front of house, Kristina was the first person I saw. Super friendly, personable and calmed my nerves of having to get my teeth worked on. The dental assistants that took me back to start with X-rays and pre screening were really helpful and nice as well. Dr. Ball never once made me feel bad about my teeth and explained everything that was going to happen very clearly and made sure to answer every question I had. He is extremely professional and made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time I was in his chair. This is the first doctor I’ve been to where I didn’t even feel the novocaine injections. Soooo smooth!! After the procedure was completed he gave me his personal cell number to call in case I had any issues and even called me the next day to check in. I came back two weeks later to finish the procedure and it was as smooth as the first time. Dr. Ball has really restored my faith in dentistry and I really hope everyone could have a good of experience as I did.

I got excellent treatment for my toothpain. Dr. Ball took very good care of me, explained the rootcanal treatment, and relieved me from my pain. The treatment done was so good that I didn't need any painkillers after that. I highly recommend Dr. Ball.

I highly recommend Dr. Ball. To be honest, having never had a root canal before I was a little nervous when my dentist said I likely needed one to save my tooth that had been aching for a few days. Dr. Ball and the staff at Sammamish Endodontics made me feel very comfortable. His professionalism, caring personality, and attention to detail made me feel very confident that I was at the right place. He took good care of my tooth and I am very happy with the results.
