I am very grateful for the referral to Dr. Mary. This dental office is a hidden gem! All the staff members from reception to the hygienist are welcoming and professional. At my initial appointment (x-ray, check-up, cleaning) Dr. Mary took her time to explain in detail what was showing on my x-rays and discussed next treatment steps and options. She really put me at ease when she said that the treatment plan was totally up to me whether I did all, some, or none of the treatments. But she was presenting to me what her professional plan would be. I was also informed that each doctor only treats one patient at a time and will not double book appointments so they can truly be focused on you and your treatment. I have been in on 3 separate occasions now and I have been her only scheduled patient each time which I greatly appreciate. I would consider myself a difficult patient as I have extreme sensitivity in my gum from exposed roots. Out of all the treatments I have done so far, the hygienist and Dr. Mary have been gentle while still getting quality work done. If you are looking for a dentist who will take good care of you, treat you well, not gouge you on billing, and be honest with your treatment plan, then I would highly recommend Dr. Mary and Tri City Dental Care for your dental needs.

I can tell this business is ran well. From the time I entered the dental office how I was treated by each and every person. They were nice, professional, and genuinely happy. I like the fact they gave me a small tour and intro on how they do things. Cleanliness of the office was really nice! Everything looked new, clean and modern. Equipment was really innovative on how they were able to scan 3d images of all your teeth. Care. They took their time to make sure my questions were explained. And what I liked the most is they went out of their way to find other possible health related issues that has to do with my sleep etc. I was referred to the business, and I will be referring my wife and family here as well as I can tell I will be taken care of with integrity and care.

Super warm welcome when entering the office! The ladies were super nice the whole visit. Very thorough giving me a tour of the office and explaining all the equipment as well as explaining the procedures I was about to experience. Def not your typical dentist visit. More like visiting friends!

I had my xrays taken today by Darling. She was very competent, friendly, and in charge. Lori cleaned my teeth. It was efficient, she was friendly, but still focused on the task at hand. Great experience with my first cleaning at Tri City Dental! Elaine was very thorough and provided great patient education. The office is clean and the staff so warm and inviting. Also, Dr.Dinh is a phenomenal dentist with gentle hands and great clinical acumen! Glad to have found this spectacular office!
